All facilities are very good, the sanitary environment is very comfortable, the view is very good, and the night view is beautiful. There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.

During our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.

I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the hotel very much. It is conveniently located next to the major subway station so I could travel within town without being stuck in infamous traffic. I had a suite and it was tastefully decorated and had all the modern levels of comfort, including the smart light system and a stand alone tub. Since it was my birthday, I also was given a very delicious complementary cake to celebrate this occasion, along with a basket of fruits and Arabic coffee. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. P.S. One note - I wish they had a concierge because none of the reception employees knew anything about the celebration of the Founding Day, not even the fact that the roads to the hotel were blocked by the police and it took extra 30 mins for the taxi driver to go around.

Wifi is okay. The hotel service is not sad. There are a lot of equipment in the gym. There is an indoor swimming pool, but it doesn't look clean. I'm not sure if I can swim? It's good when there's a buffet for dinner, but it's so-so when there's no buffet. It's delicious to have milkshakes for breakfast. The hotel rooms are relatively clean, and the scenery of the high-rise buildings is not bad. The geographical location is good, which is in the city center.

We arrived in the early morning to check in. The front desk staff was very responsible. The next day we had to go to the airport to catch a flight after watching a football game, and time was very tight. The hotel concierge, Concierge bellman Ibrahim, gave us a lot of help, allowing us to watch the game without worry and take the hotel car to the airport. I visited Al Faisalia Hotel for the first time for business trips. The clean facilities were so good, and I felt a little far from the place where women exercised. The staff are so friendly. In particular, Jahangir bellman is kind with a warm smile, so I want to visit again next time. I couldn't find a meeting place near the hotel, so I guided me to that place myself. Thank you so much! I wonder if Uber drivers couldn't find a hotel location.

As i am coming from “Dubai” the world class city with the best hospitality levels i would say that this hotel stay was “One of my best staycations ever across the world”. Very high level of quality in service and i am giving this hotel 7 stars. So I difintely recommend this hotel for any couples, family or groups.

The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, although renowned for its standard, unfortunately leaves something to be desired in several aspects. When we arrived, the welcome was far from warm, which is disappointing for an establishment of this size. Fortunately, the room staff was able to compensate with their professionalism and impeccable service. However, other aspects of the service were failing. At the pool, we were surprised to find that there were no staff to greet us and prepare towels, which is not up to the standards expected of a hotel bearing the Four Seasons name. It is crucial that these points are quickly improved to maintain the reputation of the establishment.

Guys at the reception and the concierge were kind and very professional. The location is perfect to reach any spot. Common areas very curated. Tha bathroom is huge. Room cleanliness can be improved.
