Hotel 4-Star di Para, Brazil

I was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the ”city view” described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.

The hotel is very well located. The room is very good, the bed is very good. We ask for lunch in the room, excellent! Breakfast is OK, nothing spectacular. Service and service needs to really improve. A very negative point: the hotel has no power generator, the energy ended when we were preparing for a dinner and we could not even use lifts, and that is not what we expect from a hotel at that level.

Very friendly and attentive service. Even though there was a language barrier (no English or Portuguese), everything was top-notch. Spacious room, clean, and everything was always restocked, though sometimes it took a little while. Great breakfast buffet (on the first morning, the sliced cheese and spreads were dried out—a shame, not a very pleasant or appetizing sight. It was better after that. Was the AC broken?) Prime location, right by the docks. There are countless great and diverse restaurants, bars, and entertainment options there.
