Hotel 3-Star di Macau, China

Hotelnya bagus. Bilik ini bersih dan luas, serta mempunyai semua yang anda perlukan: selipar, berus gigi, ubat gigi, topi mandi, teh, kopi dan air. Terdapat juga beberapa bantal dengan ketegasan yang berbeza-beza. Lokasinya mudah: terdapat banyak kafe dan kedai berdekatan, berdekatan dengan tarikan dan perhentian bas. Sarapan pagi adalah ***a bufet. Anda boleh memesan item tambahan yang tidak tersedia di bufet, seperti telur hancur, tetapi anda memerlukan sama ada nombor telefon Amerika atau Asia. Kod kawasan Rusia tidak disenaraikan sebagai nombor yang sah. Kakitangannya ramah dan mesra, dan masalah diselesaikan dengan cepat.

Kali ini saya ke Macau untuk melihat konsert Yamashita Chihiro, menginap di hotel mereka, asalnya menginap di New Casino pada hari pertama, tetapi disebabkan bajet terhad, jadi menginap tetapi hotel di Semenanjung Macau ini, terasa sangat menyegarkan Ada bas terus ke Taipa, juga agak mudah! !

The first thing, this hotel has few branches and we went to the wrong branch. Its kinda hard to locate it so give attention to the road. The room is quite ok for sleep since we only return to rest. The restroom has a smell like a cigarettes even though none of us is smoking. The good thing about this hotel it has small gym and laundry room.

The hotel room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also a sofa where I could sit and relax, and the bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet. The front desk staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, I had an excellent experience and was truly impressed with my stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau.

4 Stars — Great Location and Excellent Staff We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Sintra. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made our visit feel welcoming from the start. The location is truly outstanding — we were able to walk to the Ruins of St. Paul’s, the historic Macau district, and even Fisherman’s Wharf, which is about a 30‑minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, and New Yaohan department store, with its convenient supermarket, is only a two‑minute walk from the hotel. The free shuttle buses to the Londoner, Parisian, and Venetian were also a great bonus. The only drawbacks were related to the building’s age. Our room’s sink was cracked, and some of the finishing felt dated. There are only two elevators serving 14 floors, so they can get busy during peak times. Also, there are no free shuttle buses to or from the airport or the TurboJet terminal, which would have made arrivals and departures more convenient. Overall, Hotel Sintra offers excellent value thanks to its unbeatable location and warm service. With a bit of updating, it could easily be a five‑star experience.

Convenient location, the room we got was higher floor and spacious. So it was quiet, close to the Fisherman’s wharf. We were told check out time was 12 - noon, at the time of check-in but, somehow we received a phone call at 11:45 am about check out time?? Later we saw the sign at the front desk to say check out time was 11 am…

I super love the hotel's amenities and their rooms. I think I fell in love. I will definitely come back in this brand of hotel. Luxurious yet affordable. Macao hotel are far better than HK. So next time I'll stay longer in macau than hk. The experience was superb! The hotel is located in supermarket, ruins and ******! They have free shuttle service. Very accessible. My only comment are the staff at the bistro during breakfast...they are too loud. Talking infront of the buffet without mask. Their voices are louder more than the hotel guest. Bussing out of plate should be on the side not infront of two people eating... it's rude. Also the utensil and plate in the kitchen seem flying you can hear the sounds and their voices. Its a hotel not some public market. They should act more of an hotelier than market seller.

The hotel has a perfect location close to the historic center, with all major attractions within walking distance. There is also a bus stop nearby, which makes it very convenient to reach other parts of the city. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and pleasant. A great option for exploring the city and very good value for the location. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Eventhough the hotel is great in all aspects, th guests come staying in that hotels are so terrifying, they don't even have the knowledge of being SILENCE, talking so loud, running and even shouting. So under educated and very low ethic . If you like to stay quiet and cozy ,please never choose that one. You will stay awake at night cause of loud noises. You will see the counter staff at night sleeping and treat you like you are stayed there for free by her money. No smile, even no reply sometime. Terrible experience ever.

Great location. Very conveniently located. Close to central Taipa and Outer harbor. The hotel staff is very friendly and the room is clean and quiet. The only downside is the room is not very soundproof. Sometimes can hear people upstairs walking
