We had the pleasure to eat at Belmont Cafe. It was an exceptional experience and the service was second to none. From the greeting upon entry to the quality of food and the attentiveness we received, the entire time was incredible. We had the four cheese pizza, fresh lumpia, Laing and other items. The food was beyond delicious and can’t wait to taste more dishes in the future. We want to give special recognition for Chef Ri, she checked on us to make sure we enjoyed the food, a rare thing and much appreciated. Special recognition as well to our server Michael, he went above and beyond to make our visit memorable and was one of the most attentive I have seen, he provided the highest quality of service and others in the future will have a hard time matching his skills. Thank you for all you did to make our dinner one we will not forget.

Mixed Experience at Maribago Blue Waters Maribago Blue Waters has always held a special place in our hearts, as we’ve loved coming here since we were kids. However, during our recent stay, we noticed some areas that could use improvement. While the more expensive rooms are definitely worth the price, the deluxe rooms at 7k don’t quite live up to expectations. They feel outdated, like they haven’t been updated in 20 years. The restaurant and spa are also quite pricey, especially the spa, which felt a bit too expensive for what it offers. During weekends, the resort can get pretty crowded, likely due to the number of walk-in guests. However, the staff are super friendly and always make you feel welcome. One highlight of our stay was the amazing breakfast, offering a great variety from local Filipino favorites to international dishes. We especially loved the guy selling ”taho”—it brought back some wonderful childhood memories! While we still have a soft spot for Maribago Blue Waters, it feels like some things need improvement to live up to the resort’s reputation.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary in Solea. The facility was well-maintained, my kids enjoyed the aqua park and swimming pools, the area was wide enough for you to walk around. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

The hotel is so grand, everything looks fancy, aesthetic and expensive . The staff wears uniforms, everyone looks tidy and sharp. Staff are polite and easy to approach. The view from room 1535 is spectacular. I can see the sea, a small community, another building and part of the city. The room is well maintained, clean and tidy. Everything is inside. Free coffee, shampoo, body wash, soap, 2 towels, 1 small towel, 2 bottled water, hot water, tv, CR, bathroom, safety deposit box, very big window . My family was very happy during their overnight staycation.

Really enjoyed hotel. Will use again soon. If u want quality, stop looking at hotels under 2k pesos. Especially if you have guests. I'd choose this hotel over a 8k pesos resort hotel. Bfast was different each day & food was warm. We ate such a good breakfast that we skipped lunch.

Did not feel welcome at all, someone searched my bags prior entering the hotel, check in made me feel unwelcome as well, a big smile but asking for deposit and bombarding me with a ton of rules, room was noisy and not clean, lots of dust, even some potato chips on the furniture... Location is good though and there is a ******, but that's it, overpriced.

Great place to stay with your loved ones. Staff are friendly and accomodating plus they are always smiling. The Salt Restaurant made us feel like they are always there to attend to our needs. Very Good people around. Front desk is available 24/7 and that’s awesome! Thank you for the great stay BE! Will surely be back soon!

Our stay at Henann Premier Coast in Bohol was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail of our visit was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering a luxurious and comfortable experience. The resort’s location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. We loved lounging by the pristine pools and indulging in the delicious food at the on-site restaurants. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection of both local and international dishes, and each meal was a treat. What truly set Henann Premier Coast apart was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with any request. Overall, Henann Premier Coast exceeded our expectations in every way. We booked a two-night stay and overall it was good. Location is one kilometer away from the beach center. You can ride a tricycle to the center for P100. It is just along the road and it is situated within a commercial center where there is a cafe, convenience store, restaurants and clinic. Amenities are good. Since this is a new hotel, the furnitures and appliances are new and in good condition. Water pressure is great, shower heater is working perfectly. Private javuzzi is a plus. The bfast buffet is actually more of chinese cuisine and not of wide variety but just enough for the price. There is a big television but the channels and movies available are chinese. Overall, still a good experience. It is peaceful and quiet in the resort and you can enjoy the pool area specially if there are few guests.

We arrived at 2:00 AM and wanted a place to stay near the airport. This is about as close as you can get. We were hoping to walk from the international terminal to the hotel but it didn't look walkable when we arrived so we had to call a taxi to take us the 400m. Overall we had a positive experience. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was decent.

Great hotel with its own beach! We booked 2 deluxe pool side rooms at Costabella and we were very happy with the rooms. They were very spacious and the views from our rooms were fabulous! We really enjoyed our stay here, there were heaps of beautiful lounger around the pool and at the beach. Free use of paddle board and canoes. We stayed at the Costabella for 3 nights and it was a very relaxing stay. The property is old but very well maintained and all staff were so helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, food at restaurant was scrumptious, drinks at Luna bar great and there is a free pool table to play on. The only negative we found about Costabella was that you can’t just walk out the property to go to a convenience store or another restaurant. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle then this is the place to stay. Yes, we would come back again to Costabella but next time we will bring our own snacks and drinks.

Although our room was a little bit old, we enjoyed the garden and relaxing environment. Originally booked a night at Bluewater, but they were fully booked so we booked here. Although Bluewater has a better beach and pools, white sands is definitely more relaxing.

Проживали в этом месте с 02 по 06 мая 2024 с семьей( 2 взрослых, 2 детей). Апарты оставили двоякое ощущение. Сначала о плюсах: удачное расположение, поблизости хорошие рестораны, супермаркеты, до могилы Магелана можно легко прогуляться пешком. Номер достаточно большой с отдельной спальней, где двуспальная кровать и вместительный шкаф, отдельно кухня-гостиная, где два диванчика ( нам хватило разложить один, чтобы уложить двоих детей). В номере есть хозкомната со стиральной-сушильной машиной -это стало приятным сюрпризом. Всем проживающим дают пропуск на хороший пляж Savoy, туда ходит шатл или можно дойти пешком. Пляж хороший. На территории хорошие чистые бассейны. Нужно понимать, что это не отель в классическом его виде, никто не будет убирать номер, менять полотенца и постельное белье и т.п. Целью нашего 4-х дневного пребывания на Мактане было посещение юга Себу ( купание с акулами, черепахами, сардинами, водопад Кавасан) и экскурсия на остров Бохоль. Из этой точки есть экскурсионные маршруты в нужные нам места. Теперь о минусах: отсутствует комната хранения багажа, мы прибыли за 3 часа до времени заезда, поскольку ранний заезд был невозможен, хотели оставить сумки и пойти прогуляться и поесть, но выяснилось, что комната хранения багажа платная и совсем в другом здании и туда по жаре с сумками нужно еще дойти. Но самый главный минус это какой-то ночной клуб-караоке прям под окнами отеля. Музыка там играет очень громко начиная с вечера до глубокой ночи (2:30 ночи!!!). Громкость такая, что у нас на 8-м этаже вибрировали окна! Спать практически невозможно! Представьте, что у вас выезд на экскурсию в 4:00 утра. А музыка долбит по-полной до 2:00! Это конечно сильно ухудшает качество отдыха!!!!

화장실 청결도가 좋아보이지 않았어요 변기가 깨져있었어요 화장실 두 곳 중 한 곳은 샤워부스가 깨졌는지 이상하게 물이 나왔습니다 샤워부스를 챙겨가는 것을 추천드립니다 (필터도 넉넉하게 챙겨가세요) 타올이 한 침대당 2개씩 올려져있었고 칫솔과 치약, 비누, 샴푸를 나누어 주셨어요 TV엔 넷플릭스랑 유튜브등 볼 수 있었어요 다리를 펼 수 있는 쇼파가 있어요 (가운데는 어떻게 피는지 모르겠습니다) 거실과 방 포함 에어컨이 4대나 있었습니다 에어컨에서 물이 떨어져서 불편함을 겼었습니다 방 옷장에 누군지 모르는 캐리어가 있었습니다 방 옷장은 깨끗해보이지 않아서 사용하고 싶지 않았습니다 인덕션, 전자레인지, 냉장고, 식기구들 부엌에 다 구비되어있었습니다 퐁퐁, 수세미도 있어요 호텔 5층엔 수영장이 있었어요 아이들이 놀기 좋은 미니풀과 놀이기구들이 있었어요 호텔 주변에 한국마트도 있고 세탁방도 있고 스타벅스, 마트, 약국, 환전하는 곳, 식당들도 있고 클럽도 있었어요 택시타는 곳도 주변에 있어서 이동하기에 편했습니다 한국마트에서 한국돈으로 결제 가능했어요 전체적으로 만족스러웠고 직원분들도 친절하시고 좋았어요 화장실만 깨끗하다면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다

I must start with the most incredible aspect of our experience, which far exceeded expectations. We accidentally left over $1,000 USD in our hotel room safe when we checked out. We didn’t realize this until after we had arrived on Boracay. I didn’t expect to ever see that money again. Certainly, in the US, there’s no chance in hell I’m ever getting that money back. Nevertheless, when I called the Holiday Inn Cebu City, the staff seemed genuinely committed to finding the money and somehow getting it back to me. Once they found it, they called me back immediately and confirmed the amount in the safe. Then, for the better part of two days, the staff visited various Western Union offices in Cebu City to find someone that would exchange the notes into pesos, which they could then send to me via Western Union in the US. They finally found someone who could send all but $300 because those were the older $100 bills that most foreign money changers won’t touch. Oh well, I was more than excited to get most of my money back. I was quite happy to leave the remaining $300 as a tip for their super service. Then, after a couple more weeks, they contacted me and let me know they were able to convert the remaining $300 to pesos. Keep in mind that this is a country where the wage rate is significantly lower than the US and this was a material amount of money. The staff at the Holiday Inn Cebu City was so honest and so committed to excellent customer service that they went out of their way to get the rest of the money to me. This in itself made me a life time, loyal customer of this hotel. Now, beyond this particular amazing experience, the hotel is the perfect spot for tourists. The rooms are impeccably clean and modern, the breakfast buffet was the best we had in Asia, and the swimming pool had a great view and was well appointed. The location is perfect for tourists because lots of places are walking distance, like the Ayala Center. Hands down a memorable stay for a world traveler who’s been to every continent. I highly recommend this property!!

As part of the organizing team for our event, I was very impressed with Mezzo Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, showing a high level of professionalism while being friendly and approachable. They even provided basic medicine when needed, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The rooms were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was also fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options that everyone enjoyed. Overall, our experience at Mezzo Hotel exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend it for events or stays.

Clean and well-presented hotel. I've never experienced a hotel lobby not being on the ground floor (it's on floor 9), but that's no big deal. We stayed in the deluxe twin room. 2 king single beds that can be pushed together if you're a couple. Beds were very comfortable! Bathroom was also very clean. The only issues we had were: WiFi very slow/going in and out of range. Wait times for the elevator were consistently long (3-4mins) Buffet breakfast was delicious! We didn't get the chance to check out the pool as we only stayed overnight.

Hotel wasn’t horrible but I just think I came at wrong time. Hotel needs a little renovation done to brighten up pool areas. They were a bit run down. While I was staying there I barely had hot water. And when water did work the pressure was low. Besides that, the room was pretty clean and modern. The service staff were good. The door man and door people were friendly. They had a nice gym with almost every machine,a spa, mini ****** and a restaurant in the building. You can get your laundry done for very cheap in tower 2 of the building. Overall it was decent if you are passing through cebu. The location is pretty good because you are next to a lot in city. But it is very busy when you exit hotel.

Love the rooftop pool! The staff were soooo nice and helpful. Location was great; it’s central and had a lot of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great!

We had a very nice stay at 88th Ave. Rates are very reasonable and units are very nice, clean and kitchen stocked well with needed essentials. Very comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly. Cleaning staff amazing! Location is good, but you might find yourself having to take a walk across the street to Ayala Central Bloc for more restaurants/eating options. Small Korean store on the property, but lacks what one would find in 711 or a Lawsons. I didn't notice any grocery stores nearby. You might consider bringing your food to prepare with you. Restaurants on the property are mostly higher $$$ and geared towards those liking specialty/Korean foods. None of the restaurants I tried accept credit cards.

Wonderful hotel about 5-6 minutes walk to Ayala Center. The room quality, and guest services are excellent. Everything works! Super comfortable bed, good size room and bathroom, modern, great air-cond. and a wide range of cable TV channels. Extremely well managed hotel and great value at less than 2,500 pesos per night. The breakfast is suited to Filipino's, so I only tried the restaurant once. One suggestion is to add the Australia channel to the list of cable TV options.
