Very rude employees they acted annoyed when I asked for my platinum member room upgrade and late check out, they acted like they were doing me a favor for getting my room key reset. I said hello to the front desk staff numerous times while passing through they literally just scowled at me with out saying a word. This is a problem with management considering it was every clerk. I was here on business I work for the federal government and they treated me like a bum I have also stayed at 75 Marriotts this year I was expecting to be met with at least common courtesy. Their GM is impossible to get a hold of. In closing if you feel like getting treated like garbage stay here. Also when I was leaving and asked for a copy of my receipt the lady printed off a receipt from October when I stayed here then proceeded to tell me I had not even stayed there, it was so confusing. They need to hire new staff. Oh also the cleaning staff took the liberty of rearranging my medications that were out. Im pretty sure they did this to read them and find out if there was anything worth taking good thing I don’t take anything like that. I will never stay here again it’s ran by red stone hotel group I can’t imagine what kind of llc this is they did not even have contact info, lastly it’s the same price as the Sheridan. I don’t know where they get off charging 140 dollars for motel 6 accommodations.

I recently spent a week (second week of April) staying at this property and knew when booking it that I had to keep my expectations in check. The location was great for access to the car rental agency, airport and downtown locations I planned my week around. There is a Denny's, McDonalds and a killer good Mexican restaurant all with in a block or two. The property is worn and dated but all common areas are clean and without any musty or overpowering smells. The rooms are surprisingly large and I was quite comfortable with my bedding and pillows. The unfortunate thing was that during my visit they were unable to provide any air conditioning as their system was still set for winter. After returning to my room on the second day and finding it at 85 degrees I had to discuss options with the desk. They were very understanding and were able to move me to a cooler room that I was able to deal with after buying a fan from the local Walmart. I did note that the toilet paper holder was askew and partially pulled from the wall. The metal towel holder had at one time been ripped from the wall and reinstalled without any concern for the resulting sharp edges from the resulting damage. My smoke detector was not mounted to the ceiling but instead resided on the shelf inside the closet. For me these were all little things, excepting for the air conditioning, and inconveniences I could handle. If my wife had been with me the place would not have worked and I felt for those guys that were checking in with their female partners. This is basically one of those places where traveling construction crews utilize (at least during my stay it was). The staff is friendly, accommodating and left working with what they have do deal with the best they can. I almost got what I expected when booking this chain, however I have had excellent past stays at other Comfort Inn locations. Salt Lake City is very easy to maneuver and knowing that now, I would not hesitate to look for a better stay a little further from the central city. Would I stay again? Only by myself and on a tight budget. It was not terrible, unsafe, or dirty and did what I needed - just don't expect too much with the price.

What can I say? Moebs is wonderful I love love love Moab by saying, so every hotel. I stayed at in. Moab was great. Breakfast was great. The maintenance housekeeping front desk. Everything was perfect. You won’t be disappointed at all. I recommend staying here.

Manager was very professional, friendly and hard working. Property is well maintained and fairly clean. No real food delivery in area, aside from Pizza Hut ( whose food was very lacking for the chain reputation). We were traveling with a large 5 th wheel RV which made it difficult to go anywhere to pick up food for dinner. This was the only real drawback. The vending machine on property was out of order, so we’re also unable to obtain drinks. No outdoor ashtrays on property, so smokers are throwing cigarette butts on the ground. This is unsightly and a problem of traveling with a pup that likes to pick things up off the ground.

We came here for a staycation. Very excited to experience the pool. The rooms were very nice. However, I was disappointed with the Pool area. It looks like the hotels that manage it gave up on the maintenance and are letting it go to waste. Breakfast was fine. They do need a larger area. We didn’t know where to sit down or set our food down. We ended up back at our room to finish eating. The service was fine. Everyone else was able to check in but we had to wait 40+ to get our room although we had been there first. If you’re coming for the pool… save yourself money and go somewhere nicer.

Absolutely amazing. Pretty warm tent. Besides, for some canyon rocks coming through one corner of bottom of tent and zippers on door were worn there was clamps to shut tent door, it ended up snowing, So at 5:00 in the morning. It looked light outside. I. Peaked out of the tent to find a white winter wonderland. The workers are truly blessed to be living out there. They were very nice and accommodated for anything that we needed, even extra heat, I'm interested in the horseback riding when it gets warmer out. And they do have tour. Guide you. Take you on one of those cool side by side. It was safe. It looked magical. When people were in their tents at night, you see these glowing balls. Which are the tents? And then a bunch of solar, little lights that go up the trails to ur site. My thought I found a couple of heart rocks that I painted glow in the dark. So when the lights turned off, glow in the dark rocks. With five different colors. It made me think of Avatar with. The magical twinkle lights. Placed throughout the canyon high medium low. Atmosphere was truly peaceful. I love. I love that you don't have cell phone service. I was actually able to enjoy. Nature for what it is. I know I only have two shades of Indian in me. I'm definitely not Navajo. But my inner soul. Was spoken to by our Ancestors. Clarity. Was so refreshing? As my next set of college classes of hard. Studies coming Monday. A little expensive. But they gave us a discount. It was 100 and sixty-five. But definitely worth? Customers coming in and out of motel rooms slamming and banging doors.

This is a Great Hotel do you think you’re at a Sheraton or a Hilton when you walk in the grand entry and they treat you like family it’s no nonsense street forward to greeted you like family great place for family and kids. Plenty of kids swimming pool if you’d like you’re staying at a high-end resort but you’re not. I mean you feel like it it looks like it but you’re not paying for it price is awesome. You get more than what you pay for besides that breakfast every morning oh my gosh free I would definitely stay at the Sawtelle every time I iamb in Provo.
