The furnished rooms of City Park are located near the city center, 2 km from the Angara embankment.
Rooms of various categories Economy, Standard, Comfort and Deluxe are offered for accommodation. All rooms have a TV and Wi-Fi. There are 12 rooms in total.
There are two large equipped kitchens on the floor, and within walking distance there are several cozy cafes serving delicious breakfasts.
There is a playground for guests with children. Parking is available for travelers by car. The Drama Theater and the Museum of Local Lore are 2 km away, while the I.M. Feinberg House and the Volkonsky House Museum are 3 km away. The train station is 9 km away and the airport is 8 km away.
"Женщина, что отвечает на звонки, максимально странная ( мягко сказано ), отвечает на звонки и параллельно отвлекается на свои дела, разговаривает по-хамски. Страшно представить, как сюда заселяются иностранные туристы, если она и по-русски то еле догоняет. Местоположение хорошее, из минусов, так это лютая слышимость, каждый день, в 5 утра они уже начинают шуметь и им явно все равно что здесь в это время ещё спят гости. В субботу две ханыги пьяные снимали соседнюю комнату, так там все разговоры было слышно. Если хотите выспаться, то явно не сюда . За адекватным заселением тоже не сюда."

Good Hotel is a great place to relax and stay in Irkutsk. A cozy mini-hotel where you will feel at home. The location near the airport is a great bonus for travelers. Having your own kitchen where guests can prepare food and spend time in a cozy environment.
"Был номер со своим душем и туалетом. На 1-2 ночи хороший вариант. Чисто номер маленький кровать хорошая. Окно в потолке к сожалению его никак не закрыть но ночью от него света не особо много. Есть холодильник но он шумный если не нужен то можно и не включать. На ресепшене всегда есть сотрудник. Единственный минус очень тонкие стены я слышал как храпит кто за стеной как будто он лежит рядом. И шум с улицы тоже слышен. Душ в хорршем состоянии вода горячая-горячая напор хороший. Полотенце зуб щетка гель шампунь все есть."

服務態度堪稱一絕！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，我就被工作人員的熱情所包圍。前台小姐姐笑容燦爛，不僅迅速為我辦理好入住，還主動幫我把沉重的行李送到房間。入住期間，無論我有什麼需求，比如連結wifi、詢問當地美食、尋求出行建議，盡最大努力滿足我，讓我感覺就像在朋友家做客一樣自在。
交通也十分便利。它處於一個絕佳的地理位置，周邊公交線路眾多，去貝加爾湖、基洛夫廣場等熱門景點都很方便，節省了我大量的時間和精力。而且附近還有不少便利店和餐廳，滿足日常所需不在話下。
房間温馨舒適，設施齊全，衞生狀況更是無可挑剔。在這樣貼心的服務和便利的交通加持下，我的伊爾庫茨克之行格外順暢。真心推薦大家來這入住，相信也會和我一樣愛上這裏！"

I didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment on the quality of the bed and linens, but everything else seemed fine. Thank you very much!

Gguanyuting前台大姐特別nice！全程翻譯軟件但溝通順暢，當地叫出租不方便還幫忙叫了出租車。
位置絕佳！！就在湖邊，走1分鐘就到湖邊！！ 走出房間就可以看到貝加爾湖！離火車站也是步行可達的距離，15-20分鐘取決於行李大小。附近沒什麼店但前台可以買點方便食品。
房間是最便宜的在二樓，樓梯下雪會有點滑要注意安全可能不適合年紀大的。房間很小，略簡陋，但該有都有，而且也乾淨暖和，比較下來看在這個性價比覺得合理，洗手間和隔壁房間公用但開門就是，而且不用出室外。熱水很ok，沒有洗臉盆略不方便，但依然看在性價比可忍受，有熱水壺。

GGuest UserThis is a very primitive Russian hotel in a pure wooden house. There is only one toilet on each floor, and the hot water is gone. It is not crowded now in the off-season. You can eat breakfast and dinner directly in the hotel, but you need to make a reservation one day in advance, otherwise you can only go out to find food. But the overall location is good, so I still give it a good review.

GGuest UserThe hotel is suitable for four people traveling with children. The bathroom is small, but the view from the window is nice. The hotel has a great location, right next to a large shopping mall (which also has a Golden Apple store). There are many restaurants next to the hotel, but breakfast is slow, so plan your time accordingly. Also, the hotel sign doesn't have English; it has a logo that looks like an envelope. The second picture shows the Buryat restaurant next to the hotel, where you can order steamed buns.

GGuest UserWhen I booked the room, I was sure there would be a private restroom and shower, but upon check-in, I discovered the facilities were shared. Please note this! It's very important to me that the facilities are private, so if this is also critical for you, I don't recommend this hotel (hostel).
Another thing that bothered me was that the doors to the common areas don't lock at night, meaning anyone can come in. The common doors leading from the elevator also don't have any kind of combination lock. The management said there were cameras everywhere, but for me personally, cameras can't stop me from doing something while I'm in the act; they can be used in court after the fact. So, this detail also caused me discomfort.
Otherwise, everything was fine: clean, conveniently located, nice courtyard, and we booked through the app without any additional paperwork or passport scans.

OOlgaVanThe hotel from my past is as if in the 80s returned.
On the facade of 3 stars, in reality everything is very sad. Beds are very narrow, not more than 80cm , mattresses are very uncomfortable, springs are torched . The mattress requires either a top or a mattress at least 5 cm. For a large person it will be uncomfortable to sleep on a narrow bed. Pushers at the same time two, demolition, bed clean, it was delighted.
In the room there is a refrigerator that had to be turned off, very loud.
There is a teapot, a bowl and glasses, but water is not put. There is a cooler on the floor, it may be supposed to run to it with a teapot. There is no tea, coffee and so on. Why the teapot, I didn't understand.
There were towels in the bathroom and some bags with shampoo. No use.
Among the advantages of the proximity to the airport, it is evident from here and the price as at a good hotel in the city.
We needed to stay overnight as it was an early departure but failed to rest. From the corridor 100% hearing and inconvenience of beds led our attempts to none.
For breakfast didn't go, so I can't say anything.
Hotel is not recommended.

GGuest UserFacilities: Public restrooms, prices similar to those in the city center. Bicycles are available for 300 baht per hour, or 1000 baht for unlimited use.
Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, with a pleasant fragrance upon entering.
Environment: The interior is nice, but the exterior is all dirt roads. The location is rather remote, far from the main road and restaurants.
Service: The owner, Mike, provides excellent service. He and his family prepare the meals, and English is fluent.

GGuest User1. Excellent Location: The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere, and public transportation is also very convenient.
2. Easy Communication: The receptionist speaks English, making communication smooth. It seems there's also a group of Chinese students studying in Russia staying at the hotel.
3. Breakfast: You'll be given a menu upon check-in; just check the items you want to eat. Everything is freshly made in the kitchen the next day, and the food is delicious. I recommend the boiled eggs.
4. Environment: Although it's in the city center, it's located on a street with virtually no traffic, making it very quiet. However, the hotel's soundproofing isn't very good.
