Our stay at this hotel in Capri was absolutely unforgettable. The property itself is unbelievably beautiful, every corner felt like a dream, with stunning views and elegant design that perfectly captured the magic of Capri. This is a true luxury hotel, offering not only world-class amenities but also a genuine sense of care and personalized service. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment, from relaxing by the beautiful pool to indulging in the delicious breakfast each morning. Wow what a place! This is a wonderful hotel with the most amazing staff. You are met by the most welcoming and helpful staff. Ensure you use the free taxi service to get around which was an amazing addition to the trip and made life easy. The room was gorgeous with incredible views of the island. We were upgraded to a too. With a hot tub which was incredible! All the staff were always gathered for any request and couldn’t do enough for you. They were kind and attentive and gave some great suggestions when it came to visiting the island and dining. The box of toiletries you’re given on arrival is perfect for any ladies travelling as you don’t need to think about a thing. This is highly recommended and we would definitely go back

Loved, loved, loved our stay! The hotel is a nice distance from Naples and is close to many sights - Pompeii, Vesuvius, Amalfi, Sorrento etc. Super easy to manoeuvre between these and the hotel also has a shuttle bus. Breakfast was AMAZING! The staff, wonderful. Cocktails after dark - gorgeous! Views are stunning! Pool was lovely and very much needed in the heat. Room was great - superb shower and everything you need. Choice of restaurants on site - we only visited the pizzeria - it was lovely, but staff were very very rude - so much that other diners even commented on her attitude. Gorgeous stay - would definitely go again!

Literally it is the best hotel in Capri. They try their best to make you feel happy and comfortable. The room is pretty, clean, and comfy with a balcony with city view. Also, since they knew about the purpose of our visit (Honeymoon) they sent us two complimentary gifts in two different days and that was really nice of them and made our stay more special and enjoyable. I really recommend the hotel and of course we will definitely choose it for our future visits.

The hotel is located half way between the station and the harbour. From the top floor there are beautiful views and very relaxing. The hotel is new and everything looks nice and clean, rooms are decorated in blue and white with nice furniture and a comfortable bed. Nice pool and plenty of food places around, although it is classed as a 4* it could easily be a 5*. Look forward to returning.

I booked the room with sea view but wasn’t visible so much the sea more the hotels in front and tennis court which was always noisy. I don’t suggest if you are coming to see the Capri to stay there because Capri Island is magical and all that noisy gives you to tiredness from morning. I stayed there for 3 days then I moved to another quieter hotel with amazing view.

The restaurant is of excellent quality, both for dinner and breakfast. The location of the hotel is unique, on a cliff. He estimated the price per night somewhat high, because the hotel, although well maintained, does not have exceptional decoration

There is a problem with the hotel's credit card payment. This time, the hotel has not received the payment for the second time in a row (it is estimated that the equipment of Telecom Italia is old), and I have received the payment at that time. After successfully texting, you can only pay cash and settle with the hotel before returning to your country to communicate. 2. The food situation in the hotel, the pasta for lunch is too salty. Proposed to them at that time. The raw fish ordered at night was too bland and had no taste at all. Michelin restaurants should not be of this standard.
