The property itself is unbelievably beautiful, every corner felt like a dream, with stunning views and elegant design that perfectly captured the magic of Capri. The service was outstanding from start to finish, making us feel truly pampered throughout our stay. A very special thanks to Gabriella, who went above and beyond to make our experience extra special - her warm hospitality made a real difference.
This is a true luxury hotel, offering not only world-class amenities but also a genuine sense of care and personalized service. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment, from relaxing by the beautiful pool to indulging in the delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an exceptional and memorable stay in Capri!

This is a wonderful hotel with the most amazing staff. You are met by the most welcoming and helpful staff. Ensure you use the free taxi service to get around which was an amazing addition to the trip and made life easy.
The room was gorgeous with incredible views of the island. We were upgraded to a too. With a hot tub which was incredible!
All the staff were always gathered for any request and couldn’t do enough for you. They were kind and attentive and gave some great suggestions when it came to visiting the island and dining.
The box of toiletries you’re given on arrival is perfect for any ladies travelling as you don’t need to think about a thing.
This is highly recommended and we would definitely go back

AAirborn63The hotel is located half way between the station and the harbour. From the top floor there are beautiful views and very relaxing.
The hotel is new and everything looks nice and clean, rooms are decorated in blue and white with nice furniture and a comfortable bed.
Nice pool and plenty of food places around, although it is classed as a 4* it could easily be a 5*.
Look forward to returning.

DDana KzI booked the room with sea view but wasn’t visible so much the sea more the hotels in front and tennis court which was always noisy. I don’t suggest if you are coming to see the Capri to stay there because Capri Island is magical and all that noisy gives you to tiredness from morning. I stayed there for 3 days then I moved to another quieter hotel with amazing view.

The bedding in the room, free minibar, toiletries, and shower facilities are also full of sincerity. With high expectations, the result can exceed expectations, not satisfied.
Tips: The hotel offers a free shuttle service to almafi, booked one hour in advance so that you can seamlessly connect to the hotel after arriving in amalfi by ferry.

There is a problem with the hotel's credit card payment. This time, the hotel has not received the payment for the second time in a row (it is estimated that the equipment of Telecom Italia is old), and I have received the payment at that time. After successfully texting, you can only pay cash and settle with the hotel before returning to your country to communicate. 2. The food situation in the hotel, the pasta for lunch is too salty. Proposed to them at that time. The raw fish ordered at night was too bland and had no taste at all. Michelin restaurants should not be of this standard. I hope friends who are interested in staying in this hotel will remember it.

FFeichaibuou酒店本身歷史悠久，內部硬件翻新過，很現代，但標準房部分沒有窗户（我們入住被分配了302房），酒店官網衹展示有窗的圖，並不是攜程的鍋。攜程客服與前台確認無窗，五分鐘內賠付了我們20%的房費。頂樓早餐view很好，但食物質量不好，蒼蠅特別多。意大利服務人員對我們不冷不熱，一種保持距離的禮貌。
Historical place with renovated modern interior. The standard king room doesn’t necessarily come with a window, which is not mentioned at all on hotel website. We enjoyed the rooftop view for breakfast but food itself is below standard. Service is ok.
