Good and reasonable for price, an issue is the shuttle took a long time to arrive at the airport when the front desk told me they were already on their way. But going to the airport is very reliable. Convenience store nearby.

Good relative to its low cost: very clean and very basic, with a large comfortable bed. Yes it’s an old-style motel but that’s what makes it quaint and charming, like going back in time to the 1970s. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, those sound like they’re from guests who expected more newness and luxury - which this is not. It’s OK for a cheap overnight stay when you have a connecting flight at SFO. The free shuttle bus was packed and standing room only in the morning, but had a friendly driver.

This place is so convenient!! Highly recommend!

The towels they give are super old. It’s good for its location right in Chinatown and walkable distance to the Union square. The room is small in the sense that the chair is too big to pull out and sit properly. It also could be loud at night from the nights. Good value though.

I have stayed at Amsterdam Hostel multiple times and I am always more than satisfied with my stay. Rooms have thick & comfy mattresses and large windows with fresh air. The staff is friendly and they have security 24 hours a day to keep everyone safe in SF. Definitely coming back!

Fiquei hospedada 3 noites em um quarto feminino, camas no estilo cápsula. O quarto espaçoso e silencioso. O locker grande, sendo que coube meu mochilão, mochila comum e casaco. Em cada andar eles tem um lounge com TV, micro ondas, geladeira, café e chá à vontade. A localização é ótima, perto de mercado, transporte público e pontos turísticos a 20 minutos de caminhada. Adorei e recomendo!

Stayed here recently. The rooms were clean and tidy but are now somewhat outdated. Could do with an upgrade. Also charged $23 parking fee per night which is a rip off. Seems to be the trend. Reasonably priced. No breakfast included. Close to Disneyland.

Right from the moment we arrived, the front desk rep Michael was amazing! He greeted us with smiles and very welcoming. He was very professional and willing to help with anything and did mention a great place to eat since we came from Glenwood Colorado and he was right the Buffet was DELICIOUS! Thank you so much Michael, your guest service is amazing! Also I knew I've seen him before but he kept saying he's never been to Colorado! But Mr. Michael if you read this my son remembers you lol your the guy from the movie Star Wars! I knew it! I can say I met a celebrity :) from my all time favorite movies. For you Michael you are the best and you deserve two thumbs way up!

한국인 후기가 많이 없어서 솔직히 불안한 마음이 컸는데 그래도 가격이 너무 착해서 예약하게 되었어요. 2박3일에 7만원은 돈없는 여행자에게 너무 저렴한 가격이니까요 ㅎㅎ.. 한국인들을 위한 솔직 후기 갑니다 ! (장점) 1. 착한 가격 하룻밤 기준 저는 36000원정도에 예약했어요. 여행출발 약 한달전에 트립닷컴 통해서 예약했고 야놀자에서도 조회했을때 비슷한 가격이었지만 항공권 연계 프로모션이 붙어서 트립닷컴이 조금 더 저렴했어요. 한국 모텔보다도 싸고(같이 사용하는 방이지만 ..) 우려했던 추가금액은 전혀 없었어요. 예약한 금액에서 끝! 정말 트루입니다. 단, 자물쇠/수건은 꼭 개인이 가져가야 추가금이 없어요. 필요해서 카운터에 부탁하면 수건이 장당 2불인가 그렇게 빌려줄거에요 아마.. 루미스호스텔 묵으시려면 자물쇠 수건은 진짜 필수!!!입니다. 2. 훌륭한 청결도 가격이 있으니까 청결도는 거의 포기하다싶이 했는데 침대 컨디션 침구류 컨디션 뭐 다 흠 잡을곳없이 좋았어요. 솔직히 좀 더러울줄 알았는데 전혀 그런 거 없었습니다. 화장실도 정말 중요한데 화장실 개수가 일단 정말 많아서 기다릴일이 없고 그 많은 화장실들이 깨끗하게 관리되고 있어서 정말 좋았어요. 아마 호스트가 청결도에 좀 민감한게 아닐까 싶어요. 매일 아침 청소하시는 분이 오셔서 화장실 하나하나 깨끗하게 청소해주십니다.. 이 가격대에 머무는 호스텔치고 청결도는 진짜 훌륭해요! 3. 교통의 편리성 저는 돈없는 학생여행자라 어딜가든 우버 절대 안 부르고 무조건 대중교통을 이용했어요. 버스정류장(lax갈수잇는)이 3-5분내 이동거리에 하나가 있고 한 15분정도 걸어가면 지하철역이랑 버스정류장이 있어요(할리우드 갈수잇는) 길도 크고 넓어서 위험하지 않고 대중교통 이용하기 너무 좋은 위치였던거 같아요. 저는 다 버스 지하철 이용해서 엘에이 여행하는데 이동비는 20달러 이하로 나왔어요:) 지도가 너무 잘 되어있어서 찾기도 편합니다. 전 엘에이 공항에서부터 호스텔까지 한시간 살짝 넘게 걸려 버스타고 갔어요ㅎㅎ.. 4. 기타 장점 - 외국인 친구를 사귈 수 있음 (극내향형인 저도 나홀로 여행은 처음이라 좀 외로웠는데 적극적으로 말 걸어주는 좋은 친구가 한명 있었어요. 프론트랑 주방 근처에서 만남의 장이 열립니다. 외로우면 한번 가서 이야기에 껴보세요. 다양한 문화권에서 온 사람들이 모여 좋은 시너지를 만들더라구요.) - 조식제공 !! 가난한 저에게 ㅋㅋㅋ.. 한줄기 빛 … 이 가격에 아침까지 제공해주는게 말 안됩니다.. 인당 식빵 4조각에 커피도 있고 만들어먹는 팬케이크(만들어먹는 사람 못봄..) 누텔라 땅콩버터 뭐 이정도 있어요 간단히 배채우기 좋은 느낌 ! - 장점은 아니지만 팁은 위에서도 말했듯 개인 자물쇠 / 일수에 맞춰 개인 수건 여러장 / 필수입니다.!! +비닐봉투가 있으면 뭘 보관하기 좋을 거 같아요. +물티슈정도..? 딴건 몰라도 자물쇠 수건은 꼭.. 까먹지 마세요 ~~ (단점) 1. 나만의 공간이 없다(?) 너무 당연한거지만 모텔이나 호텔처럼 딱 내방 !이 아니다보니까 약간 불편한 것들이 있을 수 밖에 없어요.. 같이 방을 사용하는 게스트들이 코를 곯거나 , **를 하는 사람이거나, 새벽에 활동하고 소란스럽게 들어오거나.. 잘 안 씻거나 뭐 기타등등 후각 청각등이 예민하시다면 약간 힘들 수 있어요. (**하는 사람이 제가 묵는 마지막날 밤에 들어왔는데 그 냄새가 좀 역해서 힘들었습니다..ㅎㅎ) 그래도 침**다 가림막이 있어서 그거 사용하고 에어팟이나 귀마개 쓰면 나름 괜찮아요! 호스텔이잖아요!! 2. 짐 보관 나만의 공간이 없다는 것과 연계되는 내용인데 공용으로 사용하는 사물함에 자물쇠로 잠궈서 보관도 하지만 부피가 커서 안 들어가는 캐리어같은건 그냥 방안 아무데나 보관히거나 로비에 보관하는데 솔직히 캐리어 잠금장치가 있다해도 조금은 불안하더라구요. 누가 가져가버릴수도있고 자물쇠도 솔직히 그냥 끊어버리면 그만이구요.. 호스텔 로비에서 일하는 알바생이 처음에 그러더라구요. Metro Plaza is in perfect, easy walking distance location for Old LA Olvera Street (don’t miss the Avila Adobe), Philippe’s famous restaurant, and Union Station. It was ok for a one-night stay. I hope the review below gives an idea of what to expect. I felt safe walking around in the day, but. fwould not walk here after dark. Half of the hotel is recently renovated with new corridor carpet and modern rooms. Front desk people, including manager, are excellent and helpful. Despite being busy with several foreign tour groups, the staff remained patient and gracious. Lobby is very basic, with nowhere to sit. There’s a big screen of security camera views, and a security guard by the elevator, but axcard key is not required to open the elevator door. this might be a good safety, security measure— seen in many big-city hotels— for this hotel to add A week before arriving, I spoke with the manager, requested a recently renovated room, and got one. But the window looked out to a barbed-wire topped wall! I asked if possible to switch to a room facing the beautiful old post office and Union Station, but the receptionist said the hotel was full, with the one available room reeked of cigarette smoke, despite the hotel following “no smoking” policy! My room was large, bed was comfortable. There’s a large TV, mini fridge but no microwave. There’s a very large desk/shelf area and two hammocks to sit on. The bathroom was newly renovated, with an oddly placed rain- shower in the center of the shower-enclosure ceiling rather than the wall, which made it impossible to escape getting drenched hair. Unless you want a shampoo, bring a shower cap. The water temperature control faucet in the shower starts hot in “on” vertical position, and gets colder as you turn it to the left, which you can do only to 1/4 turn— different from standard shower controls. Bath towels were small, thin and scratchy—I suspect to avoid any temptation for towel thieves. Likewise, there’s an in-room ironing board, but no iron. For that, you go to the lobby and give your drivers license or cash deposit and borrow an iron. If I again had a morning Amtrak train to board, I’d stay at Metro Plaza knowing its quirks and limitations. —

Well to start Britney & Carmen deserve a much needed raise. First Britney treated me like I was the owner. Nice, respectful and friendly to me. I reserved a room and I was to check in at 3pm. She asked me as soon as she finds one available she will call and she did 2 hours early. Now Carmen didn't have to do this for me but a friend of mine felt like crap so I bought her some soup. She micro my soup.

アナハイムディズニーへは歩いて30分弱で分かりやすい道です。近くのバスも利用できます。お店もディズニー周辺は充実していますし、ホテルの隣にはampm(24時間営業コンビニ)もあります。周りも観光客向けのホテルやお店が多いので、治安は悪くないと感じました。 ユニットバスは年季が入っていましたが、部屋の清掃やタオル交換はきちんとされますし、過ごしやすかったです。洗面台の鏡が広かったのが、女子複数人の旅には嬉しかったです。

I had booked a king suite room for one night for my son, my husband and I. when I walked in I totally thought I had walked into the wrong room. It was dirty. I have a one year old son whom I didn’t let roam free on the floor because there was a bunch of crumbs, a dried up piece of half eaten bread by the tv stand, and just a bunch of trash in the floor. I took pictures as well.

This hotel is in a great location, and close to a freeway, also plenty of food available in walking distance. We stayed here with our Team for a sporting event at OC Great Park. Less then 4 mins away. This hotel needs a complete renovation. For one it's in Irvine, you would expect better. 2nd it a Wyndham hotel you would expect better. 3rd it's so close to a huge youth sporting complex, you would expect better. The bathrooms were awful! My daughters refused to shower because it was so dirty. The walls were dirty and moldy, the tub was not clean. The ceiling was peeling off. The floors were disgusting, we made sure our kids wore their shoes until they got to thier bed for the night. These carpet ls have to be a sanitation issue! The pool gate had no mechanism to keep in closed let alone any time of locking device, this is a huge liability issue. Any toddler or child can assess the pool alone.

Everything about our stay at Fairfield was perfect: modern, beautiful, clean, comfortable and with AC/heat that worked wonderfully well. I usually ask for a 1st floor room if possible at the time of booking, because we're senior citizens and it's hard to carry everything upstairs. Often, we'll choose to stay in a little 1950's vintage place, simply to increase the odds that we will be able to park right up at our door. Fairfield is NOT a vintage place and it's a three-story property, so I didn't think there was any way to avoid loading everything onto a cart and manhandling it up an elevator. But I was wrong. This Fairfield Inn has a little courtyard of parking spaces shielded from the street, where it is in fact possible to pull right up to the door. So we got a double bonus: a beautiful, modern property with the ability to park near our door. If we're ever back through this way, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Fairfield!

The hotel is very close to the expressway and surrounded by different restaurant that is 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. There are different kinds of food to choose from every breakfast. The staffs are very accommodating and respond quickly to our request. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. 😄😄😄👏👏👏

日本から家族3人で初めて利用しましたが、とても良かったです😊😊パークまでは本当に歩いて5、6分です。小さなお子様でも、問題ないと思います😸 有料ですが、ランドリーも乾燥機もありましたので夏などたくさん汗をかく季節にはうれしいです。隣にマクドナルドもあるので、夜に帰ってきてゆっくりご飯を食べる事もできました✨👏🏻私達のお部屋は浴槽があり入浴剤を持って行ってたのでお風呂に浸かることが出来ました🛀🏻😻何よりスタッフの方々が新設で丁寧な対応でした☺️ホテルのエントランスの所に喫煙所があり、父親が喫煙者なのですがディズニーにはパーク内、ダウンタウンディズニー内共に、喫煙スペースはございませんので、ホテルまで帰って吸うと行った感じだったのですが、この近さなら有難いです。 懸念点としては、こちらのディズニーは夜中の12時までやっておりますので、帰りにテンションが上がって叫んでる人がチラホラ居たので早くお休みになられる方で音に敏感な方はホテルの奥の方のお部屋をリクエストしてもいいかなぁと思います。後は、ホームレスの方が何人か見受けられました。 家族でも、カップルでも、お友達でも利用しやすいと思います‼︎次回もぜひ利用させて頂きたいです😊😊

It used to be a Comfort Inn that we have always stayed at for over 10 years but now a Best Western. Very nice upgrades, great and friendly staff, love the location, A good place to stay. Close to downtown, Old Town, Zoo, and 5 minutes to the beach and shopping and golf just 5 minutes away also.

酒店位置很好，靠海港碼頭，對面就有幾家餐館，當晚去去對面的pizza nova品嚐到果木香的本地啤酒IPA，PIZZA略鹹但很香。酒店有泡SPA的池，可以解乏，這天下水游泳要過渡熱身下，不過遊起來就不冷了，兒子最愛的區域，沒事就下去遊，附近有Danny's 24小時都開着，去哪都不遠。早餐算豐富的，水果都有，就是肉餅是入住DAY3才供應，前幾天都沒，可能是菜單每天更新。停車就在後麪RAMP繞上去，有露天也有下層的，酒店走廊就能看到停在頂層車場。可惜沒給我們一間帶小陽台可坐搖椅的房間，是個平移門的欄桿2樓陽台，其實就在大堂上面。位於主街道還算安全，出去走走不用擔心，就是隨處可聞到的*****，讓原本新鮮的空氣不那麼舒服。

The AC in our room wasn't working well but as soon as we told the front desk people they sent maintenance over right away and it was fixed within 5 mins. Everyone was friendly and the restaurants were convenient and delicious.

Good budget room. Comfortable. Perfectly adequate for a one night stay, nothing flash but I wasn't expecting it to be. Wouldn't walk the area at night due to the number of homeless but fine to walk to the shops in daylight (mind crossing the busy roads). Staff friendly and helpful.

Location is perfect. The location is perfect if you are hanging around in the downtown (USS midway museum, the Kiss, Maritime museum), little Italy and Bilbao Park. It’s also located just beside the Amtrak San Diego Santa Fe Depot Station as well as the Metro Little Italy station, around 5-8 mins walking distance. Pillow smells bad One of the pillow smells really bad. Breakfast is buffet and it’s good I think. Got waffle maker, toast, bagel, fried eggs, sausages, milk, juice, coffee & tea. No slipper, no toothbrush/toothpaste I was shocked when found there is NO Slipper, NO toothbrush nor toothpaste provided. This is the first hotel I ever know that these basic supplies are not provided. Please do remember to bring your own. Coffee maker, hair drier, hangers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion are provided.

First and foremost, this is a Hostel not a hotel, if you do not know what a hostel is or have not stayed in one before in the US or outside the country I recommend taking a little time to research so you understand where you will be staying. Having said that, I have stayed in hostels in 7 countries and this place is extremely clean and well run. There is a mix of travelers / visitors and people who are using it as a place until they get something more permanent. Since rent for a place in San Diego starts at the price of this place and goes way up from here, 2000 for a studio to 6000 for a 2 bedroom, this is unsurprising. Each pod is divided off by its own curtain and there are about 7 pods per dorm, Each pod also has it's own corresponding locker which has enough space for everything from a normal regulation carry on bag. I made sure to keep all valuables locked in there when not in the hostel and had no issues and felt safe at all times, I left a few items in my pod on the rack and hooks each day and never saw any evidence of any tampering or the like and when the curtain was drawn I doubt there would be. If you will be staying for any time there is a small communal kitchen space where everyone may make meals. Basic utensils, pots, pans, spices, cutlery and dining ware are all available for use, just do your part and clean up after yourself. If you are going to buy food, use the provided cool or cold storage or locker and be sure to label it. Coffee and Tea were available each morning I was there as well. The communal areas were all very clean and the people sharing them were a mixed bag of humanity and generally all friendly and conversational. I met a few of the regulars who live there and some who have used it when between homes or when coming out to stay for a time and while I would agree some were not people I would hang out with normally none were offensive or threatening and in fact like other hostels I have been in most just want to be accepted as they are and will take you as you come. The staff were pleasant and courteous in all interactions I had with them and gave good advice each time I asked including where to eat, best way to get somewhere, and general conversation. My only complaints have to do with some maintenance issues, some of the fixtures in the bathrooms and especially the showers are showing the wear of a few years of use and minor neglect. Also, the latches on the dorm doors tend to catch and so are very loud and disturbing at night when they thunk to a stop rather than close smoothly and quietly. I have already booked for my next stay in about 2 months and would recommend it to others so long as they understand the communal aspects of staying here.
