Hotel 4-Star di Okayama Prefecture, Japan

The location was excellent and incredibly convenient. The staff was very friendly and made us feel truly welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Family comes with 4 beds (instead of 2 as indicated in trip.com description). Room is pretty spacious, bed is a bit hard and bathroom is a bit narrow, but overall still comfortable. Location is good, walking distance to JR stations, Aeon with good varieties of food at the food court. Near to big camera, animate, donki and lots of shopping options at Aeon too. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this cabin hotel for two nights to visit Naoshima Island and it was a truly great experience. If you are looking for a unique and high-quality stay, I highly recommend it. The Highlights: • Service & Food: The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. A huge standout was the breakfast, it was exceptionally fresh and delicious! • The Cabin: For a ”cabin” style accommodation, the space felt surprisingly roomy. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept quite well. Addressing the ”Security” Concern: Before booking, I was a bit hesitant because of previous reviews mentioning that the cabins do not lock. However, after staying there, I didn't find this to be an issue at all. I never felt unsafe and it didn't take away from the experience. Good to Know: The only thing to be aware of is that since it is a shared sleeping hall, you can hear some noise from other guests. However, in my experience, it was still a very pleasant and calm environment. I honestly have nothing negative to say, it’s a perfect spot for travelers heading to the art islands!

We were traveling with a baby, so we were looking for a comfortable hotel that was kid-friendly, and we found this place! They had already pushed the beds together to prevent falls and even prepared a kids' mouthwash cup for us. The service was excellent, going above and beyond while still being discreet. The room was spacious and quiet, and we had an incredibly comfortable stay. The room included a refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, a hairdryer, and a curling iron. We'll definitely stay here again if we visit Kurashiki. The location was convenient, and even though we had a car, there was a coin-operated parking lot right in front specifically for kei cars, which was a lifesaver. We brought food back to the room to eat, and there's a large shopping complex on the opposite side of Kurashiki Station, so we had no trouble at all finding what we needed. Thank you so much!

This hotel is super convenient, located right by Okayama Station's West Exit, just past the 'Seven Days' supermarket, less than a five-minute walk! Both the exterior and interior are stylish and well-maintained, yet the price is very reasonable. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. The room was a perfect size, clean, and comfortable. I didn't purchase breakfast, so I can't comment on that. A major highlight is the large public bath on the top floor, perfect for soaking and unwinding after a long day. I'll definitely remember Okayama and the Mitsui Garden Hotel; I'll stay here again on my next visit. Okayama Castle and Korakuen Garden are absolutely beautiful and well worth a visit! Okayama is also a fantastic base for exploring nearby cities in Shimane, Tottori, and Shikoku, with excellent train connections. The Kansai Area Pass was incredibly useful.

It is near the Kurasaki Bikan Historical Quarter, so it is good for exploring the Bikan Historical Quarter, but it is a bit far from Kurasaki Station, so it takes about 15 minutes on foot. It is old, but well-maintained, and the breakfast is delicious, although it does not have many varieties. It is a decent hotel for a one-day stay.

My stay at Setouchi Keirin Hotel 10 was one of the highlights of my trip. The view of the Sea from the room was absolutely stunning—peaceful and beautiful both in the morning and at sunset. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the design felt modern and minimal. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. The location is also very convenient, especially for visiting Naoshima, as it is close to Uno Port. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to and from the port, which made traveling even easier. Overall, it’s a perfect place to relax and unwind. I would definitely stay here again!”

Located on Mt. Washu in Kojima, the views are absolutely stunning, offering panoramic sights of the Seto Inland Sea bridges. It's very close to Washuzan Highland Amusement Park, and they provide a shuttle service back to Kojima Station. The rooms are quite spacious by Japanese standards, and there's also a hot spring bath (onsen) available. While it's a bit on the pricey side, the service is impeccable.

Lovely accommodation - everything was well thought out and considered. Excellent location close to train station and Bikan Quarter. We had a wonderful time in Kurashiki. Will definitely stay here again. No washing machine / dryer - only thing that would make this accommodation even better. Thank you for having us!

What a wonderful experience! This is a truly traditional ryokan, located in the beautiful historic Bikan district. The private, in-room dinner was excellent and served and explained by a very kind lady. The atmosphere in the ryokan is very pleasant, almost serene, and the interior is beautiful with lots of polished wood. The room was more spacious than expected. We had forgotten to reserve parking in advance. Luckily, there was a spot, and a staff member offered to drive us. Very thoughtful.
