Hotel 4-Star di Saitama Prefecture, Japan

The room was spacious overall with excellent natural light, making for a very comfortable stay. The bedding was soft and clean, ensuring a restful sleep. The staff were friendly and responsive. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely recommended!

It is a beautiful hotel located near the train station and a shopping mall, making it convenient to find food and supplies. On the first night, the air conditioner in my room had a musty odor, so I asked to change rooms; the staff provided excellent service and quickly arranged a new one. However, the carpet in the room had significant stains—it would be great if the hotel could clean them—but it was still tolerable, and since I had a lot of luggage, I decided not to move rooms again. On the third night, we returned to our room and found it hadn't been cleaned. We immediately notified the hotel staff; they promptly removed the trash and did their best to assist us. We had previously requested that the room be cleaned daily after 11:00 AM.

We knew the hotel was near the train station but didn't know how close it was! The building it was in and around it had many food options with a really delicious bakery on the 2nd floor. Not far from the Cocoon City Mall and the Saitama Super Arena, it has easy access to travel within and outside of the Saitama area. We were lucky enough to catch the Art Aquarium Exhibit at the arena which was a delightful treat. The hotel staff were courteous and attentive and the rooms were comfortable with all the necessities for our group. Would definitely recommend and return whenever we want to visit Saitama or Tokyo again!

I had a wonderful stay at Yuno Yado Wadoh with a friend, the scenery out there is absolutely beautiful, the staff were so helpful and attentive, the food was so delicious! The staff were all so kind and went above and beyond to help with any issues we had. The public onsen and private open air bath was heavenly. There were also some very fun hiking trails within walking distance from the Ryokan. I would highly recommend this Ryokan as a fun get away from the city to really get to see and experience the countryside of Japan while not having to travel so far.

Prince hotel is a well branded hotel chain in Japan with history. So everything is up to the good standard and quality of its brand. The room size is spacious as compared with the main city area in Japan. The breakfast is very good with fresh and quality food provided, and even with instantly cooked eggs station. The price is very value for money.

This hotel was a fantastic find! The large public bath on the second floor was super convenient, making it unnecessary to shower in the room and keeping the room dry. A 14.8 sqm room was perfectly adequate for one person. All rooms face south, so the futons get sun exposure daily, and you can open the windows for ventilation, which is a big plus. The mini-fridge has an on/off switch, so you can turn it off to reduce noise and energy consumption if you don't need it. The room was brand new and odor-free. If you don't leave your room before 10 AM, they won't clean it that day, but you can leave your trash bin outside your door for staff to empty. No water is provided in the room, but there's a Lawson and 7-Eleven within 10 meters downstairs. On the first floor, you can self-service toiletries, tea bags, and ice cream bars. Electric bicycles are available for rent at the entrance. Getting to Tokyo and Shinjuku is easy, but make sure to take the rapid or limited express trains on the subway, as the local trains that stop at every station can be a bit of a drag. For 390, the room rate includes breakfast and two hot spring baths a day. It's less than a 10-minute walk from Omiya Station. The east exit has Takashimaya, while the west exit has Sogo and 0101 (with a large Montbell on the first floor where you can get tax refunds). There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Windsor Racket is about 10 meters to the left in front of the hotel, though they don't have many new arrivals. Inside the station, you'll find Lumine and Lumine 2, which includes Beams. Isomaru Suisan is just 50 meters outside the west exit of the station. Omiya is also a Shinkansen station, making it very convenient to go north to Karuizawa. It only took about an hour from the hotel to the Karuizawa Outlet. The station itself is huge and often sells delicious and reasonably priced local strawberries, tomatoes, and apples. There's also a branch of the famous Sembikiya strawberry cream sandwich shop inside the station. The hotel's breakfast was incredibly rich and satisfying, mainly Japanese-style with plenty of soups and dishes. The value for money is exceptional. They also offer unlimited free takeaway coffee every day. I feel like this is the most cost-effective hotel I've stayed at in Japan. Staying for a full week costs about the same as one night in the city. It's an absolute steal!

Nice hotel situated fairly close to Omiya station. You can actually enter the Hotel from 2F using the elevated pedestrian walkway all the way from the train station, which is very convenient since it avoids having to carry your suitcase up and down stairs, and don't need to wait for traffic lights to cross the streets below. My room was a bit larger than a typical business hotel, and it came with a large desk which was nice.

foreigners beware.  the bald headed guy with glasses at the reception is a terrible host. he declined to offer to show us to our rooms and help us with our luggage.  he also did not help with the luggage when we asked for help with our luggage out when we checked out. when we checked out he was also not friendly to help with taqbin. luckily familymart was kind enough to help us with our taqbin luggage

After visiting Sendai, we stopped in Omiya on our way to Echigo-Yuzawa. This hotel is located on the west exit of Omiya Station. It's incredibly clean and conveniently located. The room was spacious enough for two adults and one child. The night view was fantastic, offering a great city skyline. We appreciated the self-service check-in and check-out, and the free luggage storage using a key card. The surrounding area was also great for exploring.

It was GW, but I was able to spend a leisurely time in the room meal at all 10 rooms. From the massage machine to the free beer in the refrigerator, the drink bar, the ice candy, and the cleaning oil in the room, I felt the hospitality here and there. Unfortunately, the phone for the reservation for the transfer to and from was not connected many times. I walked because it was not a distance that I couldn't walk from the station in the middle of Yozan Park, but it was a light mountain climb with a good road! (As a result, it is a good memory) There are no shops or convenience stores nearby, but I was happy because I was able to drink milk that I wanted to drink for breakfast at the drink bar. On the way back, I was happy to have a taxi called and even a souvenir was prepared. Recommended for an inn when you want to relax. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious with many items.
