Great location. Great staff. Great breakfast, bar and restaurant. Great beer. Great room. Great city to explore and use as a base for a visit to Auschwitz. A few minor issues in room 603: the curtains didn't reach the whole way across one window, the toilet flush wasn't great and the middle panel of the shower screen was missing?! Also note: bring ear plugs if you are facing 'the party street' as it is a bit noisy on a Friday and Saturday night. (Hotel also provided some)

Very conveniently located hotel. Small, comfortable rooms are perfect for a night before your early flight. It is literally a 3 min walk to the departure hall. However, do not count on having a gourmet dinner. A drink yes, but not proper dinner. There is only dozen food that it is heated up. The spinach lasagna was not bad actually. Service was helpful and competent. There is also a well equipped gym and a space to work if you need. I would stay here again if there is need.

The place is a complete mess, the walls have fungus, the shower was plugged, the towels were dirty. Our room had a kitchen, but there was almost no kitchen tools, so we couldn't really eat there. It was really cold in the room during the night, because the windows were broken and they wouldn't shut. And last but not least, the owner... He took the deposit, but he didn't want to give it back. He didn't answer the phone when we wanted to check out and get our money. Then he started to argue with us, and pushed my female friend twice (!!!). We missed our bus because of it and he had completely no remorse. Don't visit this place ever.

Bardzo dobry Hotel w standardzie ***. Na Google zasłużone 4,5. Czysto, pachnąco, pokój dwuosobowy lux bardzo przestronny, de facto dwa pomieszczenia, sypialnia i pokój dzienny. Osobno kanapa i fotel w części telewizyjnej. Duży plus za biurko i fotel biurowy. Do tego lodówka, czajnik z zapasem herbaty i kawy. Szafa na ubrania i wieszak z lustrem. Klimatyzacja. Otwierane okna. Przestronna łazienka z wanna z jacuzzi, do tego umywalka, wc, suszarka. Przestronna restauracja, smaczne i obfite śniadania. Dania Ala carte smaczne i ładnie podane. Ceny - na poziomie średnim przedział (40 - 80) za danie. Przestronny parking Minusy - trochę zużyte meble, niewygodny zużyty materac.

The staff and the service is incredibly polite and fast. Never had any problems of any kind. The Hotel is quiet and the bathrooms were very clean. The position of the Hotel is mid-way to a park, the center and the train station. It's probably the best position out there. The only problem i had was with the bed. I'm not a person that complains, at all. I sleep in tents and sometimes even on a sheets on the ground because of my outdoors hobbies and i understand this is an economy hotel. But not even in motels i saw stained and dirty matresses being covered up with a slim foam matress and a blanket. I will come back to this place, but i just hope that this gets improved.

Swój pobyt w hotelu oceniam bardzo dobrze. Już od samego przyjazdu miło powitała nas pani na recepcji. Cała obsługa hotelu, zarówno na recepcji jak i w restauracji, jest miła i uśmiechnięta, a jednocześnie bardzo profesjonalna. Każdy służy pomocą. Jest to chyba najlepszy hotel w Sosnowcu, w którym do tej pory byłam. Lokalizacja jest idealna - w samym centrum miasta, niedaleko dworca PKP. Pokoje są czyste, pachnące, bardzo zadbane. Ogromny plus!

I spent 4 nights with my girlfriend on the hotel and we loved it! Workers were so kind and nice with us and our room was big, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed also a great view to Jasna Góra, perfect location to go there and also to the city centre. And breakfast was so good! I'd recommend it 100%

Nasz pobyt był związany z odwiedzinami krewnych i znajomych i już po raz kolejny byłem w tym hotelu, na dodatek w okolicznościach tuż po otwarciu w czasie COVID-19. Jest bardzo zadowolony zarówno z obiektu, jak i obsługi. Będę wracał, kiedy tylko to będzie możliwe. Hotel ma lokalizację, która nam odpowiada, niedaleko do głównych miast woj.śląskiego oraz parku między Katowicami, Chorzowem i Siemianowicami. Blisko do jedynego w tym województwie ZOO, Planetarium i Wesołego Miasteczka.
