Purtroppo il soggiorno non ha soddisfatto le aspettative. La struttura mostra evidenti segni del tempo, con ascensore, arredi e stile generale che rimandano agli anni '80-'90, trasmettendo una sensazione di vecchio poco curata.
La colazione, a 10€ a persona, non è risultata adeguata al prezzo richiesto. L'offerta era limitata nella scelta e presentata in modo poco invitante, con prodotti di qualità inferiore rispetto ad altre catene alberghiere dove ho pagato anche meno (7€). La presenza di creme spalmabili sottomarca invece di marchi più noti è solo un esempio della scarsa attenzione alla qualità.
Infine, un disservizio inaccettabile: nonostante gli ospiti fossero due, sono stati forniti asciugamani per una sola persona, segno di poca attenzione ai dettagli basilari dell'accoglienza.
Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è soddisfacente e consiglierei una seria revisione sia delle strutture che dei servizi offerti.

Posizione molto buona, hotel vicino alla spiaggia.
Ombrellone e sdraio inclusi nel costo della camera.
Personale della reception gentile e disponibile.
Camera e bagno non adeguati (l’armadio non si chiudeva, il frigo non si riusciva ad attaccare alla corrente perché non c’era una presa adatta, bagno molto piccolo senza bidet, la doccetta non rimaneva in posizione)

Pokój wyglądał identycznie jak na zdjęciu. Hotel czysty w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Obsługa bardzo miła a śniadania bardzo dobre. Bez problemu można zostawić bagaż po wymeldowaniu i zwiedzać dalej bez walizek.

Great price/quality ratio - modern, clean, quiet. Room had a huge balcony.
Great breakfast too - not just a typical Italian coffee/juice/croissant - there's omelet, vegetables, fruits.

Отдыхали в этом отеле 5 ночей семьей. Номер двухкомнатный, но очень маленький))) Во второй комнате двухъярусная кровать. Завтрак обычный, как везде в Италии в 3 звездах. Из горячего - делают омлет или яичницу. Расположен отель в самом центре городка. До подъемника на машине минут 10. Парковка рядом с отелем бесплатная. В принципе нам все понравилось, катание конечно не Альпы, но если со снегом и погодой повезет, то вполне. В городке есть несколько приличных ресторанчиков. В отеле есть лыжная комната и сушильная, нам за полчаса высушили все горнолыжную одежду после дождя)))

Wij waren zonder auto en dan ligt deze B&B erg ver uit het centrum. Je komt er via een steil oplopende weg! Er was maar een buslijn die kant op. Felisia was erg vriendelijk maar een B &B die gedeeld wordt met de bewoners is niet ons ding. De airco deed het niet best. De fan deed niets en de kamer was benauwd. De badkamer was in de hal en is aan modernisering toe. Kleine douchecabine. Geen glazen om tanden te kunnen poetsen. Het rook wat vreemd op de badkamer. Ontbijt redelijk. Jammer dat we geen koffie op de kamer hadden. Er lagen wel theezakjes. Balcon was ruim maar aan erg lawaaierige weg. Kortom lieve mensen maar alleen interessant indien in bezit van auto.

Staff was very courteous, friendly and kind. Very nice and cozy place. Room is very spacious and bathroom is comfortable enough for two people. Mini fridge with water kettle, cups and tea bags available. Here’s the only “complaint” I have and the reason why I only gave 3/5 stars in cleanliness as they were not cleaned and refreshed from the previous guests staying in the room. The cups were used and dirty and empty water bottles were left in the fridge. Not an issue for us but it might be for other guests. Other than that the room and bathroom were very cleaned and well kept. The breakfast is very typical to the region (sweet pastries, toasts, coffee and juices). Would definitely stay again.

Really impressed with the cleanliness it was spotless Fresh towels every day and beds made up beautifully The staff were so warm and friendly and the breakfast was varied and well presented .It's very well located to explore all of the great shops in pescara and only a 10/15 minutes walk to a lovely long beach Would recommend

Business trip. Location just a few hundred meters from the highway toll booth. Excellent reception, really large room, bathroom not particularly spacious but recent and with a comfortable shower. Abundant breakfast. Free parking. Excellent value for money. Recommended.
