If you have something to do in the area, you can book at a good price and have no expectations. After arriving, I found that although the room is a container house, no matter the appearance of the room, the room is very new and clean. Check-in was in the middle of summer in Japan, and the daytime temperature was as high as 37 degrees. And the new air-conditioning in the room is very cold enough, it is worthy of praise! The front desk also provides a map of nearby restaurants, and the service is intimate!

Exceptional Onsen Experience and Delicious Breakfast My recent stay at this hotel in Japan was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to every detail with genuine hospitality. The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the exquisite onsen bath house. Nestled amidst serene surroundings, the onsen offered the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The facilities were immaculately clean, the water temperature was just right, and the tranquil atmosphere allowed me to truly unwind after a day of exploring. Each morning began with their amazing breakfast spread, featuring a wonderful selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were outstanding, and the presentation was as beautiful as the flavours were delicious. From freshly brewed coffee to traditional miso soup, every meal was a delightful start to the day. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, making my experience truly memorable. I wholeheartedly give this hotel a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan. A very pleasant stay in Ureshino Onsen area. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms compared to typical business hotels in Japan. Although the hotel itself doesn’t have its own onsen, there are excellent public hot springs just nearby, which made the experience unique and relaxing. The location is quiet and perfect for unwinding, especially for travelers looking to enjoy nature and hot springs. Staff were polite and helpful, and the facilities were simple but convenient. Overall, a great choice for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The hotel has only 10 rooms, the facilities are new, 10 points clean, Japanese style and wind, there is a massage function in the open air, the staff is 10 points good, will call to remind you to eat dinner and breakfast, originally need to leave the hotel early, can not enjoy dinner, The hotel specially arranged breakfast at an early time, very considerate service. And the quality of the food is very high. The water pressure is enough. Arranged to eat in a separate room, private feeling 10 points is sufficient.

We chose to stay here because hotels in Fukuoka were very expensive, and since we had the JR Pass, this location right beside the Tosu station was super convenient. The room was very clean, and the facilities were great — especially the included breakfast! It was a wonderful chance to try local Japanese dishes, and I really enjoyed it. The breakfast starts as early as 6:30am, which was very thoughtful — I still remember rushing to catch the 6:50am train to Fukuoka after eating, and I even had 5 minutes to spare, haha! Staff were friendly and helpful, though English communication was a bit more limited — probably because it’s not a major station area. Still, everyone had a great attitude and tried their best. Overall, a very satisfying stay!

The service from resort staff is top-notched. The Japanese dinner and breakfast is so unique I haven’t tried anything like this before. Nice green tea hot spring! Always have complimentary high quality tea! Free parking. But dont expect much from the city itself. Very plain residential area around. So it is suggested to stay in resort at night. Friendly reminder: No tattoo for hot spring user. No tattoo stickers provided.

The room size was decent, plenty of entertainment on Level 1 *some are not free* and a foot bath right in front of the hotel. Put some mosquito repellent, we didn't even get to sit more than 5 mins because of mosquitoes. Loved their dinner buffet. Thanks to the free alcoholic drinks we got to sample a few different types of sake. The food was good and for the breakfast French toast was the best. The dinner buffet timing was only 1.5 hours but it was more than enough for us. The room pricing isn’t cheap but it’s definitely worth the value if you just want to spend a quiet and relaxing evening inside the hotel after visiting some of the attractions around the area.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from the South Exit of JR Takeo-Onsen Station! Check-in is after 3 PM, and the staff are very welcoming. There's a main building and an annex, and you use your room key card to access your room. At the front desk, you can find free toothbrushes, coffee, bath towels, and wooden combs. It's a shame they don't offer small packets of skincare products. Also, drinking water isn't provided in the room! There isn't a convenience store right outside the hotel, but there's a small supermarket inside the JR station. Breakfast is a simple buffet with both Japanese and Western options; the milk is delicious! The annex on the 8th floor has a public bath and a laundry room, and the rooms are quite spacious. You can borrow bicycles from the front desk to get around. Overall, it's a great stay!

staffs are helpful and room is spacious, very close to Tosu station and some good restaurants nearby just the parking fee info hasn't been updated, now isn't 200yen per stay but isn't a big problem as there is a multistorey nearby, staff also suggested to park there

It’s an absolute bliss to stay in Suginoya, a luxurious ryokan in Saga. Our saga beef sukiyaki dinner was truly memorable as the quality of the meat was top notch- so soft yet flavorful, something we will remember for a long time. We enjoyed relaxing in the private and public bath, soaking in the zen vibes of the hotel and lounging in the spacious and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and tried to converse in English as best as possible. 100% recommend as we felt fully pampered here like it was our honeymoon all over again!
