I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely terrible—staff were rude, abrupt, and completely unhelpful when dealing with issues. Rather than resolving concerns professionally, they argued with guests, even when they were clearly in the wrong.
Additionally, the hotel’s website is misleading. It states that parking is free, but upon arrival, I was charged €10 per night without any prior notice. The parking spaces are also far too small, making it difficult to park properly, especially if you arrive late at night.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel stay should be stress-free, but the lack of communication, poor service, and hidden fees made this an unpleasant experience.

Excellent location with many eateries nearby. Only 5-10 mins walk to main old town square. The apartment is clean and kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed our stay there.

Very clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all.
The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included!
I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.

Sauber,ordentlich gepflegte Zimmer, gut war auch der Kaffee und Getränkeautomat in Zimmer-nähe.leider erkannte mein alter Navi die Straße nicht und wir mussten suchen.Bei Dunkelheit und ohne Hinweisschilder schwierig . Aber sonst fand ich das hotel gut.Vielen Dank

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti...siamo tornati oggi pomeriggio.
Punto ottimale..poiché c'è la stazione del tram a due passi per poter visitare tutta la città.
Staff cordiale e cortese .
Ambiente pulito.
Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione..poiché volevamo mangiare in più posti diversi ...quindi qua non possiamo valutare .
Ci torneremo volentieri .

GGuest UserAfter a long trip you come to the hotel and just want to check in without problems. Unfortunately, this was not the case. A staff member told me hard that breakfast was not included in the price and does not even try to explain why. Simply, despite evidence, he said differently... Fortunately, the next day, another employee was and explained to me how and what is. Then the matter was quickly resolved.
Frokost costs €12.90, and there are no hot dishes (e.g. sauce, eggs, etc.). Only bread, sauce and sweets... cooked eggs were cold! ... so better elsewhere breakfast than in the hotel...

WWai WaThe hotel is very new and clean, and the room equipment is sufficient. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot. Staff service is very thoughtful. It’s just a few minutes’ bus ride to the main attractions, so the location is convenient.

XXiaozhipianzailushangImpeccable! In addition to the automatic check-in machine crashed when I checked in, 😅 I called the hotel customer service and quickly solved it. The hotel facilities are very new and the space is large. I stayed for two days. I went to Lake Traun and Harstadt one day. I went to San Wolfgang and Goshao one day. The traffic is very convenient and you can park at the door. There is a capsule coffee machine, the decoration is very modern and simple, the room is large enough, the surrounding supermarket shopping center restaurant is complete, and the window is open.

XXiaoPepsi#Praise# Satisfied with the lighting in the room, proximity to activities, room size, security, bedding comfort; the hotel features self-service checkin and checkout. The whole check-in process was very convenient, the room was old-fashioned, we booked 7 rooms in a row, the layout of each room was still a bit different, but the overall feeling was quite good. Breakfast is relatively simple, it may be the eating habits of Austrians, all hard bread, more difficult. Opposite the hotel is the zeltweg train station, there are mountains in the distance, a typical town environment, but I have to say that the scenery is very good.
