Anonymous UserThe room was really big, spacious, and clean, and it even had a private bathroom shared by four people. The location is super convenient, really close to the tram stop, and you can get to the city center in just two stops. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend Histrl Bureau in Zagreb Croatia..facility is alright, but most importantly, the front office people or the receptionists are the best, considerate, humanitarian, kind, & caring receptionists, namely; Lana, Paul, & Katerina. Their customer service skills are by par and exceeds my expectations. Kudos to you guys and I appreciate y’all!

I'm not a frequent hostel-goer, but my stay here was less than impressive despite the high praise it often receives. The 11-person dorm felt cramped, featuring creaky wooden beds placed too closely together. The bedding and air quality left much to be desired. On the plus side, the facilities were decent and relatively clean, including a bar area that seemed underutilized both by guests and outsiders. Considering the £20 per night price tag, there are plenty of other options in Zagreb that offer a better value for the same cost

Bur YFrrom the check-in progress to check-out everything was easy and good. Both room and it's bathroom was super clean, amentities are great, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Location was also great since it is really located in the center.

Guest UserI arrived early in the morning and luggages stored in the room. The luggage’s room is in the 1st floor so be reminded this point. But the room is quite clean and all the amenities they have but no hair dryer. I like the kitchen. It’s well equipped and there are some notes wrote on the wall to remind ppl to clean. The hostel has notice of free stuff which I like that concept.
In overall, I like this hostel and the price is worthy.

Walking distance to Upper Town attractions, including the Lotrščak Tower (Tower of the Robbers' Bell), Kula Lotrščak, and the Church of St. Mark's Church (Crkva sv. Marka). Free breakfast is provided. The common area is large, and the Wi-Fi is reliable.

Great surprise for us and very good value for money! Staff was super nice and helpful, took 5 mins to go through the map and recommended places to go. Room is compact but is everything you need - it looks so new and clean assuming it has just been renovated. Shower temperature was good for summer but might not be warm enough in winter if don’t turn on the heater. Very big desk if that’s useful for you. 15 mins walk from the train station and nearest shopping mall, and another 15 mins walk to reach city centre. Free parking in front of the hotel.

pietoro!I didn't know the PIN code to enter the hotel, but I contacted the hotel and a staff member came and I was able to enter without any problems. The hotel staff were very friendly and explained everything carefully. There was a kitchen so it seemed like I could cook, and I was told I could use the dishes freely. Coffee, tea, and sugar were also available for free. The room was cute and relaxing, and the toilet and shower were clean, which was great. I was able to stay with peace of mind!

The location is very convenient because it is very close to each tourist spot.
Because it was a single room, the bed was able to be used comfortably, but the wall was very thin, so I was a little worried that I could hear the voice of the corridor and other rooms. Moreover, the staff is not always stationed, and it is not connected even if it calls the telephone number for the contact many times
I was only worried that the entrance of the hotel was quite difficult to understand and it took time to check in the hotel.
