Konnte mich hier richtig 👍🏻 gut erholen . Ruhe …durchatmen … Service top alle sehr freundlich :) Komme erscheine gerne wieder :)

亂收費！！！ 本來這是一個無功無過的酒店，房間乾淨舒適，關鍵是位置優越，離美術館、自然博物館都不太遠，其它沒什麼特別的特色。早餐一般，有水果，但沒有蔬菜沙拉。但是離開結賬時卻讓我大為困惑甚至更不好的感覺。第一天早餐後男服務員就讓簽單，我説我的客房是含早餐的，服務員説沒關係，衹要簽了就行，前台會知道。我就簽了，二人52刀。第二天，早餐我們同樣選擇的是自助，女服務員給我們每人端了一杯蘋果汁。臨走也拿來賬單，放下單就離開了，我看也沒看就簽了。不仔細看就簽單是沉重的教訓！！！結賬時我發現多了30刀，問什麼錢？前台説是5號的早餐小費。我説我吃自助，服務員衹是主動倒了兩杯蘋果汁，我沒有給小費。難道她就要主動在賬單上填20刀小費？這樣合理嗎？錢，我可以付，因為怪我沒看單而且簽字了，我得認賬。但是我就是要問他這樣合理嗎？前台把餐廳經理叫來，經理不説這是小費了，他説我選擇了套餐，他們還要收一筆什麼費。這簡直太滑稽了！而給我打出來的單明確寫的是gratuity。以後再也不會去任何一家奧姆尼酒店！太混亂！攜程客服跟他們溝通，他們也還是堅持他們的做法。

This was close to everything on river walk. Accommodations were nice.

The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it. We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready.

Perkhidmatan, bilik hotel, kakitangan hotel, kawasan hotel, makanan, pemandangannya sangat menakjubkan! Semuanya bernilai harganya. Lain kali kita akan membawa anggur sendiri kerana harga alkohol terlalu banyak. Kami sarapan termasuk dalam bil hotel kami dan itu sangat berbaloi. Kami, kami berdua, mempunyai kredit $ 40 untuk sarapan. Kami membeli makanan klasik Benedict telur dan sangat sedap! Saya ingin tinggal di sini lagi !!

Overall speaking, we are quite satisfied with the hotel but the only fly in the ointment was that our request of cancellation of last night for one of our team who had to reschedule his travel plan was bluntly rejected. by the way, I have booked 6 rooms for three nights.

Excellent service. I loved how everyone was courtious and attentive, the restaurant and upper bar were great, would definitely book again with tremont house. Thank you so much staff, and community

Over all not bad. Hotel was clean and room was nice. Two reasons I did not rate everything as excellent. First, the first shift front desk person was VERY rude. The young lady displayed poor customer service when you asked her a question. The old lady who came in for the evening shift was great. She was friendly and very attentive. Finally, breakfast was a wash. The waffle maker was out of service. The hotel was across the street from Walmart!!! Why not just go get a another one? Still, we may use this location again in the future.

It’s an old hotel with some tons of renewed. Is a good hotel. Stuff very friendly. The thing is my check in supposed to be at 4pm nas I get there 5pm and had to wait almost an hour to provide a room for me. It was PACK.

The room's AC was inconsistent, difficult to find the right temperature. The room we had was right behind the elevators so it was hard to sleep hearing them going nonstop til 3am. The bathroom was also extremely dark and hard to even see yourself in the mirror.
