This is my second stay at this property. I really enjoyed my first stay and though this could be somewhere that I could book for longer than a week. I booked a double room last time and enjoyed my stay this time I booked a single room but would not return. The single room is a lot smaller than the double and I paid the same price as last time so value for money for this was not so great. View is great, amenities good, no AC and it gets hot in the room. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. The big issue for me on the last 2 nights was a club down the street playing music so loud that I could feel the bass 10 floors up and this went on until 4am. This was Monday and Tuesday night! So hot room as can’t open the window with the music, fan on full, white noise from tv at full volume and ear plugs is not what I’m looking for. I could not return if the bar continues like that. Previous stay no issues, first 5 nights no issues, but this is a big problem for me. I am so thankful I didn’t book the month I was contemplating and left after a week. A double room without the noise at the right price I would return.

The location is excellent, exactly in the middle of everything, walk distance to get the metro, many restaurants near by, 10 minutes walking to Provenza, easy to get to a a big super market where you can find all you need including clothes from Colombian brands. They are very good to help you with everything you required. We got a tour with them to Guatapé as they suggest and was a really good experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful, we didn’t have a metro card and they borrow us to used for all the time that we were in the hotel. They explained us where to go, timings, etc. in the place they have an easy metro map on the wall, that you can just see all the spots to visit in Medellin. The place is very clean. I’m very happy and for sure we will be back there when we come to Medellin again.

Sparkling clean. Easy access to transportation and also walk arounds if your plan is just go to eat or have a drink. Located above of Laureles area which makes it great to find night plans in a safe area. I highly recommend it, If you ate too sensitive to noises, just ask for a not exterior side, and high floor, it really worked for me. Curious thing, I loved the smell of everything new in there, cuz it’s literally a new Hotel that recently opened in that area 😃 You will not regret your stay; staff were very very nice too :)

Es un lugar lleno de tranquilidad a un muy buen precio, tiene una falencia pero le pido a Dios de todo corazón que elimine y todo salga a la luz. Pero en resumen es un lugar hermoso, limpio, en una de las zonas más top de Medellín, encontrarás restaurantes, discotecas, variedad en tipo de comidas y las habitaciones son aseadas y cómodas. Espero dios bendiga a la señora, es un amor de señora y solo Le pido a Dios que las bendiciones lluevan sobre ella y que todo sus planes lleguen a las estrellas. Hermoso lugar al mejor precio!.

We came here for one and I wished we stayed more. We were picked at the airport by Alejandro with a very warm smile. A fantastic first impression I must say. Then we were met by Filipe on the front desk, who was also equally as nice. Service was great, room was clean with everything you need and more. The breakfast was delivered to our room and it too was very good. We ate in the steakhouse last night, it is absolutely fantastic! Our server Giusseppe (I apologize if this is not correct spelling), took great pride in looking after us. The food was incredible. I will certainly stay here again when I visit Medellin. Thank you everyone!

Es un hotel excelente si se busca un precio económico. Es apto para aquellas personas que van a estar viajando por la ciudad y sus alrededores, que no requieren un hotel de lujo para hosped****. Brinda lo necesario, las camas no son de la mejor calidad, pero es algo entendible en cuanto calidad/precio. Nos atendieron muy bien y contamos con una adecuada limpieza de la habitación, lo cuál me pareció excelente. La ubicación es bastante central y de fácil acceso; sin embargo, en la noche luego de las 7 de la noche no se siente muy seguro llegar caminando, por lo que recomiendo solicitar un carro para que los deje frente al hotel. Su ubicación es bastante buena y dentro del hotel nos sentimos bastante seguros. El acceso a restaurante en el hotel me parece muy bueno para salir de tu zona de estadía desayunados a un precio adecuado. Si cuenta con televisión por cable, WIFI gratuito, ventilador y productos de aseo.

We had a relaxing stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Medellin Sabaneta. The location of the hotel is walking distance from Mayorca Shopping Outlet Mall. Walking through Mayorca Shopping Outlet you will get to the metro. The metro is a good transportation method to travel in Medellin. The room is spacious, comfortable and secure. The room also has e beautiful city view. The hotel also offers free buffet breakfast. Which is open from 6 am to 10 am. The staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Jefferson. He was very welcoming, very attentive and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located and has friendly staff. Would recommend the Fairfield by Marriott Medellin Sabaneta if you are looking for a hotel to stay in.

I originally had booked with Ayenda 1234 Imperio 70. I had arranged a driver to pick me up as I arrived late at night. When he parked in front of the Ayenda I begged him not to leave me at that place. There had been a soccer game in the nearby stadium and there were people drinking, smoking pot in the street by the dozens. I did not feel safe. He took me to the Hotel Bolivariana Plaza. I spent 2 nights there. The room was very small, tiny, but it was very clean and the window faced a hallway, not what I expected but the location was much better than the other. It is a quiet street. Breakfast is included. I throught I could stay for the rest of the trip but they were fully booked OR I could move to 2 different rooms. I decided to move and for the same price I stayed at a much better hotel, way better. It has very nice hand painted signs all over, very inspired for self-confidence. I loved each. Breakfast has not a great variety but it is a good breakfast. It is served, not a buffet. Very basic and you have a choice of coffee or hot chocolate, which is nice because I don't drink coffee. That is where I first had an ”arepa”. Unfortunately I have an intolerance for corn, it just stays in my stomach all day, so for my second breakfast I declined the offer of arepas. I am very greatful for their hospitality and for taking me in that night so late without a reservation.

Выбором остались довольны: за €60 в сутки получили комнату среднего размера с чистым санузлом, удобной большой кроватью, кондиционером, включенным завтраком (сок, кофе, яйца, бобы, рис с сосисками, местная кукурузная лепешка с маслом). Странно (для отеля в Колумбии), что не было фруктов, но зато завтрак был сытным, хватило на полдня. В номере есть бар с разными напитками и закусками, причем по очень вменяемым ценам. Очень клиенториентированный и приятный в общении персонал! Хороший wifi, хватало для видео звонков по работе! Район очень уютный, безопасный, рядом есть небольшой супермаркет (работает до до 9 вечера), много кафе и ресторанов, круглосуточный McDonalds в 7 минутах ходьбы. Из небольших недостатков: кондиционером было пользоваться не очень удобно ночью, потому что он дул прямо на кровать. Приходилось охлаждать комнату вечером, а на ночь отключать.
