Hotel 3-Star di Xinjiang, China

This is a very good hotel with a convenient location near the subway station and the Grand Market. The hotel is reasonably priced, well-maintained, and provides excellent service. The rooms are clean and beautiful.

I had an amazing experience here. Upon arrival, I even received a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a wonderful surprise. The hotel is brand new, and everything feels fresh and well maintained. The owner is incredibly helpful and goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He’s always ready to answer questions or give advice. He also runs his own travel agency, and through him, I visited Tashkurgan — definitely a trip worth taking and a highlight of my journey. In short: an excellent stay with outstanding service. Highly recommended!

We requested for a non-smoking room. but the room opposite us smoke non stop with the door wide open till late night after 12am. We could also hear the few guys talking. The cigarette smoke flow to our room for the 3 days stay.

Best hotel for tourist who want to stay in city centre. The hotel is just refurnished and the room is spacious and way better than other hotel nearby. Lot of halal restaurants food nearby and near to local shopping mall as well.

the hotel is amazing very beautiful, clean and next to the train station. very easy access. breakfast is really tasty and with a big variety. the rooms are big, very clean and, comfortable. the staff is amazing and super helpful. they all do a great job. we really recommend it. thank you very much.

My friend and I (both from Ireland) stayed here for 4 days and had the best experience. The rooms were lovely and had everything we needed, and the location was perfect- right in the Old Town with lots of nice shops and cafes nearby and beautiful places to take photos. The best part was the staff- everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. It was really nice to meet lots of groups of travelers there from various countries, too. Would highly recommend!

The hotel is mostly fine. The only problem is that the air conditioning pretended to be working but was actually in repair, so I didn’t sleep well from the heat. If the reception had informed me of this repair, I would have at least opened the window to let in the cool breeze in local May (I didn’t for fear of street and airplane noise. The deco is rather old-fashioned for a hotel that opened in 2021, with no smart features and some clear signs of wear and tear. The price is not too bad but is still 50% more than a much nicer and “smarter” hotel I stayed near the Chengdu Tianfu Airport. Breakfast buffet has a small but good collection. The millet congee and the tofu sheet salad are not bad! I may or may not come back, but I do hope the staff will keep people more informed of issues.

這次入住體驗直接拉滿，太滿意啦！整體環境乾淨又舒服，氛圍感超棒，不管是短暫歇腳還是放鬆散心都特別合適。客房用品樣樣齊全，細節做得特別貼心。早餐好吃又豐盛，工作人員相處起來特別舒服。 民宿還有超雅緻的安靜茶室，沒事可以坐下來喝喝茶、發發呆，安安靜靜放空自己，慢悠悠享受愜意慢生活。整體體驗滿分，真心安利。

Комфортное размещение с хорошим местоположением возле метро. Номер уютный, здесь есть все необходимое. Оснащен функцией умного дома. С помощью кнопок можно управлять даже шторами. Горничная убиралась в номере каждый день, также приносила воду и пакетики чая. Особенно хочу отметить ресепшен, отвечают на любые вопросы, помогают с решением проблем. Через WeChat можно общаться с сотрудниками с переводом текста в реальном времени. Мы выбрали номер для некурящих, но, к сожалению, в нем все равно присутствовал запах дыма. Однако когда я связался с ресепшен, мне предложили сменить комнату. Если запах будет сильным, то воспользуюсь их предложением.

I went alone, they picked me up from the airport. The staff behavior was amazing ❤️ even though they couldn’t speak English but we talked on WeChat with auto translation so everything went smooth. Hotel is a few minutes drive from airport and from the ancient town so its in the middle.
