The room comes with disposable toiletries. The location is convenient, with a cafe in the lobby and a restaurant on the first floor. The room is equipped with an automatic toilet, a coffee machine, and a Dyson hairdryer – really thoughtful design! I also want to give a shout-out to the front desk ladies, Erica, Kayee, Stacy, Margarida, and Susie, for their excellent, warm, and attentive service. My family and I had a wonderful stay, and we'll definitely be back!
The room was clean and well-maintained. There are many restaurants near the hotel, and most of them are open until the early hours of the morning, so you don't have to worry about finding food if you get hungry at night. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful; they even enthusiastically recommended nearby restaurants. Special thanks to a male receptionist in a suit who patiently showed us how to get to Venice for a concert. We really appreciate his thoughtful service! The hotel breakfast was also good; a staff member seated us, so we didn't have to find our own table. You just place a 'reserved' sign on the table and then go get your food. We are very satisfied with this hotel and will definitely consider staying here again if we have the chance.
I arrived early and the hotel kindly stored my luggage for free, which was great as I didn't have to drag all my bags around while sightseeing. The front desk staff even recommended several famous attractions nearby. After lunch, I came back to check in. The service was absolutely fantastic, they basically catered to every request, making the whole stay incredibly comfortable and earning a perfect score!
The deluxe twin room we stayed in was clean, spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The next day, we explored the surrounding area and found plenty of great spots for shopping and dining, perfect for taking photos too. Most importantly, the room rate was very affordable. I was extremely satisfied with my stay, another perfect score!
The location is fantastic! It's super close to Grand Lisboa, Wynn, MGM, Senado Square, the Ruins of St. Paul's, Yaohan, and Galeries Lafayette – all within walking distance. It's also convenient to catch a bus to Taipa. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and even upgrading our room. They even helped us wait for our shuttle on our departure day.
The room was very clean. Although it was small, it was perfect for a one-night layover. It's incredibly close to the airport, ideal for those with late-night or early-morning flights, as you can walk there with no stress at all – it's literally only 50 meters in a straight line! The view outside the window was open and expansive. Downstairs, there's a free shuttle bus to other hotels, and the subway entrance is right outside. The location is absolutely fantastic, thumbs up! I happened to stay on a weekend, so the price was a bit higher, but on weekdays, the value for money would be even better.
The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy, and the bathroom even had a bathtub. Although the decor felt a bit dated, showing its age, it was a very comfortable stay. The bed was large, and the bedding was completely odorless and spotless. I chose a non-smoking room, and there was indeed no lingering scent of second-hand smoke, which was great. Since the windows were tightly shut, it felt a little stuffy upon check-in. The surrounding area is bustling with commercial streets and many brand-name shops. Across the street, there's New Yaohan for shopping, and it's only a five-minute walk to Grand Lisboa. The transportation is very convenient, and it's also great for walking, perfect for friends planning a city walk. The service was excellent; staff would always proactively open doors or help with luggage into the elevator whenever we encountered them at the entrance or by the elevators. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely return if I get the chance.
Seriously, I couldn't be happier, haha! I'm beyond satisfied with this hotel I booked in Macau. Coming during the weekday offered incredible value for money!
The location is absolutely fantastic, and right downstairs is the super popular 'Yang Zhi Jin Lao' (dessert shop) – that was my very first meal in Macau! I didn't realize it was right in the building when I booked. Plus, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it super convenient to get to Hengqin Port.
Facilities: Very new! The bed in the room was really comfortable, and so were the slippers. There's also a bathtub – you just have to shower standing in it. The water pressure was excellent too. After a whole day of exploring Macau, a comfortable hot shower was just perfect. The bathroom has two mirrors, which is handy for doing makeup.
Cleanliness: Spotless, no missed spots. The lobby also looked great. The value for money during the weekday is just unbeatable!
Environment: Absolutely amazing, and the location is superb.
Service: Pretty good. When I arrived, it wasn't check-in time yet, so I stored my luggage and went out to explore.
Highly recommend!
The location is excellent, right by the Outer Harbour waterfront, making it perfect for morning strolls. Macau is quite compact, and the Ruins of St. Paul's are just a short walk away. The hotel has a traditional style, but all its facilities are very well-maintained. It was spotlessly clean. The service was incredibly warm, attentive, patient, and polite. A great bonus was that the front desk staff were fluent in standard Mandarin.
Facilities: The facilities aren't bad, just a bit old overall.
Cleanliness: The overall hygiene is okay.
Environment: It's convenient for getting taxis and dining nearby. It's also very close to Wynn Macau, Grand Lisboa, and the Ruins of St. Paul's.
Service: The service was pretty good.
The hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute bus ride from Macau Airport, and the bus stop is right there. The building is also easy to spot. The front desk is small, but the room itself isn't tiny and is quite clean. There are plenty of power outlets, so I didn't even need my converter. The two beds are very large, and the pillows were more comfortable than any I've had in hotels back home in China. There aren't many food options or convenience stores right downstairs, but just around the corner are Rua da Cunha and Taipa Houses-Museum. Along the way, you'll find popular tea restaurants and supermarkets. It's a 5-minute walk to Taipa Houses-Museum and about 10 minutes to Rua da Cunha. From there, it's another 10-15 minute walk to large hotels like The Venetian and The Londoner, which is incredibly convenient and saves a lot on taxi fares. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the front desk service. Check-in isn't until 3 PM. I arrived at 1 PM, left my luggage at the front desk, and went out for lunch. When I booked, I specifically requested a quiet room. The front desk initially said they would arrange a mountain view room for me when I came back at 3 PM, which I thought was a nice touch. However, when I returned at 3 PM, I was told the mountain view room still needed cleaning and would take another 40 minutes to an hour. Ugh. So, I ended up in a city view room right next to the elevator, and I could hear the elevator dinging all night.

AAnonymous UserThe location is incredibly convenient. It's a straightforward 15-minute walk from the Border Gate straight to the hotel.
It's been so long since I stayed in a Macau hotel, and they still require a deposit? And it's 2025, yet the hotel doesn't accept electronic payments? My world just fell apart! I didn't bring my credit card, sobbing... In the end, I had no choice but to pay cash. Seriously, you really need to read the fine print when booking a room.
This stay included breakfast. We arrived at the restaurant around 8:30 AM. There's one area for the buffet and another for à la carte dim sum (self-funded). The food selection is decent, and it looks presentable, but the taste is on the blander side, haha. Overall, the value for money is pretty good.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and many of them speak Mandarin. The hotel environment is new and clean, with quite complete facilities and modern decor. However, I feel the cleanliness could be improved a bit. There are plenty of power outlets, and they offer a shuttle bus service and breakfast. Overall, it's a good stay.
HheiheiheiheiyThe location is excellent, quite close to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Yesterday, I was rushing to catch a flight and was a bit pressed for time. I asked the front desk staff for help with a taxi, and thanks to his assistance, we made it to the airport successfully. Thank you! Every staff member had a great attitude. The breakfast was also very good, especially the pork chop bun, which was delicious.

MMeimeimanmanWThe room was small but had everything we needed. We came back late and left early, and the restaurant on the first floor didn't disappoint – great sea view and delicious food. The price was fair, and we had two satisfying meals! The first time, we got lost and ended up with sore feet at night, but we'll definitely be back.
