The room was a bit basic, that's sort of regular Scandinavian hotel standard. But we had everything we needed for a short stay. Location was impossible to beat. It was a few minutes away from every place we wanted to visit. No free parking, but that was the rule for all hotels in the area. There was however a huge parking lot right across the street. Breakfast was good. Not the fanciest, but a good selection, good quality, and even sugar-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, and dairy-free options. The only bad thing was the coffee. It tasted burnt. There was nice mild background music and cute and funny details in the decor. Overall a good experience.

Great customer service and the staff are so nice The place is clean and the location is amazing Rooms are small but it was fine to me because I was alone .. the receptionist told me about different kind of rooms that still the same since old centuries . Next time I won’t hesitate staying at the same hotel but I will make aure to book one of those special rooms

Das Hotel ist sehr gut und zentral gelegen, man ist sofort in der Innenstadt und kann Shoppen und Essen gehen. Trotz direkter Lage an der Straße bekommt man nichts davon mit. Es wird ein sehr leckeres Frühstück angeboten. Außerdem haben wir bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr nettes Personal kennengelernt. Unser großes Zimmer hatte ausreichend Platz und alles was man für ein paar Tage in Malmö braucht. DasPreis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist 1A.

The hotel is in the center of the city, everything is very close, you can easily walk to each and every destination worth visiting when first time in the city. Very close to Central Station and airport bus, so its easy to go everywhere you desire. Very good hotel service, quick check-in as well as check-out, excellent breakfast, all day coffee and tea, good room and I lovely sauna! Taking all into account excellent deal!

Geweldige ligging, in de haven, vlak bij de ferry. Personeel uiterst correct, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We komen zeker terug

マルメは2度目になります。今回4泊しました。駅前のいくつかあるなかのホテルで何度も悩み、当初決めていたホテルをやめてこちらにして大正解でした。ホテルはきれいで、古き良きホテルの歴史を感じさせながらも、水回りなどはとてもきれいで、水捌けもよく。洗濯物を乾かすものも備え付けられていました。また駅から5分の立地で、街の中心のため大変観光にも便利でした。朝食は品数豊富、会場も素敵で、日中はパブ？として利用されているようで飾り付けも素晴らしい！隣との座席幅もかなりとられていて、狭苦しくない！騒音のレビューがありましたが、私たちの部屋は防音の扉でしたし気になりませんでした。また清掃も本当に丁寧でした。スタッフもみなさん、親切でした。 またマルメに来る機会があるなら間違いなくこちらのホテルはにします！ヨーロッパ旅行は長くしていますが、今までのの中で、間違いなく3位以内に入ります！おすすめです！

酒店房間特別大，而且離我中央車站及教堂廣場都很近。周末早上右手邊小廣場有個跳蚤市場，挺有意思的。 唯一一點不愉快的就是酒店把我的押金又給扣了，操作錯誤，但是攜程已經解決退給我。

I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a recent business trip and thought I would try and give a balanced review of my experiences. I decided to stay here base on the large number of good reviews both on Google and ***********. However I immediately realized that the place wasn't really in line with my expectations and regretted my decision to stay here, rather than in some of the other boutique hotels I was also looking at. To start with it's not really a hotel at all, despite the name. It's somewhere between serviced apartments and an American style motel, depending on what kind of room you have. I stayed in one of the ”loft” rooms which ironically was on the ground floor, with my door opening straight onto the street and pavement. Not ideal for security or peace and quiet. The space itself was very large but most of the unit was empty and very spartan. It reminded me of when I had moved house in the past and my furniture and belongings hadn't yet arrived. So if you like minimalism and Zen living this place could be perfect for you. For me it felt just rather sad and empty and not somewhere I wanted to spend any time, at least not without some beer. On the plus side the bed was soft and comfortable but the pillows were a a bit of a joke. Think four fat cushions full of lumpy teddy bear stuffing. I ended up making a more modest sized pillow out of the spare duvet. I remember seeing on the booking details that the place had a coffee machine. Great I thought. So yes, whilst I can confirm that my room did in fact have a coffee machine, it had no coffee to go with it. Which of course means that you need to go shopping and finding a shop that's open late or early is kind of hard in this neighbourhood. I also could not find a hair dryer. The room also didn't get any daily cleaning such as the bathroom or refreshing towels. Apparently if you stay long enough, you get a weekly clean. The unit was also really hot and despite leaving the air conditioning on full blast for many hours I only succeed in getting the temperature down from 30 degrees to 27. And as none of the windows opened my only option was to open the front door right onto the street allowing everybody to see in. Apparently this is a known problem and they are trying to fix it. But even if it had worked, leaving it on at night would not have been a good idea as they are industrial AC units and very noisy. Reception did try and find me a fan but alas, there were none. The loft rooms also have the bed upstairs and the bathroom and toilet downstairs so if during the night you need to get up to answer the call of nature you have a very steep set of stairs to navigate. Whoever was in charge of soft furnishings either cut corners or had a tiny budget because the blinds did not cover the full width of the windows meaning that basically the room was full of light even with the blinds shut. Not great at 4am in summer. There were also no cushions or anything comfortable for the sofa eit

Modern design hotel with great outlook. Close to Malmo Station, about 15 minutes walking distance. Also close to the shopping centre. Spacious and tidy bedroom with professional room services. All staff is helpful and provided good recommendations on nearby restaurants and landmarks for tourists. Buffet breakfast is delicious with much varieties of food. Higly recommended to all travellers.

訂的家庭房，酒店提前給孩子安排了沙發床.還寫了小卡片，送了飲料和糖果.但是在歐洲住酒店，明顯感覺到國人名字預訂和外國人預訂會受到不同的對待.酒店早餐不錯，對着大海的房間風景也不錯.就在市中心，逛街遛娃都不錯的選擇

這是什麼寶藏酒店啊！衹在赫爾辛堡待一晚，所以不知道是不是這邊的酒店都這麼可愛。 首先是裝修裝飾風格，隨處都是花花花…酒店裡的老古董電梯好好玩，一定要試一下。前台的小姐姐超級無敵漂亮和可愛，給入住帶來絕佳的賓至如歸感啊。早餐廳是我的最愛，小小的，感覺像在家裡，但是品種多多且有條不紊。酒店旁邊就是城市一個景點，在山上都能收到酒店Wi-Fi

We chose to stay here because of the good reviews and we were not disappointed. Booked our room via Agoda however via Agoda, one can't really specify which room you will get, so when we got to the hotel to check in, the front desk said we were initially allocated a basement room but they upgraded us to a bigger room on the ground floor. We were happy to hear of the upgrade and we rolled our bags to the room on the same level as the front desk however when we opened the door to the room, we realized it was a room on street level with huge windows (think shopfront windows) where people walking on the street could look in through. We rolled our bags back to the front desk and asked for another room because we felt if we had to stay in this room, we would have to have the curtains drawn the whole time, which totally defeats the purpose of having big windows in the room. Luckily for us, the front staff obliged and they gave us a room on the 2nd floor. The room we got was really nice, lovely decor and it was pretty big. We had a nice view out the window of the rooftops of the town and of the old red building across from the hotel. We were pleased. We stayed at this hotel for the next 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Helsingborg. Breakfast spread was really good. We enjoyed the selection.

Restaurant and food it was wonderful,personal friendly and attentive,there was only one problem for parking you should pay a lot of money I paid 260 sek for 19 hours.

A very nice Helsingborg stay in the heart of the city. I got a very nice welcoming and also perfect upgrade to De Luxe room by Madeleine. The hotel is cozy and nice in its old and still great style and design. Dinner at K&T was very nice 👍 and the breakfast was actually the best surprise with fresh squeezed orange juice (i simply love that and rate hotel 5* just on that small detail). Only one problem during the stay, the sound isolation is very bad (especially the windows) and they should be fixed ASAP. We had a discotheque on the opposite of our room which made sleep quality very poor …

房間漂亮整潔，乾淨無異味。離火車站300米，靠近海邊，酒店旁邊就是公園，對麪有泰餐館。 因為9月底是旅遊淡季，酒店價格很實惠，還包早晚飯，飯菜質量也不錯。

الفندق نظيف جدا والتعامل جدا رائع وكان السعر مناسب والفطور كان جيد جدا ينقصه فقط تطوير الفطور الذي يحتاج الى تنويع اكثر. اكيد كلما كانت لي زياره الى لوند او مالمو سوف احجز هنا لانه مريح فعلا. مواقف السيارات متوفره في الفندق. عندي ملاحظه اذا الفندق يوفر مثلا باص صغير للسنتروم او الى مالمو مرتين باليوم سوف يكسب زبائن اكثر لانه يقع على بعد قليلا من السنتر وهناك عوائل تسافر الى لوند فقط في القطار لهذا تختار فندق قريب من السنتروم لكن لو توفر باص خاص للفندق باوقات ستاتي عوائل اكثر.

Trip.com is echt een handige app, je krijgt meldingen ivm je boekingen. Er is informatie en tips te lezen vd plaats waar je heen gaat. Kortingen, punten scoren... Het gaat allemaal ook zo makkelijk. Mijn verblijf was fantastisch! @ Forenom Lund, centrum gelegen, alles op wandel afstand, eigen keuken, badkamer en nog zo veel meer. Ik ga zeker nog gebruik maken van deze app! Ik heb nu al 'heimwee' naar mijn Z****se stekje :')

Pleasant check-in experience! The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the hotel's location within walking distance of Lund's center was convenient. However, there were some notable downsides to our stay. The absence of charging facilities for electric cars was an inconvenience, and the area around the hotel was marred by litter and rodent presence. Despite our payment, we still received a ticket – Please note that the parking is not managed by the hotel. Our experience at the hotel's restaurant was disappointing. The seafood pasta dish contained only a few frozen shrimps and an excessive amount of cream and butter sauce. We will not be dining there again in the future.

We were really looking forward to celebrating a birthday lunch at this hotel. For us, coming all the way from South Africa, this is a rare treat. To say our experience was underwhelming would be an understatement. Service was poor to non-existent. After our waiter (Eddie) brought us our drinks (one variety of Sauvignon Blanc for SEK 115 which was about the cheapest, nastiest wine I’ve ever drunk) we never saw him again. We flagged down someone who looked like a waiter or host (thin woman with a blonde ponytail) who seemed quite annoyed when we requested a bread basket, some side plates to eat it on and drinking glasses for water. There were none on the table. She seemed most put out that she was being asked to do something. The famous prawn sandwich which costs a small fortune is passable, at best. Half a slice of white bread, some mayonnaise, three pieces of boiled egg, a generous helping of prawns and lettuce. That’s it. I would make a better one at home. It tasted fine and everything was fresh but those prices don’t begin to justify such shameless mediocrity. My daughter ordered the potato main with hazelnuts and capers. This very expensive dish comprised a single, overcooked, unappetisingly grey baby potato cut into tiny segments and covered in mayonnaise and butter. Luckily the bread was nice (though not warm) and that was her lunch. The soft serve dessert is just that, with a tiny swirl of caramel sauce. Nobody came back to enquire if we needed more drinks or if we were enjoying our food. Eddie needs training. The thin girl needs a personality and to be taught that it’s okay to smile and be polite to guests when they make a simple request. For a hotel of this calibre such poor service and meh food is unacceptable. They are riding on their reputation which will become harder to maintain unless they dramatically up their game. Disappointing experience.

Arrived late Saturday and breezed through check in. No queue at reception despite the hotel being nearly booked full. Reception staff was very polite and the lobby was modern and clean. Since I booked my trip so late, the only room left was without a window. I thought this was odd at first and then realized how brilliant it was to have this option. Coming with significant jet lag, the lack of a window ended up be a pro move. It was also wonderfully quiet! Room itself was very Swedish. To that point, decorated with a purpose. The was immaculate and the in room refrigerator was nicely stocked with snacks and beverages. One of the real perks was the shower. Great water pressure, warm water, and the shampoo and soap smelled amazing. Breakfast was open early around 0630 to 0930. The hotel requires you to sign up for a time at reception. Menu was very international and I am certain anyone staying here could find something to eat. Will also add the coffee was hot and very good! I ate at the hotel each day for breakfast since it was so close to our office. I think the hidden gem of the hotel is hiding in plain sight: the lobby bar. Very nice set up, plenty of seats and a great selection. What made this bar so much fun was Haris the bartender. Literally made this short trip so much fun. He provided so much information on Lund and even gave us a tour on his day off! The hotel is REALLY lucky to have such a great person on staff. Most of the people I was traveling with ended up bonding with Haris as well during their stay. Will definetely look forward to visting Lund again and will plan to stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!
