衛生：房間很大，設施很好。高層 觀景不錯
服務：服務態度非常好。
環境：一切都很好，唯一就是周邊不咋地，啥都沒有，去最近一個超市距離1.5公裏左右，樓下基本上沒啥商業。去克雷塔羅的幾個景點距離2公裏左右。安全為主，我沒去。

酒店衞生環境一般，地面毛毯感覺不夠乾淨，有異味，房間也一樣。床上用品還是比較乾淨的。另外早餐不是很豐富。

時隔三年再次入住，還是非常滿意。走路10分鐘距離有中餐和日餐，還有大型的麵包店。酒店有泳池健身房，大廳還放着咖啡機，可以坐下來喝一杯現磨咖啡歇歇腿也非常不錯。酒店的環境也非常好，有花有樹，還有動聽的鳥叫聲陪伴，度假商務都是非常不錯的選擇。

很棒的酒店，位置很方便，巴士總站走過去也就15分鐘。斜對麪有個la comer超市，物價很不錯，裏面有各個銀行的ATM機，裏面有超市自己的咖啡館和小餐館，東西也還不錯，有營業員會說英文。酒店背後是普通的居民區，很普通一點點髒亂差，但是墨西哥不就這樣，有些小館子，還不錯的。房間相當不錯個人覺得配的枕頭都比較高哈哈

HHelmutIt was a brief stay for us - only one night to catch an early flight home from QRO airport. The service was excellent, the room was modern and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Located very close to a big church and square and easy access to the quaint streets of old Queretaro. The front desk person was super helpful, friendly, spoke English and helped us with arranging taxi service at 4:45am to get us to the airport! Be prepared that there are no windows in the rooms, just a french door with glass opening into the courtyard. The attached restaurant and bakery looked really nice and we would have liked to have been able to partake of the included breakfast but unfortunately our flight was too early; instead, our host prepared sandwiches for us to take with us, which was very thoughtful. Be sure to check out the view of the amazing aquaduct from the overlook a few blocks east of the big church.

GGuest UserClean and tidy spacious rooms, ample hot water in the shower, and strong water pressure—anyone knows these two points are crucial for guests traveling long distances. And the best part is the affordable price.
The evening traffic noise outside is tolerable. It would be nice if the room also provided napkins instead of having to use toilet paper

SSophita23The environment is good and the location is okay if you have a car. The hotel is a little outdated but the bedrooms are still okay and comfortable. We stayed for a week. Nothing much to complain. Service is good. The only negative thing is that we could hear the noise coming from the hallway and even from other bedrooms.
