Nice hotel located near square with a master staircase upon entrance and sitting area. We had trouble with getting TV working, the minibar was empty and turned off (warm inside) and everything except heaters were plugged in so it wasn't like it wasn't plugged in; No AC but we had a large room since we had the triple room; they did offer slippers, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, dental kit, toothbrushes and 2 towels per bed; the room also had a table with 4 chairs and a nice spacious bathroom; They advertise ”pool” so when I asked where it was, I was told it wasn't a swimming pool, more like sauna/jacuzzi for 10000 drams and in order to use it, you have to tell them an hour before so they can heat it up.

We had nights to spend in Gyumri due to business and we booked Berlin Art Hotel. Location is perfect, although there were road works around the hotel and it was not that easy to move around. Hotel has specious rooms, which are clean and provide the basics. I hate shower cabin with a curtain, which is more Scandinavian style, otherwise bathrooms are clean and serve the purpose. Breakfast is rather basic but descent, staff at the reception is very helpful. For the price you pay you get proper service and descent stay. In the corridor there are some spaces where you can have seat and chat with friends, you can also get a bottle of wine and some snacks if you are lazy to move out to the city.

整體的體驗非常好，住宿房間又大也便宜，周圍環境很安靜。久姆裏是個溫馨的城市，因為地方不大，不管是走路還是打車都很方便，很喜歡。

Very modern and cozy hotel in a very center of the city. The hotel is a brand new hotel, very clean and with a very attentive service. Thanks to a staff and management it makes our stay in Gyumri very impressive. I hope to be back to the hotel… very much recommended Great spa, though You have to pay extra, but. believe me, it worth it. Take to the consideration it is not in the hotel building, just 3 minute walk.
