They upgraded my room to a bigger one, but it felt like it wasn't booked for some time, the floor was a bit dusty.
The bed is comfortable.
The lobby looks luxurious, but the room is very basic, walls are empty.100% Blackout curtains.
The staff is nice and helpful.
However they didn't allow me to use the swimming pool after I checked out despite on I checked in very late.
Free luggage storage.
The restaurant manager is super nice, and the breakfast is good.
The location is good, a convenience store at the corner, a couple of restaurants nearby, nice buildings. Quiet district.

Very convenient location to the port, museums, central marketing. Attentive and helpful bilingüal staff, and free parking. Great value for the price-the welcome glass of wine was a nice surprise!

Everything was excellent. The room had recently been redecorated and was very clean, the restaurant is superb, hotel staff was very friendly and pointed us to interesting places in the city. It is at a central location in the city so it's great if you're planning to explore by walking on the rambla. We hope to visit again soon!

Buenas habitación al exterior , cama comoda, baño muy prolijo. Todo funcionaba muy bien. Aire acondicionado excelente ya que hizo un día imponente de calor. desayuno completo. Nada que decir en contra. Lo único quizás es la plaza de aparcamiento pero la zona es tranquila para dejar el coche en la calle Volvería sin dudar

Freundlicher Empfang und einfacher Check-in. Zimmer sauber und alles drin. Frühstück mit frischem Obst und frischem Saft, aber abgepackte Marmelade. Wir haben uns sicher gefühlt und würden wieder kommen!

El servicio en el desk front , muy bueno.
Las instalaciones, bastante venidas abajo: Regulacion del agua caliente-fria, lo explique y pedi mejorar, pero no hicieron nada ... el mezclador no funcionaba bien para la ducha.
La limpieza, bastante superficial en el baño.
El desayuno de muy baja calidad ... no habia pavo, variedad de quesos. Los jugos de muy baja calidad, agua-azucar y colorantes...frutas siempre las mismas , no sandia ni melon. Bananas super verdes.
Definitivamente en Marzo cuando regrese no sera en este Hotel.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nicht jeder spricht dort englisch, aber mit Handy Übersetzung funktioniert alles prima.
Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Rambla und eines sehr schönen Einkaufszentrums.
Zur Altstadt sollte man ein Uber wählen.
Das Frühstück war gut.
Ich würde wieder das Hotel wählen. Wir waren 5 Nächte dort

WWB2021A very good more upscale hotel in Montevideo. it's close to many transport options and breakfast was included as well.
The rooms were alright; but nothing that wasn't working.
The staff were super welcoming and warm, always attentive and smiling, especially at the front desk!

The hotel is located near the Rambla and a very nice shopping centre.
To the old town you should choose a Uber.
The breakfast was good.
I would pick the hotel again. We were there 5 nights

The room was terrible: dirty and scratched walls, bed seemed to be recently used (although it seemed clean sheets) or was badly made.
The bathroom was old and the floor was dirty
the whole experience was a nightmare.

MMeiguixinzoubianshijieThe service is very good, especially the gentleman in the silver gray suit at the front desk for breakfast in the past two days (unfortunately I didn't remember the name), so hot weather, send us outside the door, point to the nearby museum (free no tickets).
The breakfast is small and exquisite.
The room is not big, you can see that it is maintained as much as possible. very quiet. The surrounding area is very safe. The luggage storage is very intimate. In short, very satisfied with the accommodation experience!

The bathroom is relatively small and the service is pretty good. The restaurant on the first floor is large and has boiling water.
The swimming pool on the rooftop is nice but too cold and not constant temperature. The view of the sea from the rooftop is nice.

La ubicación es muy buena, linda zona, a una cuadra del shopping punta carreta y a 3 de la costanera.
Las habitaciones cuentas con una mini cocina (bacha, pava electrical, heladerita, utensillos de cocina, microondas)
