Hotel 4-Star di Delhi, India

Wonderful property for a vacation! Had a perfectly relaxing stay with top-tier amenities. The food quality was amazing, and the overall service was very smooth. I am deeply impressed by the staff's professional and kind behavior.

I stayed one night with my husband to stop over to the next place. The location is super good, it is near the airport. You can enjoy variety of meals inside the hotel and outside too.

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

The hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. The hotel is certainly clean, and the staff are polite. However, at this price, I was surprised there wasn't even a private bathroom. The fact that Wi-Fi required free member registration was also inconvenient. The buffet was luxurious with a wide variety of dishes, but the variations were all Indian cuisine. There were breads, but no rice, just curries and naan. Since there were croissants and bacon, Western food wasn't an issue. Also, the laundry service is absolutely not recommended. They didn't tell me the price beforehand, and I was charged 4000 yen when it was done. The phone service was also poor. It's a good hotel, but for this price, I feel there should be more services. As it was my first time in India, I don't know the standard, but perhaps this is normal for India?

A great choice for a layover at New Delhi Airport. Ibis is an international hotel chain, and the biggest fear when transiting at New Delhi Airport is ending up in a dodgy hotel. Staying at Ibis offers peace of mind, as both the service and hygiene quality are very reliable, and the price is quite affordable. Although the hotel has some history, the facilities are still good. The breakfast is also delicious, with food options suitable for international travelers' tastes. Recommended for travelers looking for a safe and comfortable hotel at an economical price.

It was advertised as 4 stars, but it's really only a 3-star place. Nothing special. I lasted 2 nights and luckily was out sightseeing all day.

Das Hotel an sich war gut. Das Personal vom Frühstücksbüffet war wirklich ausgezeichnet und zuvorkommend. Aber ob es wirklich einen Pool gegeben hat, wissen wir leider nicht da *** an der Rezeption nicht über Ausstattung aufgeklärt wurde und wir leider auch zeitlich keine Zeit hatten danach zu suchen
