I had a wonderful experience at Capsule Hotel The Inn. The building was within walking distance from Chiba Station, which I reached from the Narita airport using one train within an hour, which was a huge plus. The area was very quiet, and I slept really well in my cozy capsule.
My cubicle was well equipped with a TV, lamp, locker, hand sanitizer, cups for water (they even provided a bottle of water at check-in), and there were candies waiting for me inside — such a nice touch! I truly had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was 5 out of 5! 👍🏻
Check-in was smooth and easy. Check-out was also straightforward, though it’s important to note their very strict policy: everyone must be out by 10:00 AM, even long-stay guests, as the entire hotel closes for daily maintenance. This wasn’t an issue for me since I stayed only one night, but it’s good to be aware of.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay again. Thank you for such a lovely stay! 💖
Thank God to have this capsule hotel in Narita airport Terminal 2, it's the best location accommodation inside the building of Terminal 2 that is very convenient and nearest to the JR train station and Keisei train station. It's super clean accommodation with all necessary amenities provided. The hotel staff is also very kind and helpful with a warm welcome. The toilet and shower room are also very clean and good. There are all shampoo and conditioner provided with 3 towels, I'm very happy to stay in this hotel. I will come back to stay in this hotel again next time.
I really love stayed here. The guesthouse is lovely and cozy. It’s feels like you stay at your friend’s home. The host is supportive and kind.If you have a plan to visit japan. I recommend you to stay this guesthouse before you go to Tokyo.
The location not far from Narita station as much. You can walk around 5 min to get there.
All amenities provided (bath towels, pajamas, slipper, toothbrush, all in one tot bag). Individual full size lockers for suitcase together with hangers complimentary with your booking. Toilet is clean, shower room is huge, clean and comfy, there is a rack outside the glass panel for shower to keep your things. Water pressure was strong. Shampoo and shower gel is also provided. Sleeping pod is spacious. Linen was clean and comfy. However it could be better if there is fan provided in the pod as it is quite stuffy inside. Everything else was great. Perfect if you have to catch morning flight at Narita.
This is a self service guesthouse but they give a very clear guideline for you to check in smoothly. The toilet and bathroom is not attached with the room but still I feel comfortable to use it as it is very clean. Also, I feel safe even my luggage was stored in the first floor. They have cctv installed in the store room. Two things need to take note 1- Always check your email as they will send you a form to fill up only you will receive your room password. 2- Use JR line to reach Narita Station instead of Keisei Line because from Keisei Narita station to guesthouse is way further and the road is super narrow.
Attended a concert at LaLaport Tokyo Bay and stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Location was awesome, quiet neighbourhood, close to 7-11, Daijingushita station (one station away from Funabashi station). Room was clean (despite looking dated), staff service was great. Towels changed every day and room cleaned every 2 days. Liked the concept of leaving keys at reception when leaving (keys were bulky) to avoid misplacing it. Overall had pleasant stay.
very nice service,japanese hos pitality ”omotenashii” we arrived 2pm,one hr.earlier before check-in but they allowed us to check- earlier,the food & service of room dinner is superb,especialy the superior lady staff,they approach us like we visit our relatives in province,so relaxing place,i can smoke in the terrace with a natural sounds of sea waves.thanks trip.com always,more power & god bless
This hotel is exceptionally clean, a quality that is immediately noticeable upon entering the lobby. The floors gleam with a polished shine, and the air is infused with a fresh, pleasant scent that speaks to the meticulous attention to detail the housekeeping staff maintains. From the moment you check in, you are greeted by warm, inviting faces that seem to take pride in their roles.
A real piece of Japan from the Showa Era. Spacious rooms in a very quiet setting. Hotel can be a bit hard to find but ypu receieve a warm welcome from the Japanese host. Location is about 600 meeters or so from the beach. There is a bath available. Just so peaceful.
