Hotel 3-Star di Cusco, Peru

Two couples run. Very nice location, about 5 minutes walk from Cusco Square. However, it is on the slope and the air is thin in the first place because it is a high altitude place. You can also take a shared bus from the airport to the square (if you have a lot of momentum and a lot of heart). However, hot water did not come out at first in the shower. Therefore, I had to contact my husband who runs the hotel every time, and that point might have been inconvenient. However, if there is anything on WhatsApp, they will rushed in, let me put my luggage in round 々 when I go to Machu Picchu, and secure a shared bus to the recommended hydroelectric power station. The service on that point was optimal.

Originally, I felt that the hair dryer was not the configuration of each room. I came back later because there was no room and changed a hotel. After the comparison, I wanted to say that this hotel is great! Very cost-effective! This price In a separate room, the quilt is also given to the spare, and the quilt can be added if it feels cold at night; breakfast is included. Breakfast has bread, avocado, pineapple, papaya; hot water manu coca tea can be brewed and used throughout the day; there is a public area on the roof, and the clothes can be dried after washing; There is no charge for saving the package, and I have saved the package for four days and there is no charge. And the service staff are very nice and feel very warm. Really good wife!

Overall, the hotel is not bad for Cusco, a small room, a small window, a very small bathroom, no heating, no drinking water, no slippers, but I give it 5 for cleanliness, for the location, and for the fact that the hotel is new. When we lived there, the cost was $90 per night without breakfast. For such a cost, it is normal. But when we left for 2 days and came back, the cost was already $180 per night, which is simply unimaginable for this hotel. Having lived a week in Cusco, it became clear that the price and quality are a big problem not only for this hotel but also for others! The prices are high, and the service provided is minimal!

Victor and Maria, the owners, were very hospitable. They made sure that their guests are comfortable and even went beyond by providing us anti-altitude sickness meds when we started having symptoms! The breakfast was delicious, we had packed snacks when we left early for Machu Picchu. The king bed room is nice and cozy, with modern bathroom. We felt very welcome and cared while we were in Cusco! Highly recommended to everyone visiting! The reception is also open 24hrs.

The staff was so kind, it was really good. They let me check out late because there was no reservation for the next day! The room and bed were clean, there were plenty of cooking utensils, and salt, sugar, and oil were provided. The breakfast was mainly bread, with only one orange and drinks, which was a bit disappointing. Coca tea was drinkable. The shower had good hot water, but the shower curtain was extremely short, so the floor got wet. Also, there was no heating, so it was really cold at night. The view of the city from the hotel was amazing. The hotel is quite high up in the hills, so be careful not to get out of breath.

Outside is inconspicuous, but very quiet, the service staff is very warm, help contact the car early in the morning, the car came late and greeted me to wait, there is boiling water, but unfortunately I left early in the morning and didn't eat their free breakfast.

The hotel is comfortable and well-maintained. The beds and sheets provide a good night's sleep, and guests are welcomed with muña tea to help them adapt to the altitude of Cusco. The breakfast is great, as is the service provided by the lady in charge, whose name I unfortunately can't remember right now, but a cake is missing from the menu. The reception staff, Monica, Alfred, and Diego, are helpful, polite, and available to meet guests' needs. It is close to the train station and also to the two transportation providers to Machu Picchu, Inka Rail and Peru Rail, which makes it much easier to board the bus to the Sanctuary. To get to the historic center on foot takes about 15 to 20 minutes, and by app it takes about 5 minutes, and the cost is around 12 soles. I only have one observation for improving the accommodation, which would be to find a way to minimize the noise from the reception to the rooms on the ground floor, considering that in the early hours of the morning many of the guests leave for Machu Picchu.

If you enjoy some quiet from the bustling city center, this place was perfect. Located 15 mins walk from the city center (it doesn’t feel that far honestly), the photos of the hotel are as shown in the pictures provided. The place is really clean and cosy. Giara liaises with the guests ensuring every need is covered. She and the team have been so lovely and helpful throughout. They do prepare packed breakfast for whenever we had to leave early for our tours. Absolutely enjoyed our time at the stay

This hotel is centrally located within walking distance to the markets & main plaza. The beds are comfortable. Rooms with king bed are small. The courtyard is nice. The breakfast was average to below average. The internet is free but intermittent at best. There is a nightclub nearby which plays loud music until 3:30am which makes it really difficult to sleep. The reason I'm giving this hotel a 3 star is because of the excellent service we received from Oscar Silva Casafranca. He was courteous, efficient and always pleasant & smiling. He helped with our baggage & was quick to answer any questions or queries we had. He's a huge asset to this hotel.

Cute hotel which is very well located in Cusco in between San Pedro Market and the historic centre. The father and son who run the place are extremely welcoming and the room is very clean. Breakfast is simple but nice and the staff are very attentive. They were very kind to pack us a breakfast bag when we were leaving early in the morning for our sacred valley tour. The room we stayed in was quite small but I think other rooms might be bigger since it's a converted house. It would be nice if there was a couple of small bottles of water in the room when you arrive rather than having to pay for it, especially given the altitude.
