AAnonymous UserThe stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, which made it very pleasant. Although there is a club on the top floor, the noise didn’t really disturb me. The breakfast was also good and enjoyable.

EElmutI stayed here with my family during our holiday in Medan. Although the hotel is a bit old, it has its own charm. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Traveling with a young child, we especially appreciated the nice swimming pool, which made our stay very enjoyable.

The staff so kind and soft spoken.. we love the view… Masha Allah.. so beautifull.. event we stay at standard room, we also can get the beatiful view of Danau Toba.. the breakfast was delicious.. this is the first time im going to Indonesia and i can eat all the food.. excellent.. i also like the tour package for free…keep it up..next time if i going to danau toba again, i will stay at waterfall inside Taman Simalem Resort..in Shaa Allah

GGuest UserWe stayed here this time for 3 nights. We had stayed here a couple of times before. The hotel maintains its hospitality, warmness and courtious reception of customers. It was quite easy to check in and out. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendlyand warm. There are little things that should be paid attention to such as the menu for breakfast.. Although the spread is good but there should be some variation/changes. Overall staying here you get value for your money.

JJamelahYOverall stay is good but the amenities like bath towel is shabby and faded white color, no face towel n small towel. breakfast is really ‘local indonesian’ style . I ordered room service for dinner and its good👍. I am staying at pool terrace and view is superb at night. I love the view.

Ssyafitri wardaniBesides being close to home, this hotel has been renovated and is now much more aesthetic. It has a swimming pool, a gym, and the breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great staycation!

Eesuke88This is my first time staying here, and I must say the room is incredibly cozy and pleasant. With 3 elevators available, it's super convenient and saves you from any long waits to move between floors. Plus, it's conveniently located near Starbucks, APJ, and Genk Steak. So convenient!

The bed, shower and cozyness of the room.
Water supply (hot water) and air circulation in the bathroom - closet have no smell at all,
As well as the fact that they provide a free parking space for the guest who brings car,
Things I love:
Breakfast menu...... more than enough options, all of those foods I ate are delicious (If not super delicious),
Provision of drinking water with a water dispenser
As well as the staffs hospitality - top notch...
Things I dont really like:
TV program, nothing interesting for me and not useful at all
Too less power outlet and the fact that there is too small table for the kettle and water bottle.....

RRefaategThe Hotel is super good .. Everything are amazing..
But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in ..
After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?
