The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, which makes it very accessible. The front desk attendant was approachable and accommodating. I was especially glad that our reservation was honored despite it being a peak day on Valentine’s Day. The room facilities are generally good. However, upon entry, we noticed some stains and smudges on the bed covers. We immediately informed the attendant, and to their credit, the beddings were promptly replaced. The towels were very good, and the toiletries provided were also satisfactory. I do hope the management can improve the quality of the bed linens, as some appear worn out and would benefit from deep cleaning to maintain a crisp, white, and presentable look. Additionally, torn pillowcases should ideally no longer be used, or at least properly stitched before being issued to guests. Overall, with some improvements in linen maintenance, the guest experience could be even better....✌️❤️❤️❤️

There is a leak water from the sink, Much better if there is a socket next to the bed, but the services are all good☺️👏

Review for Casa Rafael Inn: 2/5 I stayed at Casa Rafael Inn for a short trip, and while it has its comforts, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The accommodations are decent if you're only staying for a night or two, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays. One major issue was the air conditioning – it simply wasn't cold enough, which was especially uncomfortable during the summer heat. If you plan to visit during warmer months, I suggest looking at other options or ensuring you have a room with better cooling. Overall, the inn has a cozy vibe, but the lack of sufficient cooling and some other minor inconveniences make it hard to give a higher rating. Consider your needs carefully before booking.

There are many good things about casa mia but also some room for improvement. The goos things are… Location is very close to Gensan Airport which waa perfect for our early morning flights. Both Grab taxi and food delivery are available in this area which we made good use of. Very clean room and bedding. Excellent internet connected television. The disadvantages are that the amenities are very basic and in some rooms it can take a while to get the hot water for a reliable shower. The shower design means that a lot of water gets onto the floor area outside which makes the toilet room messy. But still good value and good staff so I will stay here again.

The room is spacious, and I find it quiet and relaxing. It offers good value for the price of less than 1000 per night, but they only provided one towel for a couple who stayed in a room for two. If you wish to add a towel, you will pay 40 pesos.

My suggestions, if you travel to Gensan city, so choose the Georgie hotel.. The reason is, it is easy to get in touch with happiness, close with the public park/ bus terminal/ 7-11/Mit. Super market/ Jollibee Quick food/ private hospital/ government Hall...... And at a cheaper price, you can afford 24h/ 700php

The location of the hotel is good and convenient for exploring the area. However, there were only a few parking spaces available, which made it a bit challenging. The room was quite small and felt a bit cramped. Unfortunately, the breakfast didn’t meet my expectations—it lacked variety and quality. Additionally, I noticed some damages in the bathroom, particularly the bathtub, which could use repairs. Overall, the stay was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement..

This place a bit secluded. The road going inside the place is too narrow and rough. Overall when it comes to service and foods all good. We enjoyed our stay.

Hello! Hotel leaves the best. The rooms do not match the declared photos on the hotel website and on the Internet photos. The rooms were cleaned badly, the beds were present with hair.
