The location is all right,  Customer service really really good, But the everything else is really bad. The shower, the door, the floor, the table everything just falling apart. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone..

Despite initially I have difficulty on checking-in because my message through the apps didn't quickly replied when I arrived at the apartment, but finally I manage to call the owner. So, I'm suggesting you who wants to book this place, to also actively approach the owner through the phone number mentioned in the apps for smooth process. The owner was so friendly and informative. We can ask anything to him. When we enter our room, fits as its description, where it suitable for 3 person with 2 rooms. The amenities also quite complete, such as: towels for each person, dental care, soap and shampoo including eating utensils. Also there's magic jar/magic com to cook rice or warm our food and electric kettle. But I will be grateful if you can provide the dish soap and rug in front of the bathroom as well. (Is it too much if I ask mineral water bottles as well?) Easy for check-out, just leave the key inside the unit and the owner will pick it up later. Aside from that, since this place has many restaurants and convenience stores across from the building, no need to worry for starving in the middle of the night. Thank you for the convenience and definitely will return to this place for another staycation with my friends.

The room type is pretty good, and the hygiene is acceptable. The only problem is that you need to get the key from the box downstairs. Overall, it is pretty good, and the price-performance ratio is okay. It is relatively convenient to eat, drink and shop, and there is a business district downstairs.

I enjoyed the size and quietness of the room. Regarding the free shuttle service, it would be helpful to specify that there are fixed schedules, and depending on your arrival time, you might have to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes! For the same price, I would rather recommend the Orchardz Hotel next door. They have shuttles upon arrival and breakfast included.

This place is really near to the airport. They offer airport pick up and drop off free of charge. Just have to reserve in advance. They even do a wake up call. The room is nice . The bed is really comfortable. Grabfood driver can find this place to send your food.

I am very disappointed with my stay at D'Prima Wellness Center Terminal 3 International. I booked two rooms through Trip.com because the photos clearly showed Queen-size beds, which were essential for my travel party. However, the actual rooms did not match the advertised images. When I raised the issue, the hotel only offered paid solutions: IDR 250,000 per room for extra towels and water, or IDR 400,000 per room for a room upgrade without breakfast. Even one of the staff acknowledged that the photos on Trip.com do not accurately represent the actual rooms. What surprised me most was that the Operations Manager stated the hotel does not even have a Guest Complaint Form. After 18 years working in the travel industry, this is the first time I have encountered a hotel without a basic complaint procedure. The misleading room information, poor complaint handling, and lack of standard customer service are unacceptable, especially for a hotel located at an international airport. I hope the management reviews this issue seriously, updates the online information accurately, and provides a proper explanation and fair resolution for affected guests.

I really enjoyed my stay here. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle, which was a great bonus. We booked two rooms and were able to get connecting rooms. My child's jacket was left behind, and they kindly sent it to my address via JNT. Thank you so much!

Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel’s biggest strengths are its cleanliness and strategic location. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well-kept, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff provided warm and professional service throughout my stay. While the facilities are relatively simple, they are well maintained and perfectly adequate. Considering the price and convenience, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

Hotel Osaka PIK2 is pretty solid location very close by to NICE which was the main reason why we booked it. Turns out it's also very close to PIK by the sea which was very pleasant to visit. There's also a lot of restaurants, shops, etc nearby and getting grab to and from here is quite easy. Only downside is that there is no fridge or microwave in the room but it was fully transparent in the description when we booked.

Here's an updated, short and natural version that includes the shuttle timing: --- Great location just minutes from the airport—the shuttle takes only about 5–10 minutes, and breakfast is served from 2 AM, which is super convenient for early departures. A couple of small improvements would help: neater sheets and adding a washbasin in the room. But overall, for the price, I would still recommend it.
