Hotel 3-Star di Calabarzon, Philippines

This was a last minute booking for me and I was happy they had an available room. Check-in was fine. I was assisted by two very courteous female front service desk staff. I just wished they were also able to advice me about the room they provided me which apparently had a door inside connecting to another room. They later clarified and assured that no guests were checked-in there. The room was very spacious, clean and had no undesirable smell. There was a balcony, not much of a view. The A/C was working just fine. Gym equipment are fairly new although I didn't get to try them during my stay. Pool was big and clean!

I've been to several hotels in Tagaytay already and I always come back to Casiana. It's great compared to other pricey hotels. The staff are friendly and the buffet is good too. The rooms are spacious (with balcony) and the toilets are modern. Parking is always available. The pool needs a little bit of cleaning. It is big compared to other hotels in the area - 4 feet for adults. The only thing I am constantly having a problem is the wifi in the room. Sometimes it disappears and is not consistent. I wish they would fix it since it has been a problem for way back in 2023 when I started to go to this hotel. I attached the photo of the custom eggs they made for us while eating our buffet. It was a nice touch.

The location of the hotel is great--very centrally-located in Mauban proper, which was easy for us. The staff was helpful and more than accommodating. I would consider staying here again next time I'm in Mauban.

We had a great stay at Monaco Hotel Taytay. The staff were very accommodating and polite, providing great service from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean and well-sanitized, which made our stay comfortable and worry-free. The amenities were well-maintained, the pool was clean and we had it all to ourselves during our visit, which was a nice bonus. The gym is okay, though it only has minimal equipment (just one treadmill, for example). Breakfast selection is limited but everything tasted good and was freshly prepared. Overall, excellent value for money, especially considering the affordable rate we got. Would definitely recommend this for a short and comfortable stay in Taytay.

i love the view from the 6th floor room though the steps are quite challenging :) they also allow pet which is great though the only concern i had was that they charged me 2K PHP for additional fee on top of the pet cleaning fee per day (which is not part of the fine print) which is kind of weird honestly. they should manage guests of the fees that they will eventually charge for the pets at the onset. apart from this, i dont have any concerns with the property - staff are friendly and location is great!

I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it? Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea. I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean. Keep it up! Well done. The place is well maintained.

Pag nabook kau d nio macocontact ang property owner. Hahanapin nio nalang ung nagbabantay don pagdating nio. So sobrang lawak ng area medyo creepy. Pero pag goods na goods sya lalo na pag may pet kau. Malinis ang mga rooms un lang d ko alam anong issue pero madaming office, restaurant, ang d bukas at inaalikabok na kaya nakadagdag sa pagka creepy ng place. Buti nalang madami kaming nag book nung araw na un so nawala ung kaba namin. The second day kami nalang natira pero nawala na kaba nmin. Sobrang bait ni ate at kuya na tagabantay sa area 5/5. Kung kami tatanongin kung babalik pa kami don ang sagot ko ay YES perfect sya if naghahanap ka ng place na tahimik. Nag enjoy din kami maligo sa swiming pool malinis at relaxing.

they prepared a greeting for my parents’ anniversary. ty! some confusion in the room booked tho, added few hundreds for the deluxe room king bed or 2 twin beds because it looks new but only the premier deluxe is new. enjoyed playing pickleball. playroom enjoyed by kids but only til 7pm. could add TV there also for movie nights. annoying calls prior to checkout should be stopped. great view. overall good stay
