剛進去有比較重的拖布臭味混合廁所味兒，因為在票圈看到有地接説近期遊客太多，污水糞水處理壓力大，衹能半夜抽，可以理解。跟前台反應，也親自來噴了除臭劑處理。 通風后房間還行，廁所一丟丟，問了路過鄰居基本都有一點，加上沒有空房，就算了。 待房間裏久了把廁所門關上沒啥感覺。馬桶有一處污漬遺漏。
房間比較小，裝修和設施很新，乾淨簡約，是我的菜，挺不錯的。獨立小陽台可以看到貝加爾湖的景色，如果在三樓視野會更好。但因為陽台所以也會有一點路過人羣的噪音。
花灑很給力。床軟而不陷，能釋放壓力。枕頭略高和厚，對我而言不太舒服。餐廳很高級，環境很美。
工作人員都比較nice。前台會基本英語，複雜問題可能還是需要翻譯。
旺季一千塊對比島上其他住過的，個人覺得性價比不算高，體驗一下ok的

Все пожелания были учтены, номер на первом этаже предоставили как мы и просили . Очень удобный вариант , если вы приехали кататься на горнолыжный курорт . Единственный пробел - это ледяные полы в санузлах и в принципе холодный воздух в санузле, можно застудиться.
В остальном все замечательно !

Гостиница подойдёт для тех кому надо просто переночевать ночь, соотношение цены и качества.нормальные..В номере было прохладно, хотя радиаторы были горячие. Одеяло на двуспальной кровати было маленькоее и тонкое. Завтраки начинаются поздновато, с 8 утра, но нам пошли навстречу и накормили пораньше, тк мы спешили на поезд.

整個酒店佈局和房間是老式斯大林時期的風格建築，我們住頂層城市景房間可以鳥瞰伊市全景，面積略小帶浴缸，但早餐豐富，到伊爾庫茲克的遊覽線“綠線”很近，出酒店就到河邊開始延遊覽線citywalk就可以。到火車站和飛機場也很方便

Приехали в воскресенье, нас разместили раньше 14ти часов. Номер чистый. Межэтажная звукоэзоляция не очень. Над нами жила семья с детьми, они топали как маленькие слоники. Кухня хорошая. Немного напрягло наличие есторане дам, которые матерились громче, чем позволительно. Персонал ресторана замечаний не делал

Не первый раз останавливаемся в Маяке. В этот раз были в доп. корпусе- Маячок. Понравилось все, номер небольшой, но все в современном стиле, чисто, есть все наборы - шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, зубной набор. Красивый вид из окон на Байкал. Постельное белье чистейшее, белоснежное. Единственное -был запах сигарет в туалете. Завтрак приличный, красивая сервировка. Работа ресепшена - отличная. Есть желание вернуться еще.

1.Water temperature in the shower is inconsistent (alternates between hot and cold).
2.The shower drain is slow / not draining smoothly.
3.On the first day of check-in, found dirty water inside the electric kettle.
4. Toiletries were used up and not replenished.
5. Bed sheets and linens were not changed or tidied up during the 3-day stay.
6. Poor soundproofing (can frequently hear people walking and talking).

GGongjiaomixiaotianThe studio room was excellent, very warm, and well-equipped. Having four elevators made going up and down very convenient. There was a water dispenser in the hallway, and breakfast was quite good with fresh vegetables. The location is incredibly convenient; the 80 bus stops right in front of the hotel and goes to both the airport and the train station. The view from the window was also fantastic, and they even helped us store our luggage.

The duvet on the double bed was small and thin. Breakfast starts a bit late, at 8 a.m., but they accommodated us and served us an early breakfast because we were rushing to catch a train.

The staff is pleasant and helpful. The breakfasts are generous, with delicious, aromatic pastries. The room lacked air conditioning or ventilation. It's great for staying with friends or a full family, sharing two rooms on each floor. Downstairs, there's a large living room for a fun family getaway.

ЛЛена ОкПрекрасная гостиница! Очень отзывчивый и вежливый персонал, всегда готовы помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Заселили раньше времени, что было очень приятно после дороги. Номер уютный, чистый и аккуратный, есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Близко от аэропорта, минут 10 на авто. Атмосфера домашняя и спокойная — обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова!

GGuest UserWe were passing through and stayed for a full day without an overnight stay, as we had a late-night flight. The hotel is ideally located. It's simple, but it's easy enough to charge your phone, use a kettle, and has a TV. We booked a twin room, but only because it was the cheapest at 1800 rubles. It's practically next to Shanghai Market, 7 minutes from the central market. The nearest shopping centers are 200 meters away. We ate at the Yurt Cafe, and it's been delicious twice, especially the eggplant salad. The only negative about the hotel is that it was a little chilly, but that's because the heating hasn't been turned on yet, but we could have asked for a heater, but we didn't. The receptionist was very nice. Polite and friendly. You can buy noodles and drinks inside the hotel. For tea.
Even though it was Monday in the area, it was impossible to rent a room or apartment for less than 2500 rubles through regular sites. And here, for 1800 rubles + the website discount. The price is a gift. We had no problems checking in. We usually used this app in Thailand for a week, and this is our first experience using it in Russia. We're very happy. 👍

1. Knowing we had an early morning flight the next day, they packed us lunch boxes.
2. Residence registration was very smooth.
3. They enthusiastically helped us arrange a ride to the airport, which cost just over 500 rubles.
4. Although the front desk's English was limited, they proactively tried to communicate.
Other amenities were also good:
1. The breakfast buffet offered eight hot dishes, other cold dishes, fruit, and drinks.
2. The restaurant isn't large, but the breakfast buffet is open until 11:00 AM, which is very convenient.
3. The decor and amenities are a bit dated, but the room has a sun-lit corner where you can enjoy tea while basking in the sun.
4. It's within walking distance of both Lenin Street and Karl-Marx Street.

Facilities: The room is small, the toilet is crowded, the facilities are really old, the standard of a three-star hotel, the room does not have a kettle, but you can go to the corridor elevator to get water.
Eggs: The hotel has a floor that is actually the Korean Consulate General in Irkutsk. It surprised me.
