1. Location nice 2. Hotel room nice 3. Hotel manager nice 4. Facilities inside room nice 5. Bathroom nice and big 6. Inside bathroom commode needs to be more clean, geaser sometimes not working well, else basin nice water nice. 7. Wifi nice 8. Bed blankets nice. Overall its a nice hotel for couple and family. I can give score 8/10 to the hotel.

Location of the ' homestay' please bear in mind, its a homestay and not a hotel, is a little far from the town centre market. The rooms are spacious and more or less comfortable. However they are not offering any room heating equipment and it's a major let down in the cold. Mind you the rooms become extremely cold at night and even though they provide as many blankets you need, but the presence of heater is sorely missed. The homestay manager is soft spoken and attentive and tried to solve all our issues to the best of his intentions and i must appreciate his help as without it our stay would have been even more painful. As per him their restaurant was under renovation and due to the remote location of the homestay, getting any food from the market center was always a pain and needed prior planning

While booking got confirmation that will get free supply of mineral water, but while checked in it was said that, mineral water is not in your package even food is also not as per our choice, in this case, menu must be shown while booking at least a standard thali should be added in package

Very good property, you will feel like your own home. Ultra big neat and clean rooms. Everything is available on a demand basis. Parking is available and most of the famous tourist sites are closer to this posh area. Suggestion: bedding is hard but it can be better. Rest all is good.

We are a family of 5, and this was the first time we had gone to visit vaishno devi temple, hotel staff and owner were friendly and they guided us with all the small details. Would definitely recommend it to all

Great stay all essential amenities at reasonable price. Close to station. Staff is very cooperative. Also provided free ride to vaishno devi boarding point easy accessibility. Close to local market.
