Kesan yang sangat baik tentang penginapan pertama saya di El Hotel Bandung. Telah diberi naik taraf bilik dan sangat menghargainya. Biliknya bersih, luas dan mempunyai katil queen yang selesa. Bilik mandi dengan tab mandi juga diselenggara dengan baik. Satu-satunya halangan ialah mentol di bilik air bercantum tetapi walaupun selepas melaporkan kerosakan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, ia tidak diganti. Sarapan yang disajikan di kafe adalah banyak dan perkhidmatannya baik. Lokasi juga baik dengan banyak kedai makan di sekitar. Secara keseluruhan, saya menikmati penginapan saya di sini dan pasti akan menginap di hotel ini lagi pada lawatan seterusnya ke Bandung.
My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.
Nothing special about the place — service was just so-so and the amenities were weak.
The onsen water was not hot enough, and the steam room was out of service. Swimming pool was like kids playground
Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was not tasty.
One of the best hotels in Cirebon with excellent facilities. They have a swimming pool, kids playground area, and fitness area. They also have cafe and bar and lounge area with life music performance. The room is really spacy especially the king bed. Thank you for providing such a wonderful services making a good memory for my family.
The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I especially enjoyed the breakfast spread — plenty of local and international options, all delicious! 🍳☕ After a morning stroll around the nearby gardens, coming back to the peaceful ambiance of the hotel felt wonderful. A great stay for anyone visiting Bogor for leisure or business.
-Room is clean and it has a decent vibe
-I got a work emergency and I needed a bit more time in the room. The receptions granted me free late checkout.
-Breakfast is abundant but some dishes could be too greasy.
-The hotel is attached to a mall. Shopping and dining out are super easy.
This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price.
The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon.
Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat.
There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool.
The staff always smiles and feels kind.
Always a Great Stay – Even Better This Time!
This is my fourth time staying at Aston Sentul Hotel, and I’m happy to say it just keeps getting better. I noticed several upgrades since my last visit, especially in the friendliness and attentiveness of the hotel staff — they truly made the stay more welcoming.
The biggest improvement for me was the breakfast. Compared to my previous stays, the variety has increased significantly, and everything was delicious. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of effort into making 9it a better experience.
Another pleasant surprise this time was the complimentary dinner buffet. Just like breakfast, it offered a wide range of tasty dishes — a great value and very enjoyable.
Overall, I’m really impressed with the improvements and the consistent quality. Will definitely be back again!
Located at strategic location.Easy access to anywhere. Spacious room and clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast provided. Will stay again in future.

For the cleanliness I gave only 2 star because I found small cockcroach inside my room near the bed and also I found the towel in bathroom is dirty and found short hair like around 2cm on the towel.
GGuest UserTravelers w/children are not advised to stay here, especially those w/ allergies. Our room was extremely dusty, my family and I caught a cold.
The 2nd day, I asked to move rooms. They helped us! My suggestion is to vacuum every room after each guest checks out. This is because of the use of carpets.
For breakfast, everything was delicious and varied. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us.
We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones.
Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton.
While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.

The awful thing of our stay was breakfast. Maybe because we stayed from Tuesday to Wednesday, they spread so thin with so many choices but none of them were good, the portion was so small
And not much of a protein, I would rather they have small selection for slow business days but the portion is big
But we got our room upgraded which was nice.
Overall had a good stay, just bad breakfast.

The room was nice, but the lack of body soap was a demerit. The location was good, and best of all, it was quiet enough to make you forget the hustle and bustle of Jakarta.
The only drawbacks were that the food wasn't very good, and while the security staff were friendly, I didn't really notice the reception staff.
I would recommend this hotel for people who are looking for a place to stay near nothing else. The restaurants were also just average.
