After a long trip you come to the hotel and just want to check in without problems. Unfortunately, this was not the case. A staff member told me hard that breakfast was not included in the price and does not even try to explain why. Simply, despite evidence, he said differently... Fortunately, the next day, another employee was and explained to me how and what is. Then the matter was quickly resolved. Frokost costs €12.90, and there are no hot dishes (e.g. sauce, eggs, etc.). Only bread, sauce and sweets... cooked eggs were cold! ... so better elsewhere breakfast than in the hotel...

Very clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included! I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.

I liked the stay, I went out with the taxi from the station. It was a short, cheap journey. Breakfast was rich and delicious. The restaurant at the hotel opened evening and offers delicious offers at a good price

Excellent location with many eateries nearby. Only 5-10 mins walk to main old town square. The apartment is clean and kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed our stay there.

The view is fantastic and suite room. The facilities were so good, such as sauna. Please have dinner in the village below.

Very close to Graz FlixBus station, but the route given by Google navigation here is not correct, it is a fast road, no zebra crossing the road. Note that at the back of the station, there is an underground passage across the road, which is also very convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the hotel. The hotel is very welcoming, the people are very friendly, the service is very good, the uncle who greeted me also brought me some food, gave me a detailed explanation of how to open the door, how to get to the city and how to get to the station, especially good people. The basic facilities of the room are complete, simple but comfortable. Breakfast can be ordered with fried eggs, so happy. The 32 bus into the city is very convenient, 20 minutes. Take the bus directly to the terminal, on the edge of the old city, walk to it.

The hotel is very new and clean, and the room equipment is sufficient. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot. Staff service is very thoughtful. It’s just a few minutes’ bus ride to the main attractions, so the location is convenient.

Originally planned to swim Harstadt, staying here overnight, the first reminder is: here to Harstadt to drive an hour and 15 minutes, so the home must leave enough time, and avoid driving at night, because there is a long mountain road. But this hotel is very good value, I thought it was wrong, but I accidentally hit the Austrian ski town Schladming, and made a surprise trip. The hotel room is spacious and the sanitation is excellent. From the front desk to the cleaning, the breakfast is full, and even if there are many fun in the summer town, the cable car can reach the top of the mountain 3000 meters, overlooking the beautiful town, glaciers, sea of clouds, a panoramic view of the mountains, you can ride in the mountains, glide, mountain hiking, waterfall, The stream, great, stayed for another day. The hotel facilities are very new and the space is large. I stayed for two days. I went to Lake Traun and Harstadt one day. I went to San Wolfgang and Goshao one day. The traffic is very convenient and you can park at the door. There is a capsule coffee machine, the decoration is very modern and simple, the room is large enough, the surrounding supermarket shopping center restaurant is complete, and the window is open.
