Good location by the town hall (5-10mins away from main touristy area) Spacious clean room - bit of a maze but the signs help Friendly staff No tea/coffee provided but can buy from reception

I stayed for one night at Adelphi Hotel. The room was spacious enough for me. The staff were very friendly and they provided a good service to help me choose a better room of my liking. The room was well kept and clean, but the windows seem to have broken glass, which I think the hotel should have repaired before letting me check in to the room. The bathroom also was good. Had good amenities and there was some issue with water supply for hot water, which I discussed with staff during checkout. The lobby area is so beautiful while you wait to get check in the room.

Had a great stay at StayCozy Studio Apartments. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication was easy and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely stay again next time I’m in London. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing and a bargain! I loved staying here and I would stay here again! The location is perfect and close to everything, but it is QUIET - on the 6th floor, you can't hear anything from the loud music venues close by. The rooms are thoughtfully appointed and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The staff are very nice and attentive. The breakfast is good and the dining room is plenty big enough and tables are clearer quickly.

Everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing place to stay. As soon as we arrived the staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough to help. This continued throughout our stay. All staff were amazing.Breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely stop here again

Very friendly staff. Was kindly upgraded to a bigger room when I asked for a quiet place. Reception is a bit tired and could do with renovation. Fine for short stays.

Location is great. It’s across the road from the Albert docks. 1 minute’s walk. 🚶 Breakfast is great. Staff are efficient and helpful and check in was rapid. We had a great time. The rooms are clean but grotty, they feel like too many stag or hen dos have been through the hotel. This is not the staffs fault, the shared space is lovely and has a good vibe. The rooms do have a working tv and great internet but are below standard to what I had expected of Ibis. 🛜

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ibis Styles Liverpool, and a huge part of that was thanks to Fayne, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. We arrived four hours before check-in to drop off our luggage, but Fayne kindly checked us in early—completely free of charge. This thoughtful gesture made such a difference after a long journey. On the day we checked out, she allowed us to store our luggage for longer so we could explore the city until our train time. When we returned to collect it, Fayne even offered us complimentary tea and coffee, which was such a kind and welcoming touch. The hotel itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable, but the staff, especially Fayne, truly made our stay memorable. Her warmth and helpfulness set a high standard for hospitality. We’ll definitely be back, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool!
