Check-in went smoothly, as well as the front desk person friendly, nice, and very helpful, also positive. He had a smile on his face the whole time and kept a smile on our faces. Our room was very clean , and the pillows were definitely a game changer. It was amazing, and we will be back again to check out the other room options that are here. We stayed in the sunset king room.

Location in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!

The hotel is very good. Has a garage, so you can park your car and heading the hotel from the garage. The breakfast is complimentary for all guests. Rooms have a modern shower.

This stay was one of the best experiences I've ever had, if not THE best. There's one thing that blind sided us that I have to mention for future guests, there is a $50 per night deposit fee, but of course you get it back upon checkout (unless you break stuff, then duh, you pay for it). Sure, the rooms are a little scuffed up, the hotel isn't completely updated, but that's what I liked about it. This plaza isn't all modernised like 90% of them nowadays, it has its ups and downs. But it gives the place charm. And I'm a 21yo woman! You'd think someone my age would want modernised, but quite the contrary. First of all, when we walked in we were greeted by amazing staff members who were patient with us when we transferred the funds needed into our bank accounts. After being checked in, we turned around and saw one of the most gorgeous lobbies you could ever see in somewhere like Missouri. The pictures they advertise doesn't do it justice! It feels like walking around in a mini resort. We asked to be put on the very top floor, but obviously since that was the penthouses they weren't available during my stay so we settled for the 11th floor (right below the penthouses). The view from our room inside the hotel and outside was phenomenal, there's a wonderful view of the city with a beautiful rustic old-timey balcony (which you can't access unfortunately, but I feel like if you could you would definitely get hurt). Looking down at the lobby felt like a dream with how spacious and unreal it looked. You could see the whole lobby, beautiful fountain, etc. It was amazing, not to mention the elevator is see through so you can see the whole place as you go up to your room. The atmosphere of this hotel was incredibly comforting as well. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating the entire time. When we had an issue trying to connect our Playstation to the TV, the maintenance man was up there knocking on our door to help within a minute of making the call to the front desk about it. There are 2 pools and one hot tub, and unfortunately the deeper pool was shut down (I don't remember what for, but I know it wasn't anything to worry about). However the maintenance man for the pool came in and let us help him retrieve things that sunk to the bottom of the deep pool, it felt like a side quest, lol. After helping him, he let us swim in the deep pool but made sure to let us know not to let anyone else in there. It felt so personal and like he really appreciated our help! That's all fine and dandy, however, the bar is the place to be in this plaza. It's a cozy area tucked in the corner after passing by little french-like tables to sit at by the windows to the pool (it felt like we were sitting in Paris next to a pond to be completely honest). When we got to the bar, we were immediately greeted by the most amazing, kind, fun bartender I have ever dealt with. His energy radiated and created a comfy place for me and my boyfriend to relax and sip on some drinks. Ever

I’ve stayed here twice and both times I was just as impressed. It is definitely worth the money for the location and is a lot safer than some other conveniently located cheaper hotels! Loved the breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and located right where we wanted to be. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a shuttle service which took us wherever we wanted to go in a 1 mile radius.

We paid top dollar for this hotel--even paying for concierge level (all they had left) event though we have complimentary access to the concierge room as platinum members. Where to start with the feedback? The decor was dated, the pool needed some serious TLC, the pillows were flat as a pancake, and the service was not all it's cracked up to be. My colleague and I had a 9:00am meeting a few blocks away, so at 8:30 we called down to front desk to request check out, bag service, and valet for 8:50 departure, and we headed up to concierge for breakfast. We arrived to lobby at 8:50--they had not even gone to get the car or sent anyone up for our bags (20 minutes later). Everyone seemed flustered and had no idea what was going on. We are the owners of a business that typically chooses Marriott... but we're questioning that after this stay.

Inginkan percutian hujung minggu dan ia adalah sempurna. Kakitangan yang sangat mesra, pancuran mandian adalah salah satu perkara kegemaran saya mengenainya, ia berada di lokasi utama. Satu-satunya perkara yang Dayton nilaikan lima bintang ialah sarapan pagi, dengan wabak yang kami fahami Buffay tidak tersedia, tetapi sarapan guni yang mereka sediakan ialah pisang dan muffin pisang, tiada minuman, bijirin, tiada yang lain. Selain daripada itu kami sangat menikmati diri kami sendiri.

While this hotel has a great location once the 4am traffic starts you'll hear it depending on your room location. This hotel is right on 64, we were in room 326 & traffic was our alarm clock. I would certainly stay here again opting for a room as far away from 64 as possible! Breakfast isn't included ~ they do have a hot & cold buffet you can pay for ~ save your money & head to The Original Pancake House instead! I used Priceline to book our stay. The rate, including tax & fees was still cheaper than the hotels website even w/my Hilton rewards :( Marleena checked me in and was fantastic!

Easy to find, super clean, friendly, great breakfast!!! We will absolutely stay here again!! Kids and my grandma loved the pool. Easy for my grandma that had 2 knee replacements

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend trip with friends. The location is great, close to shopping and fun, local restaurants. The shower was big enough for me to live in and the water pressure was perfect. Beds and chair in the room were extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean the staff was friendly. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely stay here again!

I take a break away from my reality and get a room here at least once a month. The staff are so awesome and I’ve never experienced a problem with my stay. I recommend this hotel to family members whenever they come visit. It’s close to whatever food, stores or after hour spots you are looking for.

I'm not a fancy guy and when traveling alone, I always look for a BW as I find them to be consistent and I love a good breakfast. This particular BW has two big things going for them... 1. This BW is located right across the street from Arrowhead Stadium. I walked from my hotel to the tailgate party. Super convenient. 2. This BW has one heck of a sports bar, something I've never seen in any of the BWs I've stayed in through the years. The two bartenders were fantastic, hustled all night, and even cobbled together several White Russians for us! If I could go back to the topic of breakfast, I would say that this BW has the biggest, nicest, dining room that I've seen as well. It is unique along those lines. Areas of improvement: It's probably time to invest in some new mattresses. The one-person check-in can get swamped at times. The EV charger was broken when I was there. I hope they get that repaired soon. Even with these things, I give this BW a 5-star rating because the good way outweighs the bad.

The hotel was great!! It was very clean, updated, and close enough to walk to the power and light district. Beware of the parking garage right next to the hotel that cost $18 to park though. Our catalytic converter was cut and stolen straight off our car. It seems to be a recurring crime in KC right now!!

Visited KC from New Zealand in June 23 with 2 things in mind, catching a Royals game and Tim Magraw in concert. The concert was a 10 minute walk away so it was the perfect place. The public tram stopped right outside so it was great to take us to museums and the market. The room was great, spacious shower and the concierge Robert was fantastic. Greeted with a big smile and the 3 days we were there that smile never left his face. Great restaurant Loeu'.s across the road made the Courtyard a great place to stay, The valet parking was very prompt and always friendly staff. The fresh cookies on arrival and when we returned every day were very good. Thank you to all inolved.

This hotel is located inside of on older building. It appears that they tried to keep the exterior facade of the building and build a hotel inside of it. The elevators are a little rickety and don't always give you a warm fuzzy feeling. Our room overlooked a garbage filled alley way. There was NO place to park. I was told upon checking in that the valet lot was full so I have to find a place to park on the street. I am surprised that all of my tires and glass on the car were still there the next morning. When we got up for breakfast there weren't any small cups to use to get the right amount of batter in the waffle maker so people were using paper coffee cups and overflowing the waffle makers. The juice machine had 2 of the 4 types of juices out of order. The other types you had to press the button to dispense so hard it almost tilted the machine backwards. And after all that the juice would come out just a little, stop, then a little more, stop, a little more etc so it took a long time to fill up your glass. The packets of syrup for waffles were EXTREMELY hard to open to the point you almost needed to use some scissors. I definitely will not stay at this property again. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Letak di tempat letak kenderaan hotel. Teman lelaki saya dan saya tinggal hanya selama satu malam dan meletak kereta di seberang jalan di tempat letak kenderaan awam dan membuat kereta kami dipecah masuk. Beberapa kereta lain juga dipecah masuk malam itu. Ini sama sekali bukan kesalahan hotel hanya peringatan yang adil bagi sesiapa yang ingin tinggal di sana.

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. There is no available breakfast as advertised. There is no restaurant as advertised; there is a printed menu in the bar but it was not serving. One of the reasons I was staying was for the breakfast as part of my IHG rewards perks. I was promised points for the lack of breakfast but was not given any. Looking at past reviews, breakfast has been gone for a long time despite the advertisement of it. Additionally, the parking garage instruction email gave the incorrect parking garage, which cost me money to exit to park in the correct one. The access to the correct parking garage was confusing. An address is not even given, just turning instructions, and access is via a bank lobby. There was no upgrade or perk given to Diamond members. In fact, this was so blatantly disregarded that I have no idea why anyone would spend big with loyalty at IHG. I was not allowed late check out, even by 30 minutes. I’ve never had such lack of accommodation when I told them I might run late. In fact, the evening staff told me “check out at 12 would be fine, but confirm with the morning staff” and the morning staff didn’t allow a minute past 11. The front desk had a single person working it which caused long lines at the desk. I was not offered any solution or refund for their errant instructions on the parking garage. The phone in the room did not work. Overall, what should’ve been a relaxing stay ended up with chaos. I should’ve read more reviews before booking. I still never got any of the points promised for the lack of breakfast but I am done dealing with this nightmare hotel.

It was beautiful. The lobby was cute with art! The room was spacious. The toilet and shower were separate!

After seeing the reviews about bed bugs I didn’t want to book here but we needed a last minute hotel for the night. After staying the night I can say that we had a great experience. This hotel was close to downtown and a great price. Customer service was on point. The room was clean and comfortable. Cons: Cigarette smell throughout lobby and elevator. The room patio door doesn’t close fully and lock. We were on the side of the Main Street so we heard the cars all night. Not the most aesthetically pleasing room. There were a lot of minor scratches and stains in the room. The linen was clean but the mattress itself had a lot of hair and crumbs on it. Trash under/behind bed. The shower had a lot of dirt stains in it. The toilet doesn’t flush well. A lot of the outlets do not work in the room. I think if these things were to be fixed this would be a top accommodation. Overall, since we were looking for a last minute 1 night stay this place was a great accommodation for us. But would definitely not come back for an extended stay unless the issues were dealt with.

The hotel is ok but I really begrudge having money taken out of my account by way of deposit. I was told this would happen when I got to reception so couldn’t really do anything about it. I was also told the deposit would be refunded within 3-5 working days but it hasn’t been returned over a week later. I’ve just traveled across the USA staying in 6 hotels and only two did this and neither returned the deposit in the timeframe they themselves gave. Travelling on a budget this had a detrimental effect on my holiday. I wouldn’t stay here again for this reason.

Two of the main things I looked for when booking was a pool and free parking. The pool was indoors which was fine. Was surprised to see how small it was and was a big let down that it was so freezing we couldn’t enjoy it at all. So it was a let down that one of the main reasons I booked here we didn’t get to use the pool. This place does have newer furniture in its rooms but the floor throughout and the furniture it the lobby is just stained up and dingy. The signs on 1st floor for ice machine/vending are wrong. Asked a rude house keeper that was upset bc I guess I interrupted her cleaning. She had told me it was around the corner…. The out of order machine was on the other side of the building. I finally found me an ice machine on next floor. The people at the front desk are very nice and courteous. Really nice. But wish they had explained more on their parking so that I didn’t end up with a ticket each day I was there. So they have no free parking lots at the moment. You either have to park in their drop off zone are a section of street parking on the side. The other lots available you have to pay per day. Due to this I found a spot on the side (side street parking as they suggested) and I didn’t move my car. I kept it there the entire time and walked everywhere I needed to go. Well when I went to leave I had parking tickets racked up for several days. I went in and asked them if that was there parking as told previously and they said yes. I told them about the tickets and they said it was managed by the city and u have to back in or get a ticket. That would be nice to know when you offer that as a parking suggestion. I go out to lot to see if there was a sign. There was a sign many spots down that in the direction I was coming from wouldn’t have seen. I also looked all almost every vehicle was parked wrong way so obviously they weren’t told or didn’t see sign either. I started warning those I could. $30 a day ticket city it making a lot of money of that small parking section from out of towners etc that don’t know ST Louis parking laws …. The hotel won’t warn u of this and they know. Besides these couple things everything else was good.
