Excellent location for Paul Weller concert at the Pier Head. Friendly staff, easy check in and departure. Small room but perfectly adequate with good shower and comfortable bed. Flickering light over the beds was the only problem.

The room was very, supportive and friendly staff. Check in was very smooth. Nice bar for a drink. The environment was easy to find. Parking was pricy though. But there was a cheaper parking just few minutes walk away

I recently stayed at The Adelphi and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the train station was incredibly convenient for getting around. The convenience of having bar on-site was a definite plus. However, one significant drawback was the absence of refrigerators in the rooms. This was quite inconvenient, as it meant I couldn't store any perishable items or keep drinks cold for later, even with the bar downstairs. In today's world, having a fridge in a hotel room is almost an expectation, and its absence was definitely felt. Despite this, I would still recommend The Adelphi for its other positive aspects, convenient amenities, and easy access to transportation. I hope the management considers adding refrigerators to their rooms in the future, as it would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Had a great stay at StayCozy Studio Apartments. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication was easy and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely stay again next time I’m in London. Highly recommend!

Good location, lovely staff, very accommodating. Comfortable bed in a nicely decorated room. The only issue we have is that the cleaning products are highly scented and both me and my husband are sensitive to anything perfumed. So on the morning we were bunged up and with the windows not opening made it even worse. This is the first time we have noticed the highly scented chemicals and we have stayed in many hotels. I thought it would be best to be honest because there are people who have allergies that could stop them from staying at your hotels. Excellent hotel and stay. Easy to find and a great central location to everything we wanted to see and do in Liverpool. Wetherspoons pub opposite which was ideal. Great large room and very quiet. Anyone needing a great location for the Liverpool spots this is a great hotel to book. Me and the Mrs loved our stay

Great location, right in the docks. Super friendly staff and service. Breakfast was really good. Recommended for a family trip, it's near to everything and good value

Very friendly staff. Was kindly upgraded to a bigger room when I asked for a quiet place. Reception is a bit tired and could do with renovation. Fine for short stays.

Location is great. It’s across the road from the Albert docks. 1 minute’s walk. 🚶 Breakfast is great. Staff are efficient and helpful and check in was rapid. We had a great time. The rooms are clean but grotty, they feel like too many stag or hen dos have been through the hotel. This is not the staffs fault, the shared space is lovely and has a good vibe. The rooms do have a working tv and great internet but are below standard to what I had expected of Ibis. 🛜

Awesome location with easy access. Very near to the city centre and train station. Staff are all friendly, and rooms are clean as well. Will definitely stay here again for my second visit in Liverpool
