We had a great time The staff were so friendly and helpful, it was social, and we met some amazing people during our stay. I loved the roof top terrace and the rooms were nice and big, and the breakfast was yum. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal. First we took a three-day room on our feet. And the reception was very good, and there were great young Syrians, great servants, and collaborators once, brother Mohammed and brother Amin and Cheif, very good Anan. And all of it, take two. They were very treated by Coase, the rooms were clean, and their location was sweet, about two minutes away, walking to the lake, we asked them to have a dummy and a brush, and along the way they went to us. Thanks for dealing with it.

The staff are helpful, but the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness, and the rooms are saturated with a suffocating and unpleasant smell of cigarettes.

The hotel is very conveniently located: opposite the bus station, where we arrived in the evening from Erzurum, so all we had to do was cross the street. When we passed by this hotel at the beginning of our trip, we saw heavy traffic and were worried about the noise in the rooms, but they put us on the 4th floor, and it was quiet there, and I sleep with earplugs. On departure day, we walked about 40 minutes to the airport. The city center is about 40 minutes' walk away, uphill in some places. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes' walk away. The room is spacious and brand new, and we were very pleased with it. There's a kettle with tea and coffee, and water. The room wasn't cleaned for three days, but I think they would have cleaned it if they had asked. Breakfast starts at 7:30, and here's where the hotel's downside became apparent: since the hotel is opposite the bus station, where many buses from Batumi arrive, Georgian groups of people are present at breakfast. They behave very noisily, even shouting and singing, and it's extremely disruptive. However, they've disappeared on weekdays; apparently, if they do come, it's on weekends. On our last day, we arrived for breakfast on time, but found no food or staff. We were about to leave when a kitchen worker, who had overslept, came running, apologizing and promising that everything would be right away. Thankfully, we had time to wait for her. The reception was very friendly.

The place is lakeside and the mosque, and it's a second view of the bedroom like that, and close to the services. The apartment has all the equipment from washing machines and microwave refrigerator and potassium, and also daily cooking and hygiene tools. And also, the treatment is high-end and quick to respond. Residence was very fun.

Overall, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The person at the carpark was incredibly helpful and took great care of my car, which was a positive start. However, the receptionist’s lack of a smile, though potentially cultural, left a bit of a cold impression. Check-in was efficient, and Room 206 was clean, but it was disappointing not to have a kettle or iron. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked well. The shower head can be improved, as it wasn’t to my liking. Additionally, the provision of just one large and one small towel was somewhat minimal. On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient, with shops within walking distance. Check-out was straightforward, simply handing over the key to the receptionist. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects, a few improvements in amenities and service attitude could enhance the overall experience at this hotel.

Thank you very much for your warm hospitality. The ground-floor suite was very suitable for our mother, who uses a wheelchair. It had two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. The suite was exceptionally clean and had heating for colder weather. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a washing machine and a stove. Anas, who works at the reception, was extremely helpful and cooperative. The location of the apartment was also ideal. It is not down by the lake, so it is away from the noise, but it is not too high up the hill or difficult to reach. It is conveniently located in between. You can easily walk downhill, and on the way back, you can either walk or take a local shuttle. There is also a private parking space for each apartment. We truly enjoyed our three-night stay and had no complaints at all.

Very beautiful, wonderful hotel! The view from the balcony for a million dollars! Wonderful! On the recession friendly guys, always ready to help! We liked so much that we plan to come back here! There is an elevator, wi-fi, teapot, refrigerator, balcony huge, well very large, look amazing! The area is very busy, here everything is great!
