Hotelnya bagus. Bilik ini bersih dan luas, serta mempunyai semua yang anda perlukan: selipar, berus gigi, ubat gigi, topi mandi, teh, kopi dan air. Terdapat juga beberapa bantal dengan ketegasan yang berbeza-beza. Lokasinya mudah: terdapat banyak kafe dan kedai berdekatan, berdekatan dengan tarikan dan perhentian bas.
Sarapan pagi adalah ***a bufet. Anda boleh memesan item tambahan yang tidak tersedia di bufet, seperti telur hancur, tetapi anda memerlukan sama ada nombor telefon Amerika atau Asia. Kod kawasan Rusia tidak disenaraikan sebagai nombor yang sah.

Nice spacious double room. Had to pay 500hkd dollars as a deposit. They did not take visa but there was a bank across the road to access ATM. To get the deposit back at the end of our 3day stay we needed to give them the receipt, luckily we had not thrown it out.

Saya baru-baru ini menginap di Marina Phantom Apartment Hotel di Macau dan mempunyai pengalaman yang luar biasa. Hotel ini terletak di kawasan yang meriah, menawarkan pemandangan marina yang menakjubkan. Bilik-bilik ***a apartmen adalah luas, moden dan bersih tanpa cela, memberikan keselesaan seperti rumah dengan semua kemudahan yang diperlukan. Kakitangan sangat ramah dan membantu, sentiasa bersedia untuk memberikan perkhidmatan yang sangat baik. Kemudahan hotel, termasuk pusat kecergasan dan kolam renang, adalah terkemuka dan diselenggara dengan baik. Kemudahan mempunyai dapur kecil yang serba lengkap di dalam bilik adalah bonus yang hebat. Saya sangat mengesyorkan Marina Phantom Apartment Hotel untuk penginapan yang mewah dan selesa di Macau.

Kali ini saya ke Macau untuk melihat konsert Yamashita Chihiro, menginap di hotel mereka, asalnya menginap di New Casino pada hari pertama, tetapi disebabkan bajet terhad, jadi menginap tetapi hotel di Semenanjung Macau ini, terasa sangat menyegarkan Ada bas terus ke Taipa, juga agak mudah! !

***Ia berdekatan dengan Lisboa dan perhentian bas ke terminal imigresen Macau juga berdekatan. Tarikan pelancong seperti Dataran Senado berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Terdapat juga banyak restoran Cina berdekatan. Terdapat juga kedai serbaneka dan kedai tart telur yang terkenal berdekatan. Kemudahan seperti syampu disediakan, dan tandas bersih. Air botol juga disediakan. Ia adalah penginapan yang bersih dan harga berpatutan, jadi saya gembira.

Excellent hotel with great location. Next to landmarks and shops with cafes. Room was very comfortable with nice bed. Definitely recommend it!

It’s my fourth time to stay here. I love the location. It’s very convenient to go anywhere. Senado Square is just 5 minutes. There is Starbuck nearby. Staffs are also kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful 1-night stay at City Viva Hotel Macau. The location is unbeatable—right in the city center and surrounded by great food establishments. A huge highlight was the complimentary breakfast buffet; it was delicious and really powered me up for the rest of the day! We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back if time permits!

PPina ColadadaThe hotel is conveniently located right next to a bus stop, and getting a taxi from the entrance is also a breeze. Downstairs, there's a restaurant called Yang Zhi Jin Lao (currently under renovation, but another branch offering takeout is just 500 meters away), as well as Tang Chao Sheng Shi and a tea restaurant. A pharmacy and bank are also nearby. It's a short trip to Rua do Cunha (Taipa Houses-Museum), just three bus stops away with frequent services.
The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; you can even get complimentary bottled water. The room was surprisingly spacious, even larger than a 4-star hotel I previously stayed at on the peninsula. A special shout-out to the strong, kind uncle at the front desk! On our check-out day, we were waiting for our ride with lots of luggage, and he proactively helped us hail a taxi and load our bags. It was a truly heartwarming gesture. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Macau!

GGuest UserI brought my child to Macau for a competition and only stayed one night. This room type has one large bed and a sofa bed, which was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. The room was clean and quite spacious. It's very close to the Border Gate and Qingmao Port, just a 13-minute walk away. Across the road downstairs is the Lai Lai Supermarket, and on the second floor of the hotel, there's a Chinese restaurant with reasonable prices, making it very convenient. Both the front desk and room service staff spoke Mandarin and were very friendly.

Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Housekeeping comes to clean every day.
Environment: Quiet and comfortable with floor heating, which kept it very warm.
Service: Very warm and welcoming. It's right across from Fisherman's Wharf, so it's perfect for watching the sunrise.

VVHIC DGI super love the hotel's amenities and their rooms. I think I fell in love. I will definitely come back in this brand of hotel. Luxurious yet affordable. Macao hotel are far better than HK. So next time I'll stay longer in macau than hk. The experience was superb! The hotel is located in supermarket, ruins and casino! They have free shuttle service. Very accessible.
My only comment are the staff at the bistro during breakfast...they are too loud. Talking infront of the buffet without mask. Their voices are louder more than the hotel guest. Bussing out of plate should be on the side not infront of two people eating... it's rude. Also the utensil and plate in the kitchen seem flying you can hear the sounds and their voices. Its a hotel not some public market. They should act more of an hotelier than market seller.

GGuest UserHotels in Macau are generally very clean. Initially, I was worried about the prices here and considered booking something near Gongbei Port. But then I saw that the difference in cost was quite small and totally acceptable, so we decided to stay in Macau. This is a great hotel, and it's not too far from the Ruins of St. Paul's. We walked there, stopping for a meal along the way, so it took a bit longer, but it's probably less than a 20-minute walk if you go straight there.

YYuezilingweiStayed at Hotel Kyoto Macau on March 25th, and it was a fantastic experience! The front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive, and they even upgraded my room for free, giving me a much more spacious and comfortable stay. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and well soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful rest. It offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau. Highly recommended!

LLuosichaierdejiuguiI've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Macau multiple times, and it used to be consistently excellent. I always felt it offered great value for money, primarily because I trust IHG's management, ensuring cleanliness, and the location is incredibly convenient. For someone without overly high demands, it's definitely a recommended choice.
However, this stay felt like the hotel has started cutting corners. Many amenities are no longer provided: no cotton swabs, no charging cables, and even the IHG Rewards welcome drink was gone. Plus, I felt a bit misled. It was my mistake for not reading the booking details carefully and selecting a 'random room' type. After a concert, I checked in quite late and asked for a twin room, only to be told none were available. They then offered me ”the best king room in the entire hotel”! What I got was just a room with an extra two-seater sofa 😅😅😅, and a bathroom where you had to step into the tub just to shower. 😂😂😂
I hope the hotel sees picture four and addresses the issues.

YYuen KrisThe toiletries provided were basic (shampoo and shower gel), and they also included a razor. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the floor wasn't dirty. The bedroom area had an old-fashioned carpet design, but I didn't notice any strange smells upon check-in. Since I checked in very late and left early the next morning, I can say that the soundproofing was decent for that short period; unless someone was talking very loudly in the hallway, I couldn't hear much. It's only a 5-minute walk to Rua da Cunha, and you can reach the light rail in about 10 minutes if you take a slightly longer route. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so transportation is definitely a highlight! As for the downsides... the room decor has a vintage feel... even the toilet is old-fashioned...

AAichiroudeThe front desk was very accommodating and allowed us to check in half an hour early. Our sea-view room had an amazing view with a very open vista. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff did a great job cleaning it every day. The soundproofing isn't the best; we could hear guests next door talking during the day, but thankfully, everyone was quiet at night. The location is also quite convenient; it's just a 7-8 minute walk across the sky bridge to Galaxy. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely stay here again if I come back to Macau.
