This is my 3rd repeat stay here. Pleasant experience, rooms are spacious and clean, considered one of the better hotels in this location, even has a gym. Located within 6 min walk to the River Ping. There are nearby shops and convenient stores, with 2 local markets nearby for fresh produce and local food.

The big room is spacious with a living room. It can accommodate 4 people, but the air-conditioner is in the bedroom only. Parking is in front of the room and is convenient.

Rocky start to a nice stay. Reservations were made through Expedia, confirmed and paid through credit card. Upon arrival there was confusion and no indication they expected our visit, resulting in a last minute scramble to set up a room and a longer than expected time to check in. Room cleanliness was average / below average with evidence in the bath area and balcony that the room had not been cleaned recently. The room was very nicely located facing the river with pleasant breezes to enjoy. Any drinks or ice had to be sourced from a local market about a block away. A very nice restaurant was located several blocks away (about 3/4 km) that was located on the river, had good seafood and featured a local band playing Thai pop, blues and soft rock. Overall, after crossing the check-in speed bumps, the stay was very pleasant.

A lot of great deals during these pandemic times and unfortunately Fig B. is below that if you compare it to the others. The room is not that cleaned. The toilet has mold growing on the shower pipes, the seals on the shower needs to be replaced. There is no coffee or kettle inside the room as compared to others of this price range.

ควรตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ในห้อง ให้สามารถใช้งานได้สะดวก เช่น สายข้อต่อฝักบัวอาบน้ำแตก ทำให้น้ำรั่วซึม , ท่อระบายน้ำทิ้งตัน , แผ่นกรองเครื่องปรับอากาศ สกปรก และตัน เต็มไปด้วยฝุ่นละออง

ที่พักราคา995บาท คาดหวังไว้ว่าจะดีกว่านี้แต่พอไปถึงห้องที่ได้ดูไม่สะอาด ทีวีเปิดไม่ได้ ที่นอนยับมาก ด้านหลังระเบียงมีกลิ่นขี้นก ห้องมีกลิ่นอับ ที่ไปได้ชั้น1ไม่ตรงรูปที่ลง โชคดีที่ทีวีไม่ติดเลยได้ห้องใหม่ที่สะอาดกว่าห้องแรกคะ แนะนำราคานี้ไปโรงแรมอื่นดีกว่าคะ
