Hotel 2-Star di Osaka Prefecture, Japan

The hotel is literally beside a train station which is really convenient to go to airport. And there’s a family mart just 2 mins away as well. But the thing is the room really small and very small walkway for you to walk. And the sound proofing is so weak that you’ll able to hear the loud snoring from the room next to you if so happened there’s one. And I would really not recommend to those who not used to shared bathroom as it’s quite inconvenient and for female bathroom is at ground floor and need to pass by the hotel entrance and public area which is dining area that there’s bunch of people being there for using laptop and eating almost the whole day. First time trying this kind of hotel and guess it’s not my type but it’s good for experience.

First hotel once touched down in Osaka. It was great as they allow early check in which is so so grateful and thankful for after a long flight due to long layover time. The staff is friendly and nice. But there’s one disturbing thing is every morning around 7/8/9 am, there will be door banging constantly and I assumed it’s the cleaning process which need to open some kind of room constantly. It was quite disturbing as it awakes me almost everyday. There’s the only downside. Other than that, location is great with walking distance to Tsutentaku and near to Zoo and Museum. It’s quite comfortable and will be perfect without the banging noise. Might hesitant to book again due to the noise as a light sleeper. Hope it can be improved in future. Overall, great stay and it’s near to a great luggage storage shop which named Daikoku Locker. Extremely cheap and easy to store,

It was very good stay there. Very near to metro exit 8. Supermarket is also walking distance from hotel. Only problem is check in time 3:00 PM and check out time 10:AM. Value for money. Room size is small but it is very organised and fair enough

I had a really nice stay at this hotel! It’s super convenient and comfortable. The location is great — it’s close to several train lines, near Donki, and surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, so you’ll never go hungry. The hotel itself is clean and well-equipped with everything you need. Even though the bathrooms are shared, they’re very clean and spacious enough for multiple people to use at the same time, which was better than I expected. However, privacy in the shower area is a bit limited since it’s located on the first floor. You’ll likely run into people coming in and out of the hotel while heading to shower, which can feel a little awkward — especially if you’re not quite ready to be seen by others. I booked a triple room even though there were only two of us, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. We had plenty of space for all our shopping (which we had a lot of 😆), and it didn’t feel cramped at all. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Location is perfect for those who needs to use the train. If you are coming from airport, the train (with lift) is around 500m away from hotel. Hotel has a big table in the reception for doing work with plug point. Also in the reception area there is baggage storage with lock. Reception personnel has timing. So good to have your dealings before they knock off. And the main door is lock after 10pm for safety reason. Guest will be given passcode.

Excellent value for money! Great location 4 min walk from subway station and 2 minutes walk from bus stop. Clean bathroom, toilets and powder room despite its high occupancy during new year eve and long weekend. Friendly English speaking staffs at reception , Breakfast, towels, slippers and safety box with key are provided free. There are face cleansing products and face lotion provided in shower and powder room too. Many k-beauty products are available to try for free on request basis , I tried the collagen machine for free as well. Overall I’d rate it 9.5 over 10. It’d be good if check out time can be extended to 11am and breakfast time to 10.30am.

Apabila saya mendaftar masuk pada waktu malam, kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat sabar dan boleh berbahasa Cina, dan komunikasi adalah tepat pada masanya dan mudah. Infrastruktur asrama belia ada, tetapi kebersihan mungkin memerlukan semua orang menjaganya, jadi ia berada pada tahap asrama belia biasa. Lokasinya sangat baik, sangat dekat dengan Shinsaibashi dan Dotonbori. Mereka menyediakan makan tengah hari dengan bayaran sendiri di tingkat pertama, yang lazat dan lebih menjimatkan dan selesa daripada makan di luar. Pendek kata, anda boleh datang dan merasainya Lagipun, harganya sangat menjimatkan.

Everything was excellent! Location, staffs, amenities, cleanliness and the capsule itself it big enough for one. My only concerns was the dryer time for the laundry is too short which could not dry up the cloths I washed! So I need to dry it up for 3rd times which still not enough dry and the check out time is too early! I could feel in the piblic area many tourist was still sleepy while they has to forced to check out before 10am. Thats the earliest check out i ever experience in my travel life. Hopefully the management could do apmething about it. So atleast people would have perfext experience with the hotel stay in acro. Other than that, The rest was good.

Stayed at Jakotel Namba and overall it’s a good budget option in a very convenient area. The biggest plus is the location — close to Kuromon Market, Dotonbori, and multiple train lines, so getting around Osaka is easy. The pods are more spacious than a typical capsule, clean, and comfortable enough for a short stay. Common areas, toilets, and showers were generally well maintained. I also appreciated the simple extras like free tea/coffee and pajamas. That said, there are a few things to be aware of. The hotel is fully self check-in, which is fine if you’re used to it, but may feel a bit confusing at first and there’s limited staff support. During busy hours, showers and bathrooms can get crowded, and some lockers/locks feel a bit finicky. Overall, this is a good value-for-money stay if you’re a solo traveler or don’t need full hotel service. Not luxury, but clean, practical, and hard to beat for the location

Amazing hostel! Very clean, nice staff. Free WiFi ! Was surprised by the fridge and whole kitchen free to use for those who stay. When you are not a tourist and need a place to stay and save up some money by ”cooking at home” it is sooooo handy! Also, loved the design of the place. My only concern was a horribly hard pillow, and even tho I have stayed only for 3 nights - my neck hurt like no joke. Of course, someone may like it, but for me it was a nightmare. Other than that - have nothing to brag about! Highly recommend.
