First time stayed on this hotel. Hotel staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is good with lots of choices. Location is also good. There is only one area that needed to be improved, the lighting is not enough in the bathroom, especially in the sink area, you can’t even see your face in the mirror. On the whole, we have a pleasant stay.

Semuanya bufet pula🤣 Untuk bilik tetamu, kegemaran saya adalah untuk menginap di hotel ibu bapa dan anak, kerana ibu boleh menyediakan lebih sedikit barang, seperti tab mandi kanak-kanak, tempat tidur, katil bayi, (sila beritahu wanita di meja depan semasa mendaftar masuk) najis penggalak, tikar tandas kanak-kanak, selipar kanak-kanak, Penyidai baju kanak-kanak semua dan kelengkapan mandian kanak-kanak ada~👍🏻Tapi celah tepi katil dan katil agak besar, dan baby tersangkut beberapa kali di tengah-tengah. malam🤣 Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah sangat baik , penuh bertenaga~ Abang cakap tahun depan dia datang lagi untuk birthday🫶🏻

So happy that the hotel has upgraded us freely to the special kids room, my girl loves the pink deco! Once you enter the hotel, your kids won’t leave the huge playroom and ice park. Great value!

I like the view, the gym, steam, sauna, indoor pool of the hotel. All staff from bellman, reception, housekeeping staff and butler service are excellent. However, i really hate the room set up that both toilet door and the door for the toilet bowl area are ‘transparent’, so your partner can see whatever you do inside toilet and even while you are using the toilet bowl! This really odd! I haven’t come cross a toilet like this in hotels around the world! And I feel really embarrassed when using the toilet bowl!

Booked this for my parents to celebrate their 30th anniversary and was happy to hear that they had a wonderful time. I emailed the hotel ahead of time to ask if they could something special for them and they surprised my parents with a cake! My parents also said the restaurant had an amazing view and was lovely to sit in for dinner and breakfast. Lots of variety for food like seafood. Taste-wise it was average but not bad and worth it for the environment. Thank you again!

This hotel is just amazing with service, atmosphere, gym and swimming pool, all outstanding. Next to a mall is just speechless, can eat all you want from morning to night. Would definitely come again. My family especially my kids love it.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Shenzhen train station, which takes less than 8 mins walk through the underpass. Was happy to have the room upgraded to 22nd floor. The room view was spectacular with the border of HK and the City of Shenzhen, including the railway track consisting of high speed rail train and slow train. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices to pick from. Was actually thrilled to receive the spa voucher of 88 but alas, it was a disappointment as the service was poor. I came at 10pm, after changing my booking. The person in charge, just came hurriedly and spoke to me in Chinese( whereby my Chinese language was not so good as I am still a beginne) quickly and left me all alone by myself. As the massage room was in another area, where you need to step out from changing room, I was waiting for 10 mins to get a changing gown as I was only given a towel and disposable underwear. I went looking around for the attendant and found most of them in the front of entrance and none in the room, attending or checking on me. I just left without doing the massage. I report this to the hotel manager the next day, as I tried calling the guest service center and operator a couple of times after the incidentto give them feedback but nobody picks up the phone!

The experience of this stay was truly fantastic! Firstly, the hotel's facilities and equipment were very complete and modern. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, giving me a warm feeling like home. Especially the bathtub facilities, with their reasonable design and convenient use, made me feel particularly thoughtful. The location was also impeccable. The hotel is situated in the bustling downtown area, making it extremely convenient for getting around. Whether for shopping or dining, everything was easily accessible. What really surprised me was the service provided by Miss Jossce. She was very considerate and enthusiastic, handling every detail perfectly from check-in to check-out. When I had questions about nearby attractions and dining options, she not only provided detailed answers but also proactively planned my itinerary for me, making me feel an unprecedented level of attentive service. As one of the Sheraton's hotels, its services and the facilities (i.e. fitness centre, pools and catering) are supreme. Very convenient location as well, right next to the train station. Overall, we recommend this hotel!!

Location is super convenient being on top of the subway station. Breakfast were great with good variety of Chinese and Western foods. The front desk manager Derik and his team were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I dropped my cell phone in the way to breakfast. The staff picked it up and I reclaimed the cell phone within 30 minutes. Really appreciate the efficiency. The gym located in the mid floors are quite nicely equipped. Very convenient for a workout before bed. Though the charging ports located at Basement Car Park are slow. Charging speed was only 3KW rather than the usual 6.3 KW. EV users need to bear this in mind and need to locate alternative quick charging stations as fall back measure. Overall experience is very good.

I had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Shenzhen. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering excellent service. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and easy to get around. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Great amenities and value for money—I highly recommend this hotel!

Location: it was unbeatable, heart of the city, walking distance to shopping mall n subway station Room: clean n comfy, up to standard Breakfast: everything u wants, u name it, egg counter, noodle counter, bread, croissant, fresh make juicy, coffee, overall the breakfast was good n value for money Dinner buffet: here come to the part, I think all of you should skip it. I was very disappointed with the dinner buffet, 1st the variety is limited, sushi counter have 3 or 4 items, cakes only have few choices, ice-cream don’t even want to try, seafood counter er…em…, overall, it was not value for money. Overall, it was good except the dinner buffet

We were happy with our stay at the hotel hugely due to its scrumptious breakfasts with plenty of varieties of Asian and Western foods; baked buns, fruits and desserts. Daily cleaning is good. However, we were extremely unhappy with the cigarette smoking from the other hotel guests who have openly smoked in the lobby café area, smoked in their own room with their door widely opened, and some hotel rooms plus corridors smelled with heavy cigarette smoke despite there are signs of no smoking in every corner including in the hotel room, and the smokers will be penalize to Yuan 50-500 if smoking. But those smoker guests treated all the no smoking signs in the hotel as decorations and continued to smoke in public.

Very close to Sunac Snow Park, the hotel will arrange for shuttle to go and come back. Breakfast spread was good. Not sure if it was low season when we went, but we had to take a buggy to another affiliate hotel nearby for breakfast because our hotel restaurant did not open. Unfortunately, the room we were given had bed bugs! Everyone woke up with bites. We informed the front desk, and the manager was apologetic and applied antiseptic and medicine to my daughter's bites. They changed our room and thankfully no more bites.

Hotel location is good near to Guangzhou railway station and metro station. Opposite is shopping mall with many foods available. Next is the family Mart. The hotel is abit old. Lobby is nice, abit noisy at night.

The W Guangzhou was very comfortable. The lobby is beautiful. Although you can see the room is a little old, it is perfectly comfortable. Loved the bathroom I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am happy to stay here again in the future

Hotel ini mempunyai lokasi yang strategik, dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke Stesen Kereta Api Timur Guangzhou, dan merupakan tempat yang tenang di tengah-tengah kesibukan. Wanita perkhidmatan, Nicole, sentiasa menjawab semua soalan anda. Selain itu, restoran Cina di tingkat 5 juga sangat sesuai untuk majlis perniagaan. Rasanya enak dan memenuhi semua keperluan anda dalam satu perhentian.

Decent hotel. Location-wise, It’s within walking distance (20 minute walk) to Vanke Square/the Chinese Opera Museum/Bruce Lee’s home which is a must-see area when in Guangzhou so that’s nice. In the area right outside the hotel, you will see nice European style buildings from back in the 1900s which is also another sightseeing item in Guangzhou. So its a convenient place to hit several tourists spots.   As for the hotel itself, it’s as-expected of a higher level hotel and for the price charged. Nothing impressive in my opinion.  Living in this hotel is more about experiencing history, experiencing this hotel that is the pride of Guangzhou back in the days.

A first time visit to Huadu and must stay hotel. Excellent location and walkable distance to Sports World and Hot Miracle Ski world. It's great for first time visit. Also, the Chinese restaurant food is outstanding in taste and presentation. The massage at hotel is also very relaxing. Everyone from young to old enjoyed our family trip.

There was no way to get out of resort for meals if one is not driving . Meals can be costly when you have it at the Chimelong hotel . One better option is to take an internal shuttle bus to Pandan Hotel Food court as you are able to get cheaper option this way . Overall during autumn , the air in one of the room we booked is rather stale . Have to turn on the aroma fragrance oil . This is quickly resolved by leaving one keycard to have the room aircon stay on while we are away for meals . But I must say the hotel staff from lobby staff to room cleaners are all very helpful and kind . They will greet the guests whenever they see us and always come over to offer their assistance

Bangunan hotel ini sudah lama dan telah diubah suai. Biliknya besar dan mempunyai kemudahan yang sangat baik. Sarapan pagi hotel terletak di tingkat 30 dan sangat lengkap serta mempunyai pemandangan bandar yang indah. Kakitangan sangat baik. Malangnya, saya melihat seekor lipas di lobi hotel, yang sangat menyedihkan!!!

Awesome kid friendly hotel and the breakfast is super good, mascots will come to the table during breakfast time 8:30am. It's highly recommended to take 3 days 2 nights package to fully enjoy the facilities and theme parks!👍🏻 Kids have a lot of funs and laughs here, thank you Chimelong!❤️ We'll definitely come back again!

had a connecting room which is very good for family. buffet breakfast was good too. though variety is limited and does not change much daily, the taste is good and love the range of fresh bakeries everyday. they allow take aways too if you rush for time. the only improvement needed would be for the hotel Concierge staffs to be friendlier and more helpful.

Hotel was really good but package provided at trip.com is not as good as package available on klook. Book on klook to save money

Marriott Hotel has always been one of our favorite brands, known for its comfort and reliability. This time, we chose it to celebrate a birthday. They acknowledged my request for room decorations via WeChat, but unfortunately, they overlooked the flower delivery. When we checked in, the flowers were still sitting at the concierge, despite my earlier message—it was quite disappointing to see. On a positive note, we appreciated the room upgrade for the birthday occasion. However, the receptionist at night mistakenly mixed up our room key cards with those of another group of friends, which somewhat spoiled the surprise. The room itself was spacious, and we loved the bathtub, although the air conditioning could have been cooler. Overall, while there were some hiccups, we still enjoyed our stay and the special celebration.

The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a Chinese Pavillion as you enter the lobby. There are a lot of pandas decorated all over the hotel and a Christmas tree made of pandas. Though, the front desk officer who checked us in, couldn't really conversed in English, her colleagues quickly stepped in to help explain to me about our room. They were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. It made the start of our stay very pleasant. We were attended by Rita, Minnie and Jane. Jane quickly provided a wechat number that allowed me to reach out to the hotel staff with ease. She also checked to make sure we were comfortable in our room. We even scored a free upgrade to an Ocean View room, which had a gorgeous view of Zhuhai skyline and we could see Macau from the balcony. The room was very clean, spacious and tidy, my husband loves the bath amenities and my boy enjoyed bubble baths each evening. The housekeeper on our floor was very friendly, always asking if we are enjoying ourselves here and the doormen were very courteous. We had breakfast for 2 days. However, the food didn't quite meet expectations, perhaps we set them high after reading reviews. Most of the items were cold by the time we were seated, it is a very popular hotel so we had to wait for abit to get seated however the queue moved fairly quickly. I must say the hot noodle soup was pretty decent! Checkout was smooth, officers were all very nice and kept checking to make sure we had a good stay. I would return, for the price and the service - this was one of the best stays we had experienced in China. We had an uneventful situation after checking out. We left my son's stuffed toy in the room and only realized after we arrived home late in the evening. By then, my boy was in tears as he had the toy since birth. I quickly reached out to the hotel and thankfully was attended speedily by Yuki and Jessica who got the housekeeping team to search for it. By this morning, they located the toy and arranged to deliver to us. At this time as I am writing this, the toy is on its way back home. I cannot be more thankful, so thank you to everyone mentioned, you have been nothing short of excellent! Happy New Year to the Sheraton team!

Stayed 1 night before our trip to chimelong ocean park. Great service from hotel staff, Eli. We got room with bathtub and good view. Hotel breakfast is good (with variety of food). We arrived hotel quite late (around 10pm), didn’t get to explore other hotel activities and facilities; will come back next time when we travel again!

2nd over 5 days.It has been a good experience. Especially the 23rd Floor view at night. Fantastic. At price of S$95 per night, i will definitely recommend.

Very satisfied with a trip to Zhuhai, The hotel facilities are complete, the service is very good, the front desk girl is very warm, the manager Cantonese English is very professional, very like the environment here, the room is clean and tidy, there are a lot of food out of the door, the children also like, we will come back again, I love Zhuhai
