Hotel 3-Star di Cusco, Peru

Victor and Maria, the owners, were very hospitable. They made sure that their guests are comfortable and even went beyond by providing us anti-altitude sickness meds when we started having symptoms! The breakfast was delicious, we had packed snacks when we left early for Machu Picchu. The king bed room is nice and cozy, with modern bathroom. We felt very welcome and cared while we were in Cusco! Highly recommended to everyone visiting! The reception is also open 24hrs.

The boss was very welcoming and gave us the largest room in the hotel with three beds. The whole hotel is actually what we call a private house modification in China, but the whole Reshui Town is basically the same. This one is by the river, and it is a bit noisy at night. The bath water is quite hot, and the quilt in the room is a bit damp. But the price is there, it is not a problem to stay for one night.

Originally, I felt that the hair dryer was not the configuration of each room. I came back later because there was no room and changed a hotel. After the comparison, I wanted to say that this hotel is great! Very cost-effective! This price In a separate room, the quilt is also given to the spare, and the quilt can be added if it feels cold at night; breakfast is included. Breakfast has bread, avocado, pineapple, papaya; hot water manu coca tea can be brewed and used throughout the day; there is a public area on the roof, and the clothes can be dried after washing; There is no charge for saving the package, and I have saved the package for four days and there is no charge. And the service staff are very nice and feel very warm. Really good wife!

staffs were super friendly and helpful. stayed there 2 separate nights. one before machu picchu and the other after i return to cusco from machu picchu. rooms were reasonably spacious and well maintained. hot water shower was good. bed was comfy. breakfast was a in my opinion pretty decent and value for money. it starts as early as 5am so u can catch your morning tours after breakfast. they help u store luggage as you embark on your MP trip and return later so u don’t have to book extra night just to keep your luggage in the hotel if u are staying in aguas calientes for a night (u likely cannot bring ur large suitcases up the peru/inca rail). location wise it’s certainly walkable to the plaza. however i can hear noises from outside. i believe it’s the same with most hotels too in anycase.

It's near the airport. If you live here, you can walk along the sidewalk to the pier, but if you are in a hurry, you have to take a taxi. The breakfast was pretty good and enough to fill you up. There are heaters inside and outside the room. You have to open half of the window to sleep because it is too warm. No matter which direction you live, you can see the snowy mountains or the lake. Especially in the restaurant, you can take photos directly in front of the clean glass windows. The cleaning staff is really commendable.

Do not think twice to stay here, just book it! Me and my husband had an amazing stay here during our trip in Cusco. The hotel is located at the heart of Cusco city and just a few minutes walk to the plaza, along with nearby shops and restaurants. It is run by a lovely family (Jose, Johann, and Miriam) who will greet you very warmly. We had to get up incredibly early (4am!) for a tour and Jose prepared a packed breakfast for us. I told my husband it feels as if our parents prepared the breakfast because it was very thoughtful and we never got hungry throughout the trip :) Johan speaks really good english so you will face no issue trying to get some tips around the city. I am generally lazy to comment on the hotel, but this hotel is superb in terms of environment and staff service. I can't help but give 5 stars. Two couples run. Very nice location, about 5 minutes walk from Cusco Square. However, it is on the slope and the air is thin in the first place because it is a high altitude place. You can also take a shared bus from the airport to the square (if you have a lot of momentum and a lot of heart). However, hot water did not come out at first in the shower. Therefore, I had to contact my husband who runs the hotel every time, and that point might have been inconvenient. However, if there is anything on WhatsApp, they will rushed in, let me put my luggage in round 々 when I go to Machu Picchu, and secure a shared bus to the recommended hydroelectric power station. The service on that point was optimal.

The staff was so kind, it was really good. They let me check out late because there was no reservation for the next day! The room and bed were clean, there were plenty of cooking utensils, and salt, sugar, and oil were provided. The breakfast was mainly bread, with only one orange and drinks, which was a bit disappointing. Coca tea was drinkable. The shower had good hot water, but the shower curtain was extremely short, so the floor got wet. Also, there was no heating, so it was really cold at night. The view of the city from the hotel was amazing. The hotel is quite high up in the hills, so be careful not to get out of breath.
