Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes Hotel mit großem Innenhof. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls groß und und die Betten bequem. Man muss jedoch bei der Buchung unbedingt auf ein ruhiges Zimmer bestehen, da diejenigen Zimmer, deren Fenster sich an der Hauptstrasse befinden, über Nacht extrem laut sind! Es scheint, als befände man sich auf der Straße! Die Straße vor dem Hotel ist ziemlich schmal und wird von Autos, kleinen Lkw und Mopeds befahren. Im Prinzip ist es nur von Mitternacht bis ca. 5 Uhr morgens ruhig. Ansonsten ist es extrem laut. Zu laut zum Schlafen! Daher baten wir um ruhigeres Zimmer, was das Personal auch dankenswerterweise organisiert hat! Daher in Summe von mir 4 Sterne! Die Zimmer, die an der Strasse liegen sollten vom Hotel technisch so ausgestattet werden, dass die Geräuschkulisse von aussen deutlich reduziert wird!

El hotel está en frente de la catedral y tiene unas vistas espectaculares.
La piscina está muy bien.
No hay ruidos.

Deberian darle mantenimiento a las escaleras de la piscina, deberian tener plan todo incluido y deberian avisar desde que uno hace eñ check in que cobran por usar las cabañas de la playa, nosotros nos sentamos y nos sorprendieron al decir que se debia pagar, como ya estabamos instalados pagamos pero deberían avisar desde eñ check in.

Tempat yang luar biasa untuk menghabiskan percutian keluarga atau sebagai pasangan, ia mempunyai semua kemudahan yang dapat anda bayangkan termasuk gelongsor, gelanggang tenis, gimnasium, spa dan banyak lagi !! Tanpa keraguan, ini akan menjadi hotel pilihan saya setiap kali saya datang ke Acapulco. Makanannya juga sedap dan semuanya berkualiti seperti kopi dan perkhidmatannya.

十分滿意，值得肯定的老酒店！阿爾普爾科上世紀六十年代的旅遊勝地對外國人已經生疏了，予定酒店后翻看網評更感不安，我憑五十多年前印象執意來閒遊真擔心選錯了地方和酒店！我們到這裏十三天競沒看見一個中國人！酒店註明是八四年開業，是確實夠久了，酒店前台給安排了二十五樓的房間，站在陽台上，頓感此地來對了，酒店選對了！絕佳的位置，亮麗的外觀，周全的設計，體現了四十多年前的豪華！雖已是幾十年前的裝修水平，但空間寬敞，櫃櫥夠大，全天熱水，燈光明亮，用電充足，空調好用，而且網絡順暢，雖不夠豪華，但都很實用。更贊的是服務態度都很好，從前台到歺廳，從樓層到泳池，員工們都很和藹和熱情，雖然都不懂中國話，但都努力的主動的幫我們解決問題，每天回到收拾潔凈明亮的房間，感到由衷的滿意！所以我們要給HS酒店一個大大的贊！真是一個貨真價實的老的卻是很好的酒店！
要提一點：2511的陽台門該修了。

LLucas AguirreHotel in an excellent central location, in terms of food they are good and they serve enough, I consider that the staff service is not the best, the waiters are very unfriendly and the customer service is terrible. The facilities are many years old and the furniture in the place is not very nice (it urgently needs furniture renovation), the obsolete elevators had to wait up to 40 minutes to go down, especially at check-in time.

CChavezIncredible place to spend family vacations or as a couple, it has all the amenities you can imagine including a slide, tennis court, gyms, spa and more !! Without a doubt, this is going to be the hotel of my preference every time I come to Acapulco. The food is also delicious and everything is of the best quality like the coffee and the services.

However, it is essential to maintain a quiet room when booking, because those rooms whose windows are on the main street are extremely noisy overnight! It seems like you were on the street! The street before the hotel is quite narrow and will drive by cars, small trucks and mopeds. In principle it is only quiet from midnight to about 5 a.m. Otherwise it is extremely loud. To loud to sleep! We asked for a quiet room, which the staff also organized thankfully! Therefore, in sum of me 4 stars! The rooms on the street should be technically equipped by the hotel to reduce the noise scenes from outside significantly!

After booking a hotel, I felt even more uneasy after reading online reviews. I insisted on visiting based on my impressions from more than 50 years ago. I was really worried that I had chosen the wrong place and hotel! We have been here for thirteen days and have not seen a single Chinese! The hotel stated that it was opened in 1984, which is indeed long enough. The front desk of the hotel arranged a room on the 25th floor. Standing on the balcony, I suddenly felt that I came to the right place and chose the right hotel! Excellent location, beautiful appearance, and thoughtful design reflect the luxury of more than 40 years ago! Although the decoration level is decades ago, the space is spacious, the cabinets are large enough, hot water is available all day, the lights are bright, the electricity is sufficient, the air conditioner is easy to use, and the Internet is smooth. Although it is not luxurious, it is very practical. What's even more amazing is that the service attitude is very good. From the front desk to the dining room, from the floor to the swimming pool, the employees are very kind and enthusiastic. Although they don't understand Chinese, they all try their best to help us solve the problem and come back every day Cleaning up the clean and bright room, I feel sincerely satisfied! So we want to give HS Hotel a big thumbs up! What a solid old but very nice hotel!
One thing to mention: the balcony door of 2511 needs to be repaired.
