위치와 청결도, 친절도 모두 만족스러웠음. 다만 호텔 바로 앞에 주차 후 17시에 체크인하고 다음날 7시에 체크아웃했는데 주정차 과태료 처분이 되었음. 호텔에서 다음날 오전 8시까지는 무료주차가능하다고 설명들었음. 잘츠부르크 대성당에서 예배가 있어서 촉박하여 호텔매니저에게 상황설명하고 이의를 제기할 여유가 없었음. 혹시 후기를 확인하면 설명 좀 부탁드립니다.

The Staff allowed early check in before 12pm as there was available room. While the location is great (just opp the central train station), it is a bit noisy at night as my room faces the train station. There were people talking loudly on the streets even at around 11pm. Not sure if it helps if one were to ask for a room which faces away from the train station though. Amentities in the room was basic but breakfast was pretty good.

Service was great - we checked in early and were able to leave our bags before checkin. Staff was super helpful and attentive. And the location was right in town, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room itself was a bit noisy because of the tram outside, but otherwise the facilities and room itself were awesome.

We verbleven hier op doorreis van Italië naar België en het hotel bleek ideaal gelegen. Het design en de voorzieningen zijn indrukwekkend: het zwembad, de sauna, de klimmuur en de Kids Cave maakten ons verblijf echt bijzonder. Vanuit de kamer genoten we van panoramische uitzichten die werkelijk adembenemend waren.
Het ontbijt was van uitzonderlijk hoog niveau: zeer uitgebreid, dagvers en ontzettend lekker – echt een topper.
Een klein minpuntje was de minimale inrichting van de kamer en de netheid van het sanitair; in douche en toilet vonden we nog wat haren terug. Dat was jammer, maar woog niet op tegen de vele pluspunten.
Al met al een aanrader en wellicht komen we hier nog eens terug!

GGuest UserService: The front desk service attitude is very good, and the explanation is very detailed when checking in. Overall good.
Facilities: We stayed on the first floor (the second floor in Chinese). The room was big, the bathroom was big and comfortable, the balcony had a good view of the mountains, and the scenery was great.
Food: Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was average quality. The restaurant is not large.
Overall: The hotel has a great location and convenient transportation. If you have children, you can consider it.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel right in the center of Innsbruck. The location was perfect — close to the old town, shops, and public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very calm. One of the highlights was the breakfast in the morning — a good variety of fresh options to start the day. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Innsbruck!

Hotel doesn't have lift ,but the guy on reception help us to carrtout baggage to room. Overall stay was good, buffet breakfast was available, with limited options,it could have been better.

JJem PBeautiful and well designed apartment in a quiet and quaint neighbourhood. Loved the wonderful views of the forest and the sounds of nature and a little stream just outside the window. My main concern was the lack of air conditioning. It can get unbearably hot during summer during the day, and it's too hot to sleep at night without leaving the windows open. If you don't drive, reaching here is also quite a challenge as it's a 10-15 minute uphill walk from the nearest bus stops.

Despite being in such a well-connected area, it's remarkably quiet. Most of the city's main tourist attractions are just a 15-minute walk away. There's a supermarket conveniently located right across from the hotel, and if it's closed, you'll find a bakery inside the train station. All in all, it's incredibly convenient.

The room is super small, and it looks surplus compared to the bathroom. Do foreigners like to open a party in the bathroom? The surrounding environment is typical of the Alpine mountains, alpine mountains, grasslands, leisurely 🐮 eating grass. I went to many holiday villas on the back mountain, and I didn't see a few people. From Austria to Donovice, it is indeed cost-effective to live here. The next morning, I set off to feel the tranquility of the border town, and the clouds and mists in the mountains and valleys. It is more pleasant than the mountain scenery of the same type in China. If the scenery is more natural, it is more beautiful than Switzerland.
