It was very pleasant! The team was always going above and beyond to provide us with a personalized stay. Mary , the housekeeper was amazing and always set up cute shaped towels to entertain my little nephew. Mercy , from Public Relations coordinated a welcome gift to celebrate my birthday. The entire team was amazing always smiling and happy to assist. Food varied and the chicken always delicious 😉 my fav. Thank you for making us feel as family. Despite the weather it was a pleasure staying at the facilities. Walking the beach on the afternoon is to died for. Great views from the 7th floor balcony. The Maitre and all the attendees at this Hotel which changed name now to Playa Caleta were amazing! Great customer service

Hotel in the heart of Varadero. Not in the hotel area. The location is very convenient. To the beach 2 minutes. Very good and not expensive bar in the hotel. For breakfast, ham and cheese omelet or ham and cheese sandwich + coffee + cola. They clean every other day, change the bed / towels, wash the room, everything is fine with this, the staff is friendly. There are almost no Russians, only locals. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, cable TV, everything works. A soft bed, a shower, a toilet without complaints, the water has a weak pressure and heats up for a long time, but this is not critical. For tourists who do not care / do not need animation / all inclusive is ideal. Sleep, have breakfast, and get away/go away for the day - perfect.
