Firstly, it's too pricey and doesn't really offer good value. It feels very hot even after adjusting the temperature to the lowest setting (19 degrees Celsius being the lowest possible). The room is a bit old, and water flows out from the shower room while showering. The bathroom area is extremely dark. This package cost me around $6K HKD, and I can confidently say it doesn't compare well to other new 5-star hotels in Barcelona. The best thing about W is the bar/restaurant on the 26th floor. The staff is generally rude and impolite, possibly including some of the security staff. The reception staff assisting with check-in are also unfriendly, possibly due to a large number of guests waiting.

We were very pleased with the central location, modern amenities and gracious staff at The Monument Hotel. Situated within an easy walk to some of Gaudi’s most impressive buildings, fine shopping and dining with its own Michelin restaurant on premises, there wasn’t much to be desired in this boutique hotel, save for some minor details. In our case, although we arrived on an early flight and we’re aware check in was not until 3 as we’d been informed when I placed my reservation noting our arrival time - and the concierge agreeably stored our luggage as we took in local sights - we were notified while having lunch a room with a better view would not be available until 5 pm. We decided to wait for that option and made use of the rooftop pool lounges for a late afternoon siesta. Shortly after 5, I went to reception and was informed the room was ready. While adequate in terms of space - with a small sitting area adjacent to the sleeping area - I can’t say there was a view per se as it basically looked over rooftops, perhaps what could be devastating a small courtyard. The bat was actually quite large in comparison but for some reason of design I don’t understand there was a step to the commode area - causing some stumbles during the middle of the night until we were properly acclimated. As I like to tune into the news in the morning while dressing, I mentioned the TV remote in the bed area was not working, however, this was not addressed during our stay. Relatively minor issues all in all in an otherwise comfortable and safe 3 day stay.

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful hotel in an excellent location. All staff, concierge, waiters, bellmen are professional, courteous, and helpful. Concierge Enrique was especially helpful in assisting me with shipping items home, even providing a box to pack items. Rooms are very well equipped with robes, slippers, toothbrushes, safe, shaving kit, electrical outlet with USA voltage, USB ports, bathroom scale, huge bath towels and a makeup mirror with good lighting in bathroom. My only complaint is the pillows, although large, flattened down to almost nothing. Fortunately there were tow per person so I could double up. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The rooftop bar/restaurant offers a wonderful view of the city. Didn't take advantage of the main restaurant or the pool. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

It was a very disappointing experience. The hotel service is not even one star and it feels that’s it is not respecting customers at all. Reply was super slow, manager don’t care about the customer even there is a feedback and complain. Most surprising is that there are bugs in the hotel room. Concierge forgot our room number when we dropped things to deliver to our room. 這間酒店的服務一星也不值,態度非常不遵重客人,房間有小昆蟲。經理完全高傲到不理客人的要求。 This was the worst experience I had in a five star hotel ever. 本人住過不少5星酒店,但這真是非常不能接受

Wow, what an incredible stay at Serras Barcelona! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous—stylish rooms with either breathtaking city or Mediterranean views. The decor is top-notch, blending classic and modern vibes perfectly. The highlight for us was definitely the rooftop area. The views from the restaurant are unbeatable, and the infinity pool is the perfect spot to chill out after a day of exploring. We had some delicious meals up there too! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made our stay extra special with their attentive service. If you’re heading to Barcelona and want a place that’s luxurious, comfortable, and has amazing views, Serras Barcelona is the place to be. Highly recommend it!

The hotel photos are the same as the real things, very clean and the service is also very good. The hotel staff delivery of toiletries are very inmate packaging, they offered two quality goods brand of toothpaste; the cleaning service is also thoughtful, they even put away the phone charging cable. The nut chocolate gift before the return trip was delicious! it’s just strange that such a good hotel has such a low rating? I was very surprised that I booked such a good hotel to spend my holiday in Barcelona. I wrote a good review here, but I hope not to raise the price of this hotel ~hahaha

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour la première fois depuis son ouverture lors d'un séjour affaire. l'accueil, le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel étaient irréprochables. Les chambres sont magnifiques avec une décoration soignée. ma chambre donnée sur la route mais aucun bruit. très bien insonorisée! Le petit déjeuner était parfait et l'équipe du restaurant au top, au petit soin et très réactive. Mention spécial au chef de cuisine et sa brigade, les repas étaient délicieux. Situation de l'hôtel à quelques pas de la corniche et de la mer. En bref, merci à toute l'équipe du Sofitel Barcelona Skipper, ceux qui travaillent face aux clients et ceux qui travaillent dans l'ombre, pour leurs investissements, professionnalismes et humanités en quête du meilleur pour rendre nos séjours mémorables!
