Hotel 3-Star di Antwerp Province, Belgium

Incredibly convenient location. Walking distance from train station. Very spaciou room. Friendly staff. Free tea and coffee for all guests. Quite strict on the after 3pm check in but luggage storage is available

Omgeving niet heel gezellig. Ontbijt was prima. Gratis parkeren is fijn. Kamer was op zich prima, maar rook heel erg muf en als je het raam open deed hoorde je de snelweg heel erg goed. Prima bedden, lekker geslapen. Douche had een zachte straal. Mag wat frisser de kamer.

Warm welcome from the receptionist and given a clean, nice room facing The Opera. Location was perfect, near Central Station and the shopping street that take you right to historic centre. Breakfast selection left a lot to be desired though. I would still recommend staying here.

The hotel is very clean and in an excellent location, just a short walk from the train and bus stations, with a tram stop right in front of the property. Check-in was a bit slow due to the large number of guests, but the staff handled it politely. The room was spacious and spotless, making the stay very comfortable.

Hotel was fine, room was small but modern enough. My room wasn’t cleaned or serviced one day, which was disappointing. When I alerted reception they didn’t seem to consider it too big a deal. Some kind of acknowledgment would have been nice. Not great location if you wanted to head into the city, was a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. If I were back in Antwerp I’d likely look at alternatives but as a last resort it’s not that bad a hotel to stay in for business travel.

Check in was to slow. Don't know what he's doing. Need to open book to refer how to check in. No other staff available for guidance. First given me a door code with alphabets. When I went up there is no alphabets on the door. Secondly the reception gave me a code which didn't work. Again went down to ask him just to open the door with his key. To my amaze he didn't know where the room is. I can understand he probably new but to let a new person running the whole hotel without a guardian is absolutely absurd.

Vriendelijk personeel  Ontbijt was lekker  Maar zet je niet aan het raam. Geen zicht met de rioleringen bloot. Het tapijt was ronduit vuil. Zeker in de gangen ( 4 de verdiep). Met stofzuigen zou je al veel oplossen.  Parking is te duur. En dit voor de klanten. En lastig met de koffer naar boven sleuren. Lift zou h de prijs al aanvaardbaarder maken.  Poetsvrouw vroeg ons of ze moest poetsen ?!?

Наше первое знакомство с городом началось с очень удобного расположения отеля и приветливого персонала. Всё было чисто, аккуратно. Уборка, обновление полотенец, воды по желанию. Расположение отеля вообще прекрасно, все достопримечательности, город прекрасен, станции, магазины, кафе. Если еще приезд наметится, то обязательно остановимся здесь.

The location and cleanliness are perfect, so it was easy to find restaurants and cafe. It was close to the station, and the hotel has huge space to work. We worked until our train. Thee size of the room is also enough for 2 people with that price. But it was quite simple, so there was no amenities.

Stayed at this hotel for Tomorrowland festival. A great location smack in the middle of the different cities which are easily accessible by public transport (although some locations might take 1-2h travelling time). Twin room was a little small for two man but it was still a relatively comfortable stay. Free coffee and tea at the lobby was great. Do note that for sustainability, aircon automatically shuts down at noon and you have to manually on it back if you’re intending to sleep in late or chill around in your hotel room.
