Hotel 3-Star di Banten, Indonesia

Pros: the hotel serves breakfast from 2:30 to 10:00 am and provides a free shuttle to the airport. Cons: The hotel looks so close to the airport but the way to drive from the airport to the hotel is not straightforward. As our flight was quite late, we were tired. We wanted to cancel the 2nd night booking because of the change of our business plan but the hotel disallowed. Surprisingly some customers were complaining at the front desk when we were checking in. It didn't sound good. The towels are very old and yellow. During breakfast, there is no coffee machine. If you want coffee from a coffee machine, you have to pay separately and that's what we did. Conclusion: there are a lot of choices in Jakarta, probably we won't go back to this one simply because of what we saw at the check in night.

Quick check in, good room size. I got good open view and near to a food court and convenient store just outside 2 minutes walking distance. Easy check out with great choice of breakfast buffet. Free airport shuttle service and on time.

It’s not easy to find, it’s in the check in « D » area, next to Bakmi GM and just follow the « barbershop ». The staffs are very nice and helpful. There is no lift, just wait for someone from the reception to help bring the suitcases until your room. I arrive at midnight, the hotel serves food 24h but there are also other restaurants in the check in area that open for 24h. I’m alone but I booked a double bed room for more space. There’s no window, I guess it’s not suitable for person with claustrophobia.

Sampai disini udah lewat tengah mlm, hotelnya model minimalis gt, bersih, fasilitas okelah, cuma kamarnya bener2 kecil bgt gak ada tempat buat solat🥹. Tp buat yg ngejar flight pagi pas lah disini. Harga jg affordable.

Overall hotelnya bagus, cuma ada yg kurang. Bantal sm selimutnya sdh kliatan kusam (yg tdnya putih, jd kecoklatan) trs sarapan, sarapannya untuk pilihannya standar hotel sekelasnya. Yg kurang baru ngerasain 1x nginep disuguhin sarapan lauknya telor balado dan nuget, dibanding hotel sekelasnya menurut sy, sangat kurang.

Saya kecewa pada saat diminta uang fee tambahan berkenan hari raya natal dan tahun baru, sedangkan saya sudah bayar lunas jauh jauh hari lewat aplikasi. Kalau mau cari uang sampingan jangan begitu caranya

The location is strategically connected to Teraskota so it's not too boring, the room is clean, I'm just a bit doubtful whether the bed sheet is changed for each new guest because it has a strange smell, the room also needs a freshener, the sound of outside vehicles really penetrates the room, the sound of the AC is also quite disturbing, the staff is friendly and helpful.

For short trips it’s good. The location is quite far compared to another airport hotel. The room is good. And the airport shuttle is only in certain hours
