Bathroom size is too much small. Booked for 3 persons but, bed size only for 2 persons. Only good thing can say it's location, near for sea beach, as well swargadwar. Room's walls, doors, windows are not clean.

Its a economic budget home stay. Location is very good. It is very close to kalinga university (kiit, located in a peaceful area and also very close (about 350 mtr) to excellent market. Good eateries, malls, branded showrooms available in market. It is average stay for single male person. I didn't see any family staying there. Rooms, bed, bathrooms are only okay for staying with respect to economy budget stay but not deep cleaned and they are in-hygienic. Very difficult to stay in non-ac rooms because there was no cross ventilation in the room and it was becoming hotter and suffocating with fan on in summer days. The staff and manager are very co operative and helpful though not very professional. Staff always try to resolve your queries and problems. They provide blanket, towel, soap, handwash liquid soap, hair oil & shampoo shachet. Pillows on bed are not soft.

I have previously lodged at this establishment on multiple occasions, and i would like to express a few concerns regarding the lack of adequate provisions for charging electronic devices such as mobile phones and laptops. In order to charge the device, it is necessary to utilize a pencil to insert it into the larger openings of the plugs. Alternatively, one may contact the reception personnel for assistance. May i inquire about the methods you employ to manage your time effectively in order to accomplish such tasks? according to established norms, it is mandatory to provide charging facilities. The situation lacks fairness.

This is my second time at hotel narmada bhawan first time experience was quit good it but this time the room was not properly cleaned poor hygienic & staff were not careful we had to say them repeatedly.

We had booked two rooms for 5 guests. We were expecting an additional single cot with bed, that was not available. this option was shown. It’s kinda misleading. There was a weird stink, it was either coming from the a/c filters or the bathroom. The bathroom ceiling had fungus all over. The a/c remotes were not working. The batteries were weak. Had to be tapped on or removed every time we switched on and off. The tap water was leaking from one side in a 30 degree angle and it got our clothes wet. We stayed for 2 days since the booking was already done. The place needs regular maintenance which i believe is lacking now.

The rooms were super clean. Most fortunately the bathroom was clean. Service was good. Friendly staff. Overall a good stay. Thanks.

Very limited breakfast (onle vada and idli. Rooms needs better maintenance. Hot water was not coming in one of the room out of our 3 rooms. Coffee tray was dirty. There was a huge gap under the door from where culled air way entering at night.

I am a localite and I had booked earlier for our marketing team who visit Koraput every week. They used to have a good service but off-late its service has been horrible. For booking you can do it over phone. I had called yesterday and had asked to book a room. They confirmed that room is available. When I provided my details, the guy on the phone the said that they have enough rooms and you can come down as no one will book so late in the night. After reaching, the new guy had come in the shift. Although the room was there, he said that he won't accept it if you don't do advance booking. I asked him the process of advance booking over the phone. He said that you need to give your name, which I had given. If his colleague has not noted, then it is their problem. It was strange as he was very rude while talking about this. No sense of how customer support should be provided. And it was further shocking as they had empty rooms. His other colleagues also didn't agree as how would a customer know if someone at their end over the phone has noted the details or not. His name is Mr. Dharmendra. He also made some personal remarks. And also asking me to rather bang his colleague the next day.

Location is good. Though the property is an old one but still the room condition was perfect. They care a lot about cleanliness. Food is excellent. Staffs are very well behaved. Response time from staffs at par with any star hotel. Overall a very nice experience.

Rooms are very spacious, clean and staff behaviour is very good. Hotel is in a prime location, restaurant is there. Food is also tasty. Overall a nice experience. I reached around 2 am in the morning and they allowed me early checkin also.

It was an average experience. They had mentioned sweets in their breakfast menu( complementary breakfast) but telling it's not available. In the bathroom they keeping only bone pouch of shampoo. In the room electric kettle is there but not a working condition. They charge us extra rs400- for check-in before allotted time( check-in time was 12 noon but got check-in at 8 am) we were not aware of this system. In the positive side their room service was nice. Food was tasty. Neat and clean environment.

Pros- very near to railway station, rooms are excellent, staffs are good cons- water gets logged in bathroom after usage. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 days. Observed the same in both bathrooms. Overall it's a excellent hotel for stay.

Very nice stay staff in reception area very cordial and helpful. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Food in house is also very well prepared. Located at the very convenient location. Excellent for family stay and corporate stay.

Nice host by bobby management team. Help me the best darshan. The best thing temple view from terrace. Enjoyed the flag hosting temple ceremony from hotel. Very near to main market and temple walkable 2 min best view of jagannath temple

”Worst Service - Staff's literally Tourture/Threaten customers at mid-night” - My honest suggestion - Do avoid such hotels since there are lot of other options. I have been going to this hotel since last 10 years and have suggested/booked for any of my friends/family but trust me this is the last visit to this place. On 14.01.2024, we booked a room for 2 people and at night one of my friend (his hotel was nearby) also stayed with us. All of sudden at 12:30 am late night the security boy named ANIL came and misbehaved with us and asked my friend to leave the room as his name was not entered in register, however I have already informed at check-in that one of my friend might come at night to join us. I politely said the guy to stop misbehaving and let's discuss this matter tomorrow morning since it's already mid night. He ***** with the driver (SANTOSH MOHANTY) were continuously shouting instead of resolving the issue. This Santosh Mohanty - ”the driver” portrayed himself to be the night manager (later I found out that he is the driver) asked us to leave the hotel immediately. We all checked out the hotel at around 1:00 am. My question to the Owner of this hotel - sir, just having a property at prime location doesn't mean you have the best hotel in town. I believe the backbone of this hospitality industry is the service. When you lack to train your staffs to display mere courtesy, respect & good behaviour towards each and every customer of yours then I'm sure you will not sustain to have a long term business prospects. Mark my words - your business is in great trouble. I'm not pointing out that all your staff are rude. Let me tell you - The reason why I am your customer since last 10 years is because some of your old staffs like Ritu Madam - such nice well behaved lady. Sohan and resturant staffs all are good except this night caretaker ANIL and driver - SANTOSH MOHANTY.

We have taken a room with attached garden This room has a personal garden where you can enjoy with friends and family This hotel has very good location where you have sea view directly from your room and station is about 15 minutes away from hotel. They have a restaurant facility with good quality food and you can have room delivery facility also This hotel is good for both family and bachelor, because staffs are very cooperative
