Lokasi yang hebat terletak di lapangan terbang. Kami tiba dari Singapura pada waktu petang, menjadikannya terlalu lewat untuk pergi ke destinasi terakhir kami: Tasik Toba. Selepas tidur malam yang indah kami tiba di sana pada keesokan harinya dengan rasa segar dan buah-buahan. Bagi kami orang Barat, sarapan pagi tidak bermakna. Tambahan pula roti yang ada sudah habis. Tambahan pula, penginapan yang hebat dengan perkhidmatan yang baik dan mesra.

Pemandangan yang hebat, sarapan pagi yang lazat. Beberapa kakitangan tidak berminat untuk menjawab soalan kami tentang pulau, lawatan dan penyewaan basikal. Tetapi Lisa sangat membantu dan baik.

Saya memilih hotel ini kerana saya ingin makan di Chinatown. Terdapat beberapa restoran terkenal dalam jarak berjalan kaki, dan pasar malam yang meriah berdekatan juga sangat mudah! Sarapan paginya lazat dan menyeronokkan. Agak menyusahkan kerana dobi yang saya minta tidak sampai sehingga selepas jam 10 malam, dan saya terpaksa menghubungi untuk mengesahkan sebelum ia tiba. Salah satu tuala mandi agak lusuh. Walau bagaimanapun, semua kakitangannya baik hati, dan ia adalah penginapan yang menyenangkan. Terima kasih.

We stayed at The Crew hotel for one night before heading to the airport. A shuttle in the morning as well as breakfast in the morning served from 6 am was included which was very convenient. The staff at the check in wasn't very friendly and seemed to be annoyed with the questions we had. Moreover, make sure to have 1000 IDR in cash since it is the deposit. Overall the room was really dark and could have been a bit cleaner. However, just staying for a night close to the airport and with the shuttle and breakfast it was a good choice and can be recommended for that purpose.

The suite rooms are large and comfortable. Staff are friendly and breakfast is good, although not everything is ready at once. Unfortunately the outside noise is too much.

Nice to stay. Good location. Room is small. I got a problem with the toilet door. They fixed it after 30 mins, but then I was not able to close the toilet door. Quite inconvenient when you stay with your friend but cannot close the toilet.

I love the service!! They are really fast response! And the view also amazing!! But that would be awesome if some wild animals placed nearby where visitors or those who stay there can easily see them. And too bad some sections are still ongoing so we can't access them :(( Can't wait to explore Chinese garden too. Overall the place is totally perfect! 🔥🔥🔥
