Families, who understands?! 😭 I'm so incredibly satisfied with my stay at the Langqi Zhanyun Hotel this business trip, I want to recommend it to the whole world on the spot! 🏨💥 As soon as I entered the lobby, I was amazed ✨! The decor is that minimalist yet luxurious style, with warm lighting and wooden tones creating an amazing ambiance. No need for filters when taking photos 📸~ The room was super spacious! The bedding was so soft and fluffy, like sleeping on a cloud ☁️. I fell into a deep sleep in 3 seconds 💤, and woke up the next day with no backaches or sore muscles – a dream come true for a working professional! 🙌 As someone who pays attention to details, I absolutely loved it! 👏 The bathroom had a super clean wet and dry separation, and the toiletries had a citrus scent 🍊. After washing my hair, it was so smooth I could film a commercial! Plus, there were smart curtains and Xiaodu voice control – just say ”turn on the lights” and the whole room brightens up. Full of tech! 💡 What touched me the most was the service!! The front desk lady was as gentle as a best friend 👭, proactively asking if I needed a specific pillow type and even sending welcome fruits 🍇! I left my charger when checking out, and they immediately helped me retrieve it after I called. Such a sense of security! ❤️ The price was also incredibly reasonable! 💰 Downtown location + these amenities, the value for money is just unbeatable!! Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen truly lives up to its reputation as a service supreme hotel. Not only is it the highest Mandarin Oriental in Shenzhen, but the service throughout my stay was impeccable. I was thrilled to find out on this business trip that I was staying at the same hotel as my idol, Mr. Andy Lau! Enjoying breakfast on the soaring 78th floor felt like being in a fairyland. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, and the turndown service was as thoughtful as ever. Room service was very responsive. The welcome fruit was fresh and seasonal, and knowing my child enjoyed it, they sent another portion early the next morning. The family-friendly setup was warm and appropriate, and the kids' activities were a lot of fun. Finally, the checkout staff were very polite, escorted me all the way downstairs, and had a record of all my previous requests. I'm sorry I didn't catch their name, but I want to give them a big thumbs up here! It truly is my favorite hotel. While there are many luxury hotels, I particularly adore this one with its oriental charm. Mandarin Oriental will always be my first choice from now on! My only regret this time was that due to limited availability, I couldn't get an upgrade, and also, the welcome music was no longer ”Kangding Love Song.”

A perfect stay experience. The room style, hotel location, restaurant food – everything was excellent. No other hotel in Guangzhou around the 2k price range can compare. Every day when I returned after a concert, the room had already been cleaned and the turndown service prepared. The pool and jacuzzi experience was also fantastic, and every staff member I encountered was very attentive. The only minor drawback was a slight musty smell in the room carpet, but after I reported it to the hotel, they immediately arranged for two air purifiers. They even helped coil up my charging cables. I love everything about this place. Being able to extend check-out to 2 PM due to a flight delay was a lifesaver. From now on, whenever I come to Guangzhou, I will only choose the Mandarin Oriental.

The rooms are quiet and spacious, with excellent office facilities, meticulously cleaned, and well-maintained. The breakfast offers a wide variety, allowing for a relaxed meal. Xana provides professional and appropriate service, with prompt responses and thorough, detailed attention that balances efficiency with warmth. The hotel is well-managed overall, with every employee demonstrating a strong service ethic and clean, tidy public areas. The entire stay is dignified and comfortable. Whether for personal use or hosting guests, it's an ideal choice, and I highly recommend it.

They even thoughtfully provided fresh fruit upon check-in, which was a lovely and warm touch. I especially want to commend a young lady at the front desk with glasses; her demeanor was gentle and appropriate, and her service was professional and attentive. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and polite, responding promptly to all requests, making the entire experience comfortable and relaxed. The overall service level is top-notch, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant stay. I will definitely prioritize this hotel for my next visit to Guangzhou.

Five-star review! ✨ The location is in Futian Central District, which is very convenient for transportation and shopping. The room was clean and tidy, spacious, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The staff were attentive and polite, responding promptly. Overall, it's the usual Ritz-Carlton standard. The CBD night view is fantastic, and the stay felt like a perfect leisure getaway. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit Shenzhen. Highly recommended!

The Zhuhai Marriott Hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Sun & Moon Bay and Love Post Office. It's also very convenient to get to the beach and there are plenty of dining options at City Balcony. The front desk service was attentive, and Sicily was particularly warm and helpful, earning a big thumbs up! She proactively introduced the hotel's facilities, including the pool and gym, as well as nearby attractions. It's a five-star standard hotel with a great price, a pool, and free, convenient parking. They even offer taxi discount vouchers.

The room facilities are a bit old. The hygiene isn't bad, but there's a strange smell in the room. The water park only opens at noon, so for those staying for just one day, buying a hotel package that includes the water park is basically useless. You can enter an hour early, but so many people stay at the hotel it's like when Ocean Kingdom opens an hour early – it doesn't really help. The service was very mediocre. I dropped my phone in the room and had already checked out and returned the room key because I had to catch my high-speed train. I asked the lobby manager for help, and they told me to get back in the incredibly long queue for check-out and tax refunds just to get another room key. Luckily, there were many cleaning staff, and I asked them for help. After verifying my identity upstairs and downstairs, they let me back into the room to find my phone. And they wouldn't even let me keep the room key as a souvenir!

Upon learning it was my birthday, they proactively upgraded my room for free and even surprised me with a delicate birthday cake. It was full of pleasant surprises. The service throughout was impeccable, with attention to every detail, making it a truly unforgettable birthday. The room was comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was fantastic. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Zhuhai. Many thanks to all the staff for their thoughtful hospitality!

Hands down the best hotel I’ve booked on my entire business trip so far. If you’re travelling for work and flying in or out of Guangzhou Baiyun, this place is unbeatable — it’s minutes from the airport (near the T3 terminal) and just a short walk from Renhe Station on Metro Line 3 (Exit C1), so getting anywhere in the city is effortless. The location keeps getting better. It’s walking distance to Huatong Plaza and the Huatongli commercial street, with plenty of food options right there including KFC, McDonald’s and Starbucks — so you’re never stuck for a meal or a coffee after a long day. The room itself was beautifully decorated and genuinely comfortable. Best of all, it had English TV channels — this was the only hotel on my whole trip where I could actually sit down and watch something I understood, which meant a lot after busy days of meetings and sourcing. But what really sealed the deal was the service. They held my luggage, helped me manage my orders, and the airport pick-up and drop-off made the whole stay stress-free. On top of that you get a pool, sauna and breakfast included. Honestly, my only regret is that I didn’t book this hotel for the entire trip. I’ll be back next time I’m in Guangzhou — highly recommended for business travellers.
