Hotel 4-Star di West Java, Indonesia

A boutique hotel (seemed to be called “El royal hotel” by locals) at city center which is just a few minutes walk from the Praga street. However, the facilities inside the room are quite old, like the toilet and very poor sound proofing, (you could literally hear the customer from the next door, laughing and jumping). In terms of the cleanliness, it was generally ok, except shower towel, literally a “grey” color one, not sure whether it was so old or not washed thoroughly, I did not use in the end. Hotel staff were general nice and friendly, but the language skills (English) might create some miscommunication.

The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is strategic; on weekends, you can simply walk to hang out, enjoy various culinary options, and explore.

Cozy for those who want to relax after routines, especially residents outside Bogor. Worth it, the location, the room, the atmosphere. It happened to choose a room with a quiet atmosphere.. Mezzanine Suite type ... Really full rest ... Next yes, come back here again. Ma'aaic Azana Essence Sanggarbuana, which has already been one of the best comfortable hotels. Recommended 😍🥰

Staying in Business Suite Room for 2 nights. The room is spacious, but it is located in an east building, so the interior looks outdated. And when I first entered the room, I was surprised by the strong smell of cigarettes. I immediately called the receptionist and soon someone came to treat it with an ozone machine. Thanks for the response, although not 100% the smell is gone. But, overall me and my family were happy with the facilities and breakfast service. I could say the breakfast is a five-star breakfast. I will put Horison Ultima Bekasi on my list for my next visit if I have to visit Bekasi for more than two days.

I booked it with request high floor and mountain view, and thankfully I got it. I stayed with my husband on 11th floor, the floor is quite because there’s only few room, gym and spa also on that floor. I stayed during the “Lebaran Season”, and fortunately the Hotel is kids friendly, the reception give my niece candy, and she loved it. The pool is also nice kids loved it too. Near Hotel there’s a lot of restaurants and cafes. So you can skip breakfast and try Soto Bu Rahayu or Tanmu Coffee in front of the Hotel. We had pleasant stay here, the staff is polite and nice.

This was my fourth visit to the hotel (twice for work events and twice with family), but this time I booked through an app, and unfortunately, we encountered several disappointing issues. Firstly, the app did not provide information that the swimming pool would be closed from 1 PM to 6 AM. Although we were allowed to use the children's pool, it would have been uncomfortable for the kids to swim among people decorating for a party, so we decided against it, much to their disappointment. Secondly, the room was advertised for four guests, but amenities were only provided for two; however, after we informed the staff, the missing items were promptly delivered to our room. Thirdly, the app stated breakfast for four guests, but only two were initially accommodated. Again, we had to complain, and this was quickly rectified. Lastly, the room description on the app mentioned a city view, which our assigned room lacked. Furthermore, we found dead cockroaches and other insects, which were immediately cleaned after we reported them. I usually book two connecting rooms, but this time I wanted to try a different room type, which turned out to be somewhat less satisfying. Despite these issues, the hotel's facilities are truly outstanding – absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The views and photo opportunities are superb, and the staff were very friendly, even helping us take pictures at some of the best spots. Thank you, GH Universal. I hope the points I've raised can be addressed for future improvements.

The staff are all very friendly. Location wise for us is amazing as we want a quiet place away from the busy streets. Food is good. Going anywhere is easily accessible by grab. Will definitely come back again in future.

Suitable selection if you want to avoid busy Puncak street but still with some decent green and resort hotel vibes in nearby Bogor area. View to the Mountain is superb and hotel lfacilities still well maintained. Amenities provided is very basic eventhough good enough. Good options if you are family with children and eager to spend their many facilities and entertainment provided especially on weekend Surely will come back again

Good location. The hotel located in big Mall, so it’s very convenient for looking some place to eat or buying some stuffs. However, the hotel building is old, and the drainage system in the toilet really smells. Even the room amenities are only average compared to the room price.

First Time stay at Resinda Hotel. Good place near the Mall. Staff friendly and hard working. Nice food and lot's of choice. Swimming pool been take care of staff while kids playing at pool.
