Best hotel in the area.Customer services and experience here is beyond expectations.It isclean, stylish, roomy and room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend with the hotel. The breakfast is not bad though not much choices and cleanliness is little bit disappointing. And they have a Meituan** takeaway cabinet which is very convenient. I would recommend you to stay here if you are expecting a cozy night with friends/family.

Before staying this hotel, I read some negative reviews on cleanliness and service. Therefore, I am worried about it. However, the actual experience was totally different. The room was very clean and huge. The cleaner definitely did a great job. Not only that, the warm welcome especially from the bellboy staff were great. One of the night shift staff (Lionel) went to the extra mile to help us order food delivery because our overseas number cant do so. I hope they can keep up standard and hope to stay there again.

The first thing I saw when I entered the hotel was its signature Chinese Courtyard, A great Instagram spot. Hotel staff offer ice cream with a smile when in the queue to check-in. During check-in, hotel staff Jane and Minnie introduced themselves and gave us an introduction of the hotel and warm welcome. Jane added me on WeChat. So they could take care of anything I needed on the trip. Jane is accommodating and professional. My wife and I had a carefree night in the hotel. By the way, the night view in the hotel is incredible. I would stay in this hotel if I came to ZH again.

Hotel ini sebenarnya bukanlah sebuah hotel bertaraf lima bintang... yang juga boleh dilihat dari fakta bahawa banyak ciri reka bentuk asalnya kini tidak digunakan. Excellent in many many ways with a big thank you Joyce Bao and Kayle (aka Xiao Bao and Xiao Li 小包 小李 ) who helped us with our luggage and sent us off. Besides being very clean and well located here are some other areas that were well done: 1. Take away breakfast available 2. Bell boy proactively looked for extra staff so we could check in quickly 3. Good infrastructure like: good plumbing (no weird smells) faucets, sinks, toilets are all brand name (kosher etc) 4. Pilates class by Kelly was professional 5. Pool was warm and lifeguard did try to ask smokers to move to the sides (as opposed to let them continue soaking) 6. Gym was new, well maintained and changing room bathroom had real paper toilet seat liners that worked, and bags for wet bathing suits. Hair dryers were new. 7. Room had large windows, charging ports at bedside, bathrobe and slippers were thick, fluffy and good quality. Toilet paper was thick 2 ply with good perforations. Borghese soap shampoo etc and mini mouthwash provided 8. Breakfast had good omelettes, and pastry/croissants were well made and buttery. They even had ice cream. Fresh squeezed cucumber, celery and carrot juice made in the spot with juicer. When I asked why they didn’t have anymore hash browns they looked into it. 9. App for Visitor to Shenzhen also provided good information. 10. Sheets, pillows, mattress and duvet were all good quality, fluffy and soft 11. Info available if you need to mail a parcel. 12. Staff are generally well trained and managed and seem to know what they are supposed to do, and can answer questions. They could be further trained in hospitality so they’re passionate about it so it’s more natural. 13. Despite rainstorm everything was dry, no leaks, no mold, no damp smell, hotel wasn’t run down. Areas are generally properly organised. 14. Management seem to supervise and train staff carefully. Only issue was that my minibar was missing drinks but it was sent up when I called about it. But overall a very excellent hotel. Here are some minor observations and some extra suggestions: 1. Pillow menu could be offered 2. Bubble bath could be made available upon request 3. More info about gym, massage place etc could be offered in room and in English (instead of in the Ctrip app). 4. Room could have creamer for coffee and tea 5. A paper bag or bag could be placed in room for extra use. 6. Checkout could have asked for suggestions 7. Check in could ask if takeaway breakfast would be needed. 8. Executive lounge had good cheese, but they could include some crackers or some salami also (salami available at breakfast). Self serve Tea bags should also be available not just coffee. But tea was available upon request. They also need dining cloth napkins and not just small paper napkins 9. Staff Name tags should specify the languages spoken by the staff member (English, Cantonese, Mandarin) 10. Shower stall in the gym needs a lip along the door or the floor so that the water does not go everywhere. Currently the shower floor isn’t slanted enough so the water doesn’t drain fast enough and gets everywhere.

Software: I must give a very high compliment to FnB, polite n helpful. A lady put her dirty dishes to a clean table next to her, the FnB manager saw the whole thing from far away, then approach the lady say sorry becos her service is not fast enough to clean up her table, then take the dirty dishes away… In breakfast time, I ask the noodle counter where I can get a spoon, he come out all the way from his counter to show me the spoon. Also, I make two coffee together w the food, the waitress help me take it back to my table. Housekeeping are also very helpful when I ask for more pillows n tooth brushes. However, I still see my wife hair in the toilet after cleaning. Anyway, housekeeping are good, I know they are busy. Front desk n bellboy do not much interactive w them, so so… Overall, this one is good hotel. Definitely recommended.

We stayed at this hotel (quite far from city centre) in order to be 5-min walking distance to the indoor ski slope at Sunac Park. The hotel lobby is grand, room size is spacious and breakfast buffet has everything you can think of, Western and Chinese cuisine. But the highlight was the service, from polite cleaning staff to helpful concierge. We were particularly happy to have the good fortune of meeting reception staff Melly 小玲, she really went above and beyond to help us secure rooms for a second visit, as well as lots of to-ing and fro-ing for transport arrangements -- Melly always responded quickly and professionally, and with so much patience and kindness -- she really provided 6-star service!!!

Excellent service and renovated during covid. The pool is not heated and is cold. There’s a spa there for massages and it’s convenient . It’s across the street from Guangzhou east so it’s super convenient.

真的是超出預期，春節出行連亞朵都舔着臉漲到2500的情況下，這個酒店才1300，而且從硬件到軟裝到早餐，所有的配置都是五星級。大堂的尺度更是見過酒店裡最誇張的。 服務能看出他們是很用心的想做好，但是開發商自己的運營團隊確實不如傳統五星酒店運營公司順暢，春節這種時候客流量大一般前台從禮賓到接待到服務生怎麼也得十幾個人跑來跑去，他們就五六個人感覺明顯忙不過來 早餐確實是不錯，中西冷熱都全，也有蒸煮麪檔這些現做的，種類全而且口味出乎意料的還不錯，孩子吃的很飽 最後建議下，看到其他評論都在説酒店這不行那不行，在國內真是各行各業都不好乾，自己卷的不行還要去卷別人，大家都像在自己的生活中吃了一肚子s於是就到處噴到別人身上，戾氣太重，這個酒店能看出想好好做，真的不如找個好的運營公司直接把定位拉上去，做這個價位的產品面對的客户真的什麼人都有，現在環境這麼差，希望這種好酒店能運營的越來越好

帶孩子出來玩寶貝很喜歡這個企鵝元素，房間是上下鋪，上鋪這個很放心不用擔心寶寶摔下來，還有小度智能音箱，還特別的配置了寶寶的洗漱用品很驚喜很細心，酒店位置交通也很方便不需要過多的等待，離珠海站和拱北口岸都非常近，走路十五分鐘樣子就能到，管家也是非常的貼心負責，客房的姐姐送物也很及時，非常棒的體驗，推薦推薦！！下次還會來住

Penguin Hotel adalah yang paling dekat dengan Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, dalam beberapa minit berjalan kaki; tempat letak kereta percuma di tempat letak kereta bawah tanah, sangat mudah; sesuai untuk membawa kanak-kanak bersama-sama, dengan hadiah yang indah, dan anda juga boleh menambah katil tambahan atau menambah pagar pada katil, dan menyediakan kanak-kanak secara percuma peralatan mandian khusus; bilik pemandangan taman juga boleh menikmati bunga api di dalam bilik.

Top notch facilities and service as expected from Marriott, brand new hotel and professional staff. A very pleasant stay indeed. Special thanks to Ms. Kate Huang and her crew for the excellent preparation and warm welcome. Definitely worth coming back.

Everything is almost perfect about this hotel. I like the cleanliness and it looks very new. Breakfast is very good and worth every Pennies. One thing that stands out beyond all is the services. The staffs are very polite and professional. I usually don’t write review unless it’s either a wow or the opposite but this is definitely a wow. The lady in the front desk carry our luggage up to the room and greet us with an introduction upon checking in. Selina gave my wife a flower on woman’s day with a card. The young man greet me when I went down for breakfast and make me a coffee. Front desk lady carry my luggage to the car after check out and provide us with a car service to the port to go to Hong Kong. The driver “Mr Chang” was incredibly nice and offer us waters. We have stayed in many five star hotels but this one is probably the best for its 5 star services. The staff just make us feel very comfortable. Glad we chose this hotel when we were here for three nights. It will be our pick again when we are back.
