This hotel was the highlight of our trip! The location was perfect, so close from amazing restaurants and sights. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff, especially at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local tips. Breakfast had a fantastic selection, fresh and tasty. Hotel was very private away from the main san Marco attractions, but very easy to get the via the hilton hotel shuttle boat.
Everything was so well thought out and highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

L’hôtel est situé dans une petite ville paisible, à environ 25 minutes en voiture de Venise. L’accueil était chaleureux, et nous avons apprécié la tranquillité de l’endroit.
L’établissement dispose d’un grand parking gratuit, ce qui est très pratique. La chambre était propre et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était correct.
Un atout majeur de l’hôtel est son jardin et sa grande piscine, qui doivent être particulièrement agréables en été. Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de tester le restaurant le soir, mais il semble très apprécié, car de nombreux clients y dînaient.

Само здание отеля, собор и площадь Святой Анастасии к которым он примыкает 14 века, настолько красивы, что даже мысли становятся более возвышенными. Если Вы любите историю, то Вам сюда. Для тех кто любит комфорт будут предоставлены просторные номера, с ванными комнатами отделанными мрамором, золочеными кранами, пушистыми халатами и полотенцами, постельное белье из египетского хлопка, отличные матрасы. В номере полная тишина. Прекрасные завтраки с качественными продуктами и напитками, включая просекко. Отличное обслуживание, приветливый персонал. Заказывали ланч в отеле. Лосось подали с каким-то бесподобным соусом. Кухне отеля отдельный респект. У нас остались самые хорошие воспоминания

Siamo stati 3 giorni, peccato solo 3!! Siamo stati benissimo!! Pensione completa ottima e ringraziamo Marco per il servizio al ristorante e per essere stato cosi premuroso e attento alle “esigenze” della nostra bambina Sara. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Ранее в этом замечательном отеле мы бывали неоднократно. Практически невозможно, но на наш взгляд отель стал еще лучше. Сервис качественный и незаметный, еда очень вкусная, бассейны несколько изменили - отделали мрамором и немного понизили температуру в основном бассейне, что положительно сказалось на возможности в меру продолжительных заплывов. На рецепции русскоговорящие девушки, Александра и Татьяна всегда помогут с решением любых вопросов. Главное, конечно, абсолютно спокойная, умиротворяющая атмосфера отеля, спокойствие и дружелюбие в роскошных интерьерах и номерах. Но есть и нюансы, например, достаточно высокая лояльность (возможно, излишняя) отеля к курению. Также, несмотря на декларирование политики ”только для взрослых” дети в этот раз все-таки были. впрочем, никого не беспокоили. Наш вердикт очевидный - если Абано-Терме, то отель Гранд Абано.

火車站坐出租車（船）衹要5分鐘就抵達酒店碼頭，而公共碼頭也就在酒店門口，非常方便。這次的房間分到了頂樓帶露台的，據說是唯一一個，簡直是無與倫比的風景和享受，以前也來過威尼斯，但從沒想到可以這樣欣賞這個美麗城市的天際線。真希望下次來還能住到這個房間。酒店早餐廳也把我震驚到了，走上宏偉的樓梯穿過華麗的大廳，立刻讓人聯想到幾百年前那些整天在這裏宴請賓客的侯爵和夫人小姐們。相比環境早餐本身有些遜色，不過無所謂了，好吃的東西哪裡都有，這種環境可是不可多得。晚餐也全部在酒店享用，價格不貴，且味道比外麪的飯店好的多，我想在威尼斯找到一個尚可的餐廳可不是容易事，與其浪費時間還是推薦酒店用餐。

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on a separate island, and you can take the hotel's water shuttle to and from San Marco as many times as you like during your stay for only 15 euros per person. The island where the hotel is located is much quieter than the main island, and the price is very reasonable, with larger room types. There's also direct public transport from the train station, which you can catch in front of KFC. Regarding the hotel environment, it's generally good, but the facilities are a bit old. However, the room size, at 27-28 square meters, is quite spacious for European travel. Overall, it's pretty decent.

MMiss Arielly RibeiroThe hotel is beautiful and well-decorated, with an elegant blend of classic and modern styles. However, its location is a bit far from the main attractions. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the staff, who were extremely polite and attentive.
Unfortunately, the Valentine’s Day dinner was a major disappointment. Despite having great potential to be a special night, it lacked planning and romance. There was no themed decoration, and the music selection was completely off, with Latin music playing instead of a romantic Italian soundtrack. The only saving grace of the evening was the menu—the food was simply delicious, and I am immensely grateful to the chef for that. Without his exceptional cuisine, the night would have been completely ruined.
Another frustrating detail was the absence of live music, despite the presence of a piano in the hotel. Throughout the entire weekend, there was no performance, which was a shame, as small details like this could have made a big difference in the atmosphere. Overall, the hotel has its qualities, but the service feels more like a 4-star standard rather than a true 5-star experience.

I drove here and asked the hotel to arrange parking service, pick up and drop off from the parking lot to the hotel. The trip was good, but the price was expensive. When I left, the hotel did not explain clearly that the parking fee was not included in the 220 euro price! The ”taxi boat” was also borne by the guests. I was a little disappointed when I left. I paid a high price, but I felt that the hotel took advantage of it... Of course, everything in Venice is expensive, but I think the hotel can provide better service! Overall, there is room for improvement! Next time I go to Venice, I will change to another hotel!

DDavid_GreWe spent 2 nights in this hotel. When you arrive you are getting such a warmly welcome. The room was really nice - especially that Venice oriental style. Just the bath, as some already mentioned, does not fit to the room. It is clean and is equipped with everything what you need/expect. Just different from the style. And one more little highlight are the big air con devices in front of the window which a super loud. The rest was really perfect. Breakfast buffet included everything what you need. Just only the powder coffee you can get for the price - rest you need to order separately which is different to other 5 stars Hotel where I have been before. At least one „good“ coffee should be included in the high price.
Overall really a nice stay with a SUPER friendly helpful staff. And the location is really perfect as you are close to the top sightseeing locations.

DDaydreamer1The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes' walk from surrounding attractions and about 28 minutes' walk from the lonely San Lucia train station. However, it is not recommended for travelers with suitcases to walk, although the original picture has a good view. You can go out from the train station and take the bus line 5.2. I may not have bought the ticket properly, but it cost 9 euros to get from the hotel to the train station. The hotel is not very close or far from the shopping street. However, the walking navigation signal is easy to drift. After walking into many narrow alleys, you have to find a way out.
The hotel room is small and the bathroom is large. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes. When I contacted the front desk, they said that the toothbrush was gone, which was very frustrating.
The hotel is near the seaside. You can go there for a walk and have a cup of coffee in the morning. It's not bad either.
The hotel recommended two restaurants: OGINA and which one is 50 meters straight on the right side of the hotel. OGINA Forget it, it's not that good. The other seafood restaurant was okay and the service was good. I ate there all day, but I had diarrhea the next morning. Maybe it was because I was lactose intolerant myself and ate a lot of cheese.
The breakfast in the hotel is very basic. It costs 25 euros and 5 euros plus tax. I am not happy with the 29 euros.
Overall, I spent 2,000 a night and enjoyed 3 stars in a first-tier domestic city.
One advantage of the hotel is that the hassle of taxis is free. z z z

Housed in a 13th-century Byzantine-style building, the hotel space overlooks the canal and the Rialto Bridge in an artistic and avant-garde manner. Each of the hotel's more than 20 rooms is inspired by a different artist or movement, and the foyer by the canal pays tribute to Carlo Scarpa. The founder hopes that the Venice Venice Hotel will be as far away from the typical ”art hotel” as possible.

GGuest UserThe Astor Junior Suite I booked for over 10,000 yuan a night turned out to be like this. It was next to the elevator, the window faced the roof, and the door faced the air conditioner and utility room in the corridor. It did not meet the suite standard at all. It was probably the worst room in the hotel. I asked the hotel front desk to change the room. On the first day, they said there were no rooms to change. I checked online and there were still many rooms. They said they would change it the next day. On the second day, they said they would have to pay 2,000 euros more. It didn't cost 2,000 euros to book a new room. It was a very bad experience.

LLihanghangThe service is very good. The front desk will take you to introduce the functions of each space and room. The whole process is professional and enthusiastic. The breakfast is also good. The omelette is delicious and the wine is good. Although we arrived at 10:55 because we were running, there was no sense of rushing. In short, except that the location is not so central (800 meters from the train station), it takes more than 20 minutes to walk to St. Mark's Square, and everything else is good.

GGuest UserOverall, the hotel was superb. The staff were professional and incredibly attentive. The location is ideal, offering a peaceful retreat despite being centrally located. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and a water taxi stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel. I'll definitely be back here on my next visit to Venice!
