We booked the room for 4 with 2 bunk beds and shared bathroom. Perfect location a short walk to the train station. So convenient as there are ample bathrooms and is very close to our room. Perfect as the 4 of us can shower together at the same time. We have 3 large suitcase and there are enough space for it. Bed is soooo comfortable.

Very satisfied with this place, close to the city and the airport. For travelers that arrive early you can pay for an early check-in. At the time of writing I paid 50 dollars and it was absolutely worth it.

We are traveling with family of five. The location is a bit far from downtown. Anyway, with the cost and free parking are beat the downtown hotels. There are a big mall and grocery nearby within 5 minutes walking which is very convenient. The orange train station is in walking distance about 10 minutes. Anyway, we always use Lyft service which is very convenient as well. The room is a bit old, but everything is functional. Overall is good for a quick trip to Boston.

Breakfast was pretty good. Nice that they had a pool and thehotel is connected to a bar called Social which is a cool place and just across the street from Boston's Best chicken wings Buff's Pub and a very great Pizza spot Max n Leo's dunkin donuts a liquor store also within a 2 minute walk... they seem to change ownership often but its a great location. I would say its a bit expensive for the 3.5 star level, but everything in Boston is expensive.

Stayed for 28 days in this HOTEL. Location is good rooms are spacious and and nothing beats to the WARM HELPFUL AND POLITE FRONTDEST a big shout out to the manager MAM SERENA for going out her way just to give me a hand to make my stay stress free as I have problems with my creditcard. The staffs are very approachable and very respectful… I would also like to thank sir MARIO and mam ALYSSA you guys did a great job… I have stayed with a few Marriott hotel as i travel very often but one thing that makes this hotel different from the others is that they give you 25 dollars voucher that you can use to buy foods and a complementary welcome drinks that’s very refreshing… I will surely recommend this hotel to some of my friends if ever they come to Boston… YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG if you checked in… I mean why would u settle for less when you can have the BEST And that’s the MOXY HOTEL BOSTON DOWNTOWN i surely will be back in this place…. Good location… good food… good value for money and above all the warm approach of the front desk and the willingness to help TOPS IT ALL…

Kudos to Sam, the desk manager. I arrived very late that evening and he found all the options available for a late dinner, when all the restaurants are usually closed. He has been a tremendous support: his attention to me definitely reinforced the image I could have of the hotel and the Best Western brand. By the way the swimming pool and the pancake machine are pretty cool.

2 ladies in the reception are very warm and friendly. The room is clean with a beautiful view. The whole time there was very pleasant.

They have made-to- order omelets with many ingredient choices. Good bed, big TV, friendly staff. They also have an evening reception most nights. We like to walk also to the Italian deli market three blocks away. They do have a luggage storage room if you have to take a flight out later in the day.

Good and comfortable hotel. Spacious, clean and equipped with microwave and even plate washing machine.

The hotel itself it’s really nice, very clean and modern, I had a lovely large room, which was very comfortable and bright. I love the decor and the fact it’s only a few years old. Definitely no complaints on the accommodation and the hotel itself. The main issue I had is the fact there is NO food or beverage available at all. No breakfast, no dinner and nowhere to get a drink despite a beautiful bar area. I’ve never stayed in a hotel anywhere with no food or beverage offering… When travelling on business it’s important to be able to get a quick refuel before or after work. And, the area itself doesn’t have access to good access to food (there’s a Starbucks and a dunkin donuts on the block!) Lastly and perhaps a small thing, I arrived late and left early and on both occasions the guy on the front desk really needed to recognise he works in hospitality! I know it’s the graveyard shift but a warm welcome to hotel should be basics. All in all a comfy stay in a nice hotel but for the price (which is high) I’d like something to eat and a smile! 😃 🍔🏨

This location was excellent for experiencing many of the historic sites in Boston. A short walk to Boston Common, and many great dining options within walking distance. Overnight parking is a bit steep ($60/night). The valet and front desk staff were all pleasant to speak to, respectful and kind. The room itself has one of the heaviest doors I've ever had to use in a hotel. Really takes some muscle! Despite this, the door didn't block the hallway sound, especially since we were right across from the ice maker. The room was small but not unreasonable. The bed was comfortable, and there was a refrigerator, but it was awkwardly placed on the floor next to the desk. It stuck out from the space so was odd. There was no microwave, but a shared microwave near the ice maker. There was a desk and chair, as well as a couple of drawers. The closet was small, but had an ironing board and iron, as well as a luggage holder. The bathroom was small, and had a sliding door, which we did not like at all. All sound was heard, which is not pleasant. There also was no exhaust fan. The slider into the shower was very narrow to enter. The water pressure was good, but it was very easy to get water everywhere in this bathroom. There was a good amount of counter space for us to set our things, as well as an outlet for hair products. The TV was large and worked well for us. There is no included breakfast, but there is breakfast offered onsite for a fee. We had the Saturday breakfast buffet for $26/person. We had custom made omelets, as well as waffles and bagels. Lots of options, with serving staff to bring beverages and anything else you may need. A little steep in the cost, but a good breakfast. This was our first visit to Boston, and will probably be the last one we take driving on our own, so having the option to park and walk to places was welcome.

At midnight we were forced to leave our hotel 20 min away due to a situation beyond our control. The front desk at our original hotel called the Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center and used his personal credit card to confirm two rooms for us at $455 EACH. On our drive to the Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center I received two separate text messages to links confirming our two rooms. We arrived at this hotel at 1:00 a.m. The front desk clerk said they had no vacancies. I showed him the text messages I received and opened the links with the room confirmations. He said he had no record of these reservations. I told him the clerk at our original hotel spoke to him on phone less than 30 min ago and I was there, I heard the conversation. He denied having spoken to anyone. I called the clerk at the original hotel, he again confirmed he’d spoken to this person and given him a credit card to hold two rooms. The clerk at Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center just kept repeating “we’re full, we’ve been full for 3 days.” I told him we are Hilton Honors members and asked for his assistance in finding another hotel nearby. He said there weren’t any. Every hotel in Boston is booked due to several conferences. It was now 2:00 a.m., we were exhausted and left without anywhere to go and this person could not care less. This hotel is located in a scetchy neighborhood. Several police cars parked outside. We left, walked into the parking garage in this very unsafe area of Boston at 2:00 am and drove around for 50 min looking for another hotel. This next day I received an email from the reservation center stating our reservations for the two rooms were cancelled per the front desk clerk. Thanks for nothing Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center.

Spacious room and friendly services, bathroom shower gel, shampoo and conditioner good quality. Breakfast is fine but not many varieties.

Stayed here for two nights, 6th to 8th August. Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good location, clean. Rooms are spaces. For the Covid situation pool is close, which make my kids sad. But that's understandable. For the same reason they modify their free Breakfast to, To-Go bag which carry pretty good Breakfast items. Reasonable priced. Overall a good experience.

Very helpful staff, there's also a shuttle that gets you to the nearby train and bus stations, that was very helpful! Housekeeping comes only on the fourth day which they said now it's the protocol for all the hotels, the breakfast is decent though I preferred having more options, especially in cheese 😅 everything else was very nice, it's clean and the room was spacious, everyone was willing to help, I highly recommend it :)

I have extended family in the area and this is the preferred hotel in the area. There are several options (some even in the Marriott family) but for the price you are getting the best bang for the buck. The rooms are very spacious, I would argue more spacious than other options. Walkable a few restaurants but if you are staying in this town you are going to be doing some driving (most likely into Boston) which is very accessible.

Good hotel. Clean, great rooms and plenty of amenities. Have stayed several times and always a great stay.
