Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

This hotel offers great value for money. The gym and pool are excellent, and the surrounding amenities are very convenient, making it ideal for business trips. There's a shopping mall downstairs, though it's not a typical retail-focused one, and the area feels very safe overall.

I recently stayed at d'primahotel Tangerang and overall had a very pleasant experience, especially considering the value for money. The hotel is conveniently located close to Soekarno–Hatta International Airport, making it a great option for transit stays, short business trips, or overnight layovers. It is also relatively close to Batu Ceper station and some shopping areas, which makes getting around fairly convenient. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and generally clean. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was modern and functional. The hotel has a modern industrial-style design with a pleasant atmosphere throughout the lobby and café areas. The overall ambience felt relaxing and suitable for both business and leisure travellers. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of Indonesian and international food, and the quality was surprisingly good for the room price. The restaurant and café area had a nice atmosphere, and the buffet was handled efficiently even during busy periods. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From reception to restaurant staff and security personnel, the hospitality was excellent. Many staff members went out of their way to assist guests, which made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. There are a few minor downsides. Some parts of the hotel feel slightly older and could benefit from renovation or better maintenance. The surrounding area is not particularly scenic or tourist-oriented, and it feels more like a business or industrial area rather than a lively residential neighbourhood. Walking around outside the hotel at night may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, d'primahotel Tangerang is a very good choice for travellers looking for an affordable, comfortable, and convenient airport-area hotel in Tangerang. The friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and easy airport access make it a hotel I would happily stay at again.

Staying at the Aryaduta Lippo Village is a wonderful experience, truly feeling like a resort-like escape right in the city. The incredibly lush and expansive tropical gardens are immediately striking, creating a genuine urban oasis. A clear highlight is the massive lagoon-style swimming pool, a perfect spot for relaxation that reinforces the hotel's serene, family friendly atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.

I stayed here the night before an event for BSD. I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, intending just to drop off my luggage. However, my room was already ready, and they kindly let me check in, which was a huge help. The event venue was right in front of the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel room was spacious, and the shower had hot water, making for a comfortable stay. The amenities were by Senseisha. It's also close to Aeon Mall, so finding food was never an issue. Breakfast was a buffet centered around Indonesian cuisine, and it was delicious. I'd definitely like to stay here again if I have business in the area.

The decor style is just terrible, and the hot water for the shower is equally bad – it only lasts for about three minutes. If you have long hair, I'd suggest not washing it here, as there simply isn't enough hot water. There's no hairdryer either. The toilet doesn't flush properly, and the sink drain is also broken. Also, why is the smoking room right next to the lobby? Every time I walk past, it stinks!

Stayed here for a business trip. The facilities were pretty average, not what I'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. There were no USB outlets, and no power outlets under the desk for working. On the plus side, the staff's English was excellent, and it's quite close to the airport. The hotel has a convenient direct link to the mall, but the mall itself was just okay – a bit chaotic and not very high-end, more like a market, so not great for shopping.

This hotel is located right inside the airport, which is incredibly convenient! It's also super easy to catch the SkyTrain to other terminals. We took it to the train station, then transferred to the Airport Express to get downtown. After exploring, we came back to sleep – so convenient. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a huge variety of options, and it starts at 2 AM, which is perfect for transit passengers. No need to worry about finding food downstairs either; being an airport, there are 24-hour convenience stores and restaurants. Currency exchange and everything else you might need are all readily available, very well-equipped. The room's cleanliness was excellent. We were two adults and one child. We paid an extra 500,000 IDR for an extra bed, and that fee included an additional breakfast, extra amenities, etc., which was really great value. Even though it was Ramadan and there were many pilgrimage groups, there were no morning prayer 'morning calls', which was fantastic – very quiet! Highly recommend! When visiting Jakarta, you should either stay in the CBD or at this place. Staying in the old city would probably just be a hassle. 😂

Our family had an unforgettable experience at Aston Anyer. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the ocean—perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool area, which our kids absolutely loved. The beach was just a few steps away, making it easy to enjoy the sunset together. We also appreciated the variety and quality of the food at the restaurant; every meal was delicious and well-prepared.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel was clean and fresh overall, the room had great natural light, and the soundproofing was excellent – I couldn't hear any hallway noise at all. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the washroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the amenities were well-stocked. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient with check-in, and patiently answered all my questions. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to the subway and shopping malls, with tons of great food options nearby. For the price, it's definitely a standout. I'll choose this place again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to everyone!
