Hotel 3-Star di Janakpur, Nepal

The service at this Hotel was great! I enjoyed the location as it is not too busy and has some greenery around. I had a good couple nights here and found the staff incredibly helpful! Some downsides were that it would usually take a long time to get a food order (because some staff were gone due to Dashain holiday). Also the shower gets warm only after a few minutes. The AC worked great though!

We were a family of three booked for 26th April we came so early morning at5am due to transport error. The staff are so friendly and welcoming with smile Mr Ranjan so good and gave us room without making us wait until 2pm . We were very happy breakfast was very nice. We left luggage after checkout for further 5hours . Nothing added extra for early checkin . Five Starr service.

Hotel washroom has smell and when i complained about it they just do their formalities but problem not resolved. Again the bedsheet and mattress was not suitable in terms of quality as per the room. Staff are courteous but unable to help. Restaurant food was awesome.

Staff kindly, room was very clean and electric appliances good But at bathroom over head shower was bad work Water not fall down straight, so I can’t use shower I think better exchange to normal shower
