京都らしい和室の部屋に泊まりたかったので素晴らしい時間が過ごせました。土間の台所があることに感動しました。 趣のある古民家で快適でした。 2階の商店街に面した側の和室の個室を利用しました。卓袱台や衣紋掛けなどの和の家具が素敵でかつ便利でした。 他の部屋の方の会話の声は聞こえてしまいますが、当日みなさんマナーが良くて0時を過ぎたら静かになったので問題無く眠れました。 東山駅からすぐの立地でアクセスが大変便利です。ロームシアターで開催されたコンサートのために宿泊しましたが移動が洛で助かりました。 朝粥が無料で提供されるのでいただきました。お米が美味しいのだと思いますが何も入れなくても非常に美味しかったです。次回泊まる機会があればちりめんじゃことか昆布を持参しようと思います！ チェックアウト後も荷物を預けられて大変助かりました。 シャワールームは1室だけなので私は近くの銭湯を利用しました。飲み物はコーヒー、紅茶、緑茶が無料です。ポットでお湯を沸かして作れます。タオル・浴衣・歯ブラシは有料なので泊まられる方は購入するか持参が必要です。 近くに美味しいご飯屋が多く、食堂はやしや、マルシン飯店、京都祇園ボロニヤ珈琲店など色々満喫しました。また機会あれば利用したいです。

If you want to make international friends and are into the backpacker vibe, this is the place for you. Very clean. Polite staff. Able to store luggage before check in. Location is right in the middle of the tourist district. Sometimes the elevator was very slow to pick you up if a busy time. My capsule room had a rip in the screen which let light in. Of course, the nature of this hotel is you are close to your neighbors. While they tried to be quiet, you could hear everything. Request away from the entrance and hallways for most soundproof area. View from common area very picturesque.

This was honestly one of the best hostels I have been to. Everyone was super helpful and sweet, the bed was comfy and peaceful. Amenities were provided and the location was pretty good (close to the bus stops). Would definitely recommend!

My son and I spent a week in Japan from America and wanted to experience a night in a capsule hotel and this one did not disappoint. Clean, friendly and all the amenities you need. If you stay on the men's floor, just be sure to bring rear plugs because there is no protection from others that snore, but that's not the hotels fault.

Located perfectly near Kyoto-Kawaramachi, this hostel can offer top service in every aspect: staff is very welcome and friendly, everyone speak great English and everything is clean. They have male and women only floors and also one that is a mix for everybody. Each guest is offered a locker that can fit a 203cm luggage and can keep your extra bags. Capsule itself is extremely spacious, as a 182cm male I could sit up properly in my space and still have room above me. Ventilation is okay and power sockets as well as good lightning are included. Toilets and showers are very well cleaned and maintained. Each day you are given a new set of towels and slippers, which is very nice. Guests here were well mannered and friendly. Overall I can say with confidence that this is a very good place to stay in Kyoto, totally recommend! P.S.: Gion is located nearby so that is also a plus. Note that this is not ”party” hostel

Cute place to stay in a spacious mixed dorm. The dorm was well designed with lockers and lots of small shelves next to the bed plus a sink in the room. Bed was a little hard but not terrible. Found the self check-in process very convenient and clearly explained, you have to pay city tax and any extra charges separately before check-out, which you can do online with a qr code or cash if you have the exact amount. Nice to experience a more traditional building in Kyoto. The free rice porridge and teas and coffee was a great bonus. Plenty of convenience shops nearby and right near Kyoto Station. Overall a really relaxing and cosy place to stay!

Отличный отель. Расположен в очень удачном месте. Все очень чисто и аккуратно. Комната была не большая, но мы все равно в ней только ночевали. На ресепшене был русскоговорящий сотрудник, очень нам помог порекомендовав куда сходить, в том числе рассказал про ближайшие сэнто. Категорически рекомендую сходить в Goko-yu. Завтраки крайне простые, но лучше чем ничего.

Уютный рекан в центре Киото, в тихом районе со старинными улицами и храмами. Достаточно большая комната - просторная со столиком, зеркалом, диваном и отличными удобными футонами. Мы так хорошо выспались , комната быстро прогревается кондиционером. Из удобств есть туалет на одном этаже с комнатой - туалет на 2 комнаты. Комнаты находятся на втором этаже , а на первом ванная комната с ванной и кухня , где можно не только подогреть еду, а даже приготовить , так как есть все необходимое - плита , столовые приборы, посуда, большой холодильник. Достаточно крутая лестница на второй этаж , но нам это не помешало , так как у нас были только рюкзаки

There was no food. Although there was a microwave in the lobby there was nowhere indicating where to wash the dishes. Rooms were tidied nicely everyday but there were stains on the room mats and no one put pillowcases on our extra pillows. The lobby folk were friendly but not forthcoming with any information for example was the water drinkable. Pro was proximity to Kyōto station walking kimonos and clean towels and bedding.
